SUCH A PEAK EPISODE!!! I really loved the soundtrack when they were running as well, the remix went so hard

Mango

Sonuwa bitchu - Turbo granny Granny lore was sad. She did those dead girls justice by eating mens weenies.

Jeff

cant stop thinking about turbo granny and its luffy the way granny sound is literally like luffy when luffy tries an old man voice in one piece im pretty sure we heard of that in one of te OP episodes its so funny.

You guys should check out an episode of the dub, maybe in your own time. The dub is really one of the best released in a long time imo. The voice actors go just as hard

Silver

Hearing Luffy say "Son of a bitch" in English is something I never expected in my life

Ang

Now that the background of the spirits in the tunnel is revealed... it's never explained but the speculation is that turbo granny is always biting/taking weenies so she can protect young girls against the fate that befell those in the tunnel also why she showed up to save momo against the aliens and targeted their "banana extraction devices" - that scene is still weird (especially for a first chapter/episode) but not so out of place with this in mind DanDaDan always sprinkles in some really really heavy/dark scenes/themes about human nature from time to time, such a contrast from the rest of the insane/wacky scenes from the rest of the story

Maya Coleman

This was the best episode so far 🔥

Jordan Landry

A perk of Science Saru’s simplified character designs is that they can really pop off with the animation in episodes like this. I’ve been saying they’d be the best fit for Dandadan since the first volume came out. I’m so glad I’m being proven right.

KIMI

Idk if anyone has mentioned this yet but the author of this series was an assistant to Tatsuki Fujimoto who is the author of Chainsaw Man so the absurdity makes more sense in that context

Amrith

The remix of the classical tune used during the chase was the William Tell Overture by Gioachino Rossini. Composed in 1829, it is pretty much a staple in classic looney tunes cartoons, especially during chase scenes.
