Now this decision has become common knowledge within both the military and the civilian population - how is it being received? What's your take on how people feel about it? I've heard some reports saying that military folks aren't too pleased - is that true? Is that across the board, the majority or less than that? What about civilians too? How do people feel about Syrskyi? Is he widely liked? I've heard grumblings online but is that a fair assessment do you think? Thanks!

To what extent do you think this decision was motivated by politics? From what I've read Syrskyi is considered more of a "Soviet" style general who is perceived as having less care for the lives of the men under his control. Is that fair? It would also be interesting to hear your thoughts on the extent to which Zaluzhyni was a great general versus good at social media. Lastly I would be very curious to hear where the debate about mobilisation is currently. It seems like a lot of Ukrainian society is very supportive of continuing the war but not about volunteering to serve. I understand that and it's easy for me to write safely in the UK but how can Ukraine continue to resist without a massive influx of fresh manpower? The soldiers who have already spent 2 years fighting can't go on forever without a break.
