not my favourite episode of the season or anything (probably when Lucifer goes to Hell) but man the music that plays when Mum leaves the universe always makes me suuuuper nostalgic for when I first watched this show always need more Tricia Helfer in my life

Lucifer_Crowe

I love that Charlotte grabs at her neck where she was stabbed right before Mum took over she does it so quickly too, not really drawing attention to it

Weirdly excited for S3 (though S2 is probably still my favourite because of Mum) it has some lows but honestly some real good highs too, and the ride in S4 and onwards is worth it too

For every low in Season 3 there is more than an enough high points to balance things out -some really incredible highs points as well. I can't wait to watch the guys reactions to a few scenes in particular that are just *mwah* chef's kiss television in my opinion. Season 3 of Lucifer does kind of remind me of Season 4 of Buffy. Overall not the greatest season in comparison to others, a few frustrating and cringe moments along way, but then the season just up and randomly smacks you in the face with sheer brilliance when you're least expecting it.

Tricia Helfer's performance this season was just so damn good.

I think S3s biggest crime is being LOOONG tbh like S2 was already longer than S3 but every episode felt justified and enjoyable on S3 rewatches I tend to just wish some of the highs and main beats would come about quicker? the cast obviously are always on form though, so their interactions remain a treat

You know how shows and movies have kill counts, I was wondering what the piano count was for the series. Without looking it up I am going to guess 5-7 pianos died for this show!! 😆😂

Honestly! The sequences this show kicks out really hit hard! That was another of them.

Lucifer_Crowe

I'm glad! I definitely think it starts and ends extremely strong, at least

You're right that the journey of these characters throughout the entire series is just "chef's kiss"! The friendships that shouldn't work, but do. The relationships - both romantic & friendly, is a testament to not only the writers, but the actors and casting directors. Seeing Linda like that always has me not liking "mum" on every rewatch. But there is no denying that Tricia Helfer did a magnificent job. There is not one character more important than any of the others, and I don't think I could bear to lose any of them.
