Luffy from the start from the show till now. We didn't see him in 100 percent potential since most villains weren't that strong so we never knew luffy's true power. Like this is his power when he's serious

The climax of the Alabasta arc is a masterpiece. Episode 126 especially is a spectacular bit of cinema. It's genuinely one of my top three favorite episodes from early One Piece. Vivi screaming in vain, Luffy's persistence, Nami holding back tears when she sees Vivi, the rain falling at the same time as Crocodile? All amazingly done. Vivi's VA in particular absolutely nailed her performance. The desperation in her voice makes my eyes misty every time I hear her trying to yell over the sounds of battle. And don't even get me STARTED on the soundtrack! The song playing when Luffy throws his final attack at Crocodile is phenomenal. It's an excerpt from Antonín Dvořák's "New World Symphony" Allegro con fuoco. Not only is it an amazing piece of music, but the title has multiple meanings in the context of the story. Alabasta is about to be a "new world" without Crocodile orchestrating from the shadows. And the Straw Hats are about to enter a "new world" because they're in an entirely different league now. Luffy and his crew have defeated other strong pirates and marines before, but Crocodile is on a different level. Aside from Mihawk, Crocodile is the most powerful villain they've faced so far. What's more, he's one of the Seven Warlords, an officially recognized pirate, allied with the government. Granted, Smoker and Tashigi know he's a traitor now, but regardless, that title isn't given lightly. The point is, shit's only gonna pick up from here.

Can't believe the Waifu-Husbando Saga is over. 😂

Cemelss

Rip The Best Waifu

Monkey D. Tomy

Luffy will be on top of the list for both. Yall see 🔥🙏

hhh

will you react to Blue lock episode nagi movie ?

Arma

Luffy's incredible durability does have an explanation, but it's veeeery far into the series, so don't worry about it for now. Just roll with it.

Ange see it as Luffy’s thing is that he’s very unserious till it comes to protecting someone he cares about or protecting someone’s dream. And this has been the case from day one. So it’s not really the typical nakama stuff in anime. Also this is the first time in the serious He’s had to push past his limit. Don’t forget also Crocodile was weakened.

episode 126 is still one of my very favourite episodes of the whole show. first of all the art is beautiful, the voice acting is once again top notch, and the mUSIC?? they used dvoraks symphony nr.9 in case you want to listen to it - its so triumphant and beautiful, but also kind of bitter-sweet? its really fitting. and the rain coming back i think is probably bc just crocodiles presence alone had an effect on his environment (like for example when we saw that super brief flashback when ace was shown at the very end of drum island, the village person said that no snow fell that whole day on drum? i think crocodile had a similar thing going on, just with rain. and when he was finally knocked unconcious, his effect finally disapated i think!

Ange: "I need a full dedicated episode on shanks" Well well well ... 😂

SteMan23

Let´s remember Zeff talking to Sanji about Luffys resolve while Luffy was fighting Don Krieg. You could apply that speech very well to this episode.

TrueHeater3

Great reactions! Just a suggestion and you guys may have already discussed and i missed it. You should increase your personal crew member size whenever the Straw Hats do 🙂. Parallel journey with the anime! So as not to stress who to keep that much. There will be a plethora of characters yet to come.

Jeff

Guys ado is gonna have a concert on Australia one in Melbourne & Sydney you might wanna go if you're gonna go please vlog some of it

Kal

This probably could've been 3 eps in a row reaction. XD Cant wait for the next.

I don't know if anyone's mentioned it before, but just in case you guys get confused, only sea water negatively affects devil fruit users not just any type of water. The only reason any source of water negatively affected crocodile was because he's a sandman. I guess it's kinda how when you have wet sand it turns hard, therefore, physical attacks can make contact with him. Anyone correct me if I am wrong.

Fortelik

If we're going for a heart icon next to waifus/husbandos, how about a skull icon next to a fav villain? Looking at the gator in Ange's crew 👀

YoongiX09x14

Crocy boy prepared for every situation but miss the possibility on fighting a relentless lunatic

I love the fact that Ange said that Drum Island is his fave arc so far. i'm caught up to the anime and manga of One Piece, and Drum island is definitely one of my favorites by far.
