Ange your OP cover randomly started playing around minute 7-8 for me. Did anyone else hear that? Was that intentional? If not I wanted to let you guys know.

Whammadoodoo

Find yourself someone who loves you the way Taro loves Hana. The Cursed House Arc begins… and is brutally cut short. I imagine it’s going to at the cliffhanger. Feels bad everyone is gonna have to wait to see what happens after that. If it was part of season one it would be the greatest first season of an anime ever made

Yeah only just realised that now. It placed itself there instead of the end screen 😒 fixing it now

this is the first cour of season 1! i'm not 100% sure if it was confirmed but i heard a lot of sources say the second cour may air as soon as july 2025 :D jiji is such a goofball omg, he was already weird in the manga but seeing the anime really made him feel even whackier! his va did an amazing job, all of the va's must've had so much fun recording (jiji's va's name is kaito ishikawa btw! ushiwaka was close enough lol) i reread the manga yesterday and i'm surprised they decided to introduce jiji right at the end of this cour, since we don't get much time with him... but the second cour is going to be so hype!! i'm all for them taking their time with it because... rip the animators

As crazy good as the animation has been, the animators are gonna need a lot more help and time to do the later arcs. Season 1 animation gonna look like a powerpoint presentation compared to season 3 (suits) and 4 (umbrella), IYKYK. Really hope they get the funding and hires to do the manga justice.

Carlie you have to realize that Ken is a very awkward person and he has never experienced love before because he has been bullied pretty much his whole life so that's why ange more than likely feels bad for him and why other people feel bad for people like him

Maya Coleman

Also this is cour 1 idk if thier is confirmation for the 2nd cour yet I imagine that they will probably announce it after the finale airs next week

agreed! i'm glad season 1 has blown up so far because if they can pull off the later arcs, we'll be in for such a treat

Maya Coleman

Yeah Jiji can be overbearing at times but I think once you guys get to know him you will probably like him

Fajar Kurniawan

Jiji doesn't know Momo is strong, he just wanted to safe his friend from getting trampled by running mannequin. So without second thought Jiji jumped to save Momo. He even said "get behind me" to protect her.

Aizensalami

HANAAAAA 🤣🤣🤣 Not sure if you wanna know this... but Tarou (the mannequin ) is done by Gyoumei's VA (Stone Hashira).

Super Novice

Taro screaming as he runs is so funny, the VA must be having so much fun

Yeah, in the manga Jiji seems to put random funny pose. And it works just right in static media. But I now I realised, when adapted in animated media, all that movement seems exhausting😁

Silver

Honestly Ange, Aira is one of my favorite characters. She's hilarious 😂

angelalala

"Sad alien music" and "Why is she so perky?" xDD you guys are legends. One episode of Jiji is a bit much already, though he seems like a good kid, hopefully he'll tone down a bit.

Naqib _

See it is a romance anime. The romance of two mannequins

FTN Chicken

I actually had to stand up, watching that mannequin run full pelt towards the love of his life. It was too embarrassing to just sit down during all that yelling

CosmoNeto140

So officially speaking there hasn’t been anything said about a 2nd season or core happening yet (it is in development tho). Most of what you’ve heard is wishful thinking and cope. Eg rumours for a summer release. It makes sense that there will be an 2nd core because this season will end in the start of the ‘haunted house’ arc but won’t complete it as it’s the first longer arc - as I referred to in a previous message. So like MHA let’s just we get an official announcement at the end of this season/core.

im on the same boat. she's harmless, I think her unrequited love to Ken is very entertaining and adds to the romance drama.

Jah

In case you guys didn't know jiji voice actor is actually tenya ida !!!

Rob V.

This show rules 🤣🤣🤣

I think the pace of the romance in the manga is really well done. There’s consistent progress but there’s also just so much action and comedy and characters being introduced. It’s very well balanced, I’ll say. I think we’ll probably get a really good romantic payoff a couple episodes into season 2. Maybe there’s some element of recency bias at play but I honestly feel like Dandadan is really something special. I can see it becoming as fundamental to my anime/manga tastes as Berserk is.

Episode 7 made me anticipate just how much the Old Lady Guerrilla Brigade was gonna emotionally destroy me. Season 3 gonna go so hard.

Chopper is the youngest in the crew. He’s 15
