Special in-person event: Building Media Amidst War with the Kyiv Independent (Patreon)

Dear Kyiv Independent community members,

We’re excited to announce our in-person panel and Q&A, which will take place in London next week, and we’d love you to attend.

Our editor-in-chief Olga Rudenko, CEO Daryna Shevchenko, and CFO Jakub Parusinski will participate in a panel discussion followed by a Q&A about building the Kyiv Independent amid Russia’s war against Ukraine. We’re excited to use this as an opportunity to meet with some of our members in person and to raise some additional funds for our newly launched War Crimes Investigative Unit.

The panel “Building Media Amidst War” will take place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, at the Frontline Club in London. Our members will be put on the guest list, so there is no need to purchase a ticket, but if you plan on attending, please let us know. Those who have already filled out the preliminary interest form are already on the list.

All details about the event can be found here, and the Frontline Club website is here.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
