Clownsie

Thanx besties x

Mango

Congrats for 200k! Been here since Arcane days and can't wait for more of your content! 👏👏👏

Maya Coleman

Congratulations on 200k subscribers 👏 🎉

Cyber

Ange! You did a whole Supporting Character section. I was going to ask "Where's our best girl Rem!?" but I suspect I'd have received a lot of questions on "Who's Rem?" I swear to god there better be a "Best Girl" category and she better be in there :P

Alexis

Congratulations!! 🍾💐

beannieswife

congraaaaaats🫂 i joined when you guys were around 70K i think so this is insaaaane😭 you're one of my favorite reactors and i truly believe that you deserve this so much :) this vid was so much fun!!♡ hope you keep growing and enjoying media with lots of joy! (like u already do haha)

beannieswife

friend A is literally one of the best OSTs EVER🧎 anime or live action, that song is a masterpiece

Aizensalami

C&A: And the next category is the best duo! Me: They're in there, and they'll surely win :) C&A: We cheated, we added more than 5! Me: Oh, so they're definitely in there... DUOS ANNOUNCED Me: Wait... TODO AND ITADORI??!! BURAZAAA!😭

Lynn Dewitt

Carlie wielding that sword at the end is the chaotic energy that I needed today, she is a soul sister for REAL.

Edward Michaelle

Nah if we celebrating anything special its you guys bringing joy to 200k (and for sure more, cmon people press that sub button) people on a daily basis.

Daniel J

Thanks for the content over the years guys, you both really deserve the success! I've been a pretty silent fan since the Arcane reactions and you guys are definitely my favourite reaction channel to watch. Big ups to the editors too for helping to deliver more content over the years.

Kaycee

Omg Carlie is me when I pick up anime replica swords 😂😂😂🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Maxine

Best Anime is DESERVED (that show also took me by total surprise when I first started, like it was so different from what I usually watch and I had no idea it would become my new obsession 😂)

Bryonna Yates

I'm so ready to watch this when I get home 🥰

Maximilian Sauer

Let's goooo, congrats guys, you deserve it <3

Semir Tahir

20:45 Don't forget where Hinata is from! He is from THE DAMN CONCRETE!

Semir Tahir

45:20 JJK fans, before commenting anything... RELAX! they don't know what you know(yet). Just wait for the next seasons :)

Overstayer

Really glad you got the shirts and Pics of Kageyama and Hinata safely and unbent! You never know with Australia Post these days 😂 Thanks for all your amazing work C&A!

HAIKYUU GETTING ITS DESERVED WIN WOO!!! loved this idea haha, very entertaining and even convinced me to give some animes a chance :3 congrats on 200k!!

chui

Congratulations on 200k!! It's well-deserved! You guys are by far THE MOST fun, engaging, sincere, and observant reactors out there! Your discussion sections have been my favorite, especially during Kaguya-sama: Love Is War. A huge shoutout to your editors because they honestly put so much effort into your videos, and so many of my laughs came from the editing. While some may not agree with your awards choices, I love that you guys have concrete reasoning and feelings to back up your choices. And most of all, I'm glad you guys had so much fun watching all of these shows! Looking forward to more shows in the future! Partially influenced by your love of it, I've recently picked up and finished the Haikyuu anime, so now I'm watching your Haikyuu reactions. Your reactions have been absolutely golden, and I've enjoyed them thoroughly!

britt m

Omg!! The Carlie and Ange Awards was lowkey so fun! I loved hearing all of yalls opinions 😆 I def watch anime with similar a mindset as you guys!

Sintara

Congrats!! 👏 🎉 Love that Haikyuu gets its due praise, but sad that Steins;Gate ain't even featured lol. Also, there should totally have been a "Loosest Unit" category haha

Rue

Amazing! I love the idea, and you guys are so funny and entertaining to watch! I adore Nanami, and Haikyuu is definitely in my top 5. "Where Our Blue Is" (from JJK) was also my most played song on Spotify last year. It's actually my wake-up song; it gives me both motivation and nostalgia. Congratulations on 200K!!!

souma shou

are we ever getting the haikyuu opening reactions? lol

FGK

I have those Haikyuu shirts as well! 😃 I actually have all 4 designs. The day they came out I immediately bought all of them 😁.

Carlie & Ange

Bahahha too true, Australia Post must have known what an important package it was 😉 Thank you so much again, we absolutely love them!

Carlie & Ange
>>140787189

Aw thank you SO much!!! That was such a lovely comment to read 🥹 We’re so happy our videos can provide some enjoyment and laughs. Oooo and we’re stoked you picked up Haikyuu! Hope you loved it as much as we did 🫶🏼

Nic Q

Totally with you on Where Our Blue Is. I wasn't very into it at first but when I rewatched Hidden Inventory, something clicked and it's just become a mainstay in my playlist. I listen to it at least once a day, probably. Though specifically the First Take version, not the studio version. Tatsuya Kitani's voice in the live First Take, with live piano and violin accompaniment, was even more beautiful and emotional than the recorded version. That First Take vid also has perfect subtitles so it really hits.

SanteRip

I hope we get to see Best episode and Best arc at the next awards!

FGK

How about adding a Best Epic Fight Scene next? Best VA as well. 😃 Best MC? Hopefully, there'd be more anime movies so you can add a Best Movie as well 😁

pan dan

My only objection is that Best boys Tanjiro and Falco didn't make it to the nominees 😂 Great work and congratulations!

wicecakes

Congrats, you two! Pretty unreal to think that I prefer to wait for your reactions before I continue any new anime content that comes out. Yall are the best, even though steins gate gets treated like the squidward window meme 😆

MattF315

This was a great video and I’m so glad Vinland Saga got its due, it’s my favorite anime! Honestly some of the praise ya’ll are giving these shows has convinced me to watch them, so thank you for that! Last thing, not necessarily a gripe because I understand why, but not seeing One Piece on here (other than LA, glad Sanji got the win) hurst because I know it would do so well for you both. Like I can promise it would have won best plot hands down. Regardless, this was so great to watch, and I’m gonna go watch your Haikyu (definitely spelling that wrong) reactions now! I watched some of it but dropped it due to life circumstances even tho I loved it. Can’t wait to see you both love it too!

MattF315

Also just a general congratulations on 200k! You guys are a huge part of my inspiration to create my own reaction channel and build a community like you guys have!

Mason D.

This was so fun to watch!! Always excited to see your specials, you guys always have something unique planned for each one! I've been a viewer since around when Arcane was featured on your channel; it makes me so happy to see how far you've come since 2022! Editing for you guys has been one of the most fun experiences I've had with post-production work. I'm extremely grateful for the opportunities you've provided for me and your whole editing team! I have a feeling your next milestone will come sooner than you think! Congratulations to both of you!:)

Carlie & Ange
>>140829339

So happy to hear you’re gonna pick up some new shows we love! Let us know how you’re liking them. Oh I 100% know OP will take up multiple categories next time we do one of these videos. I think at the time of filming we were only up to episode 10 or something haha. Enjoy the Haikyuu reactions, if you’re wearing headphones turn the volume DOWN 😂

Carlie & Ange
>>140830431

Thank you so much Mason 🥹 it’s been a pleasure having you here with us. The hard work you put into each of our videos is so incredibly appreciated. As I said in our video, we would not be celebrating this milestone if it weren’t for you guys and your incredible editing skills. We’re so grateful 🫶🏼

MattF315
>>140829339

I’ll come back to this comment after I’ve watched some of them for sure! Hopefully gonna do Freiren, Mob Psycho, and Your Lie in April on my channel once it’s up so it might take a while but it’ll happen eventually!

Beto

The pain in their faces when Kaori was nominated… yeah I felt that too 😭

Seth Leloup

Sorry, but I'll have to unsub. The fact Arcane went so ignored broke my heart. Could have a "Best scene" or "Best fight" to highlight Ekko vs Jinx or anything really, just not to leave us behind :/. Arcane is what got me to find and stick with you guys. Heartbroken. *I'm kidding about unsubbing lol

Matt Rhinehart

You guys talk about loving the animation Ufotable does for demon slayer but you havent even seen their best work yet. WHEN ARE YOU GUYS GONNA WATCH THE FATE SERIES???? unlimited blade works, zero, and Heavens feel are the pinnacle of anime visually as far as im concerned.

Martina

finally got around to watching this and wooo! congrats you guys! here's to many more! some very good choices in this video, I could guess your choice 99% of the time, the only shock to me was that lawyer Jung didn't win :D

Carlie & Ange
>>140915704

Thanks legend! You've been with us for so long. We really appreciate you ❤️ Jung wouldve been 2nd! It was super close

Bryonna Yates

NANAMI 🥰🥰🥰 I love him too Carlie. My friends got me a small statue of him for my birthday! It's his pose in the first episode that he's in with itadori showing yuji his technique.

MARTIN DIVIRGILIO

it just dawned on me, Sanemi is the wind hashira and his hilt, is, appropriately- a pinwheel. My thoughts on the "Mark". I think Tengen always had it with his eye make-up, or at least could put it on or take it off like make-up as a musician can perform on queue. I think Rengoku always had the mark but it could not be seen as it was his heart, which, kinda makes sense from the manga perspective that Mitsuri would have trained under him and from the influence of rengokus heart or "mark" then develop her own heart centered style of Love hashira that finally manifested itself as a very stylish tattoo during the battle with upper 5.

If that's the case, may I suggest OP have its own awards. Since there are a number of non.OP fans here, I think they would likely disagree with the results if that happens. I feel like regardless of whether OP wins that category or not, there will be some...debates between the fans and non fans (again). Same categories and all or more. Best supporting, best antagonist, etc., everything just within the OP universe. “Carlie & Ange Awards (One Piece Edition)”. Just to keep the peace among the non.OP and OP fans 😓. People (both fans and non.fans) tend to get...passionate when it comes to certain shows like this one. So this is just a suggestion. With 1k+ episodes, the OP world is so vast having over a thousand of characters as well along the way so I think the categories won't lack of nominees. But if you think that this isn't needed then okay 😁.

Noah Hoorn

Hi Carlie & Ange, thanks for all of the amazing content and congrats on the milestone. One thing I think would be cool to see you watch are some Necrit videos, he does a bunch of League lore videos and is popular. He has so many great ones but I think "the world of riots mmo is already done" is really fun. Or maybe the one about the story of Runeterra. Anyways thanks again, you're the best!

NootNoot

You deserve it all you're so consistent in your uploads and quality <3 best of luck in the future

Bee

I'm a bit late on this, but CONGRATS ON THE 200K!! I can't wait to see how OP shakes up some of these categories in the future :) I'm glad that Tanaka & Daichi made it safely (sorry I would've included a note but the shop didn't have that option) ♥️

Neon Genesis

ustedes me alegran el día muchachos, los quiero 💜🫶🏻

Trollguy10

I gotta say I was a bit surprised when Mikasa and Caitlyn wasn't on the waifu or best girl list, but I bet there are so many characters Ange has simped over, so it would be impossible to include them all in top5 :D

Jesus Rocha

Any news about the replacement of HXH? Or plans to watch the movies?

bebe

Belated congratulations but yay Haikyu ftw

Cayseron
>>140879197

its maybe best netflix show but i would hardly label any of the fights in arcane s1 "the best" of anything. And although i loved the plot and it had some great characters and i am huge jinx fan (since she was first released in league, so long before arcane) i would still not say she is best character when compared to everything they watched. Its one of those shows that suffer from success in regard that its jack of all trades, almost everything is great but nothing peaks compared to other shows where stuff like one piece, hxh and many other anime have many flaws but their strong points are top tier EDIT: i just want to point out that i dont think one piece as a whole is better than arcane nor that hxh is better than arcane, just that strong points of both are better than arcane in those regards. Arcane is overall 9.5 in my opinion which is insane to achieve but there is no 10's or at least the 10's are overshadowed by much better 10's in other anime where those other anime/tv shows have lot of low points of 7 and 8's but their 10's are iconic. hope this elaborates more on what i am trying ot say

Seth Leloup
>>140879197

I can't say I agree, as I think Arcane is literally the best media ever made as a whole. It's fine to prefer one thing or another, but no one can compare one to one Arcane's quality in animation, soundtrack, writing, with anything they watched. Even though they watched top tier shows like Vinland. But if we're talking strictly "A fight". Ekko vs Jinx is literal art. It's not cheap hype or great animation to cover an otherwise empty and uninteresting anime (Firing shots at Demon Slayer, don't @me) Ekko vs Jinx is art. I understand the animes they watched have fantastic moments, I would agree to that. But like I said, Arcane didn't win -anything. It's like saying a cinematic masterpiece can't win any oscar because every other movie out that year had a great scene in them. If anything, there should have been a prize "Best thing ever: Arcane" I would be happy with that lol. Jokes aside, It might be my bias for having watched Arcane at least 2 dozens times by now. Every watch made it better, made it more obvious how well thought out and executed it was. Anime just can't compete with that level of quality when authors are forced to pump out chapters every week. Just comparing the writing in itself, not even mentioning animation or high caliber soundtrack. Though some anime like SnK has top level soundtrack too.
