happy holiday!!! im 1000% just curious since you mentioned pacing - ive heard yall complain about pacing much more w other shows but with one piece, the show well known for its pacing issues, i dont hear too much. is it bc it just 'comes w the territory' w knowing how one piece is, or is the pacing literally not an issue w yall?

The ones who don’t like skypia are dumb honestly, this is by far the funniest arc and this arc is still so important up to the latest arc like there is so much foreshadowing for upcoming moments. It’s an amazing arc and I have enjoyed it sm rewatching it with you guys

Oda always says he’s not good at writing love stories 😂 which is a lie there will be some amazing love stories thru out the series but oda always said there will be no love story between the strawhats. Not gonna say more cus I dont wanna spoiler hahha but oda has said these things from early on

We're almost at the end of the skypiea arc. Please watch the filler arc G-8. It's really awesome! It something I wouldn't mind you having in the channel even though it's a filler. It's full of memes and funny stuff.

Yeah, no spoilers here but Oda has always said there won't be any romances he writes between the straw hats. People do ship lots of them generally though, including Luffy and Nami (not me), Sanji and Zoro from the current straw hats. And who knows, they may indeed meet love interests later. Also just a reminder that the Ussopp and Kya thing was from the live action, in the anime they don't have an explicit romance but you could interpret that as kind of a romance based on the live action since Oda's bene involved with both

I would personally advise you not to watch the upcoming G8 filler arc. Even though it is very funny, it obviously doesn't add anything to the story and has 12 episodes. The Skypiea arc was a bit slow and the next Cannon arc also feels like filler at first. What I mean by that is that the story and the watch experience are only dragging on even more and in my opinion that doesn't offer much added value. The Canon arc after that is in great demand and will bring a lot of momentum. You can catch up on the G8 filler arc at any time privately or as a reaction and basically watch it any time. That's my personal opinion, do what you feel like! ;) Happy New Year to everyone!

G8 is not worth watching on camera it's completely filler and it's become something one piece fans insist on people watching for no reason. Long ring long land is also pretty awful even though it's canon there are a handful of episodes at the end that are important but most can and I would watch off camera

G8 is great and just peak One Piece comedy. It is a crime that people call for skipping it and even the canon Long Ring Long land (even though I agree that one drags a tiny bit but it is still fun to watch) I mean, I am here to watch you react to great One Piece episodes

I personally recommend not skipping a single (non recap) episode of OP. Of course I'm not saying to react to every episode, just watch the fillers. If you do end up watching & reacting to G8 I'd suggest doing the whole arc in 2 part videos. I like the Davy Back Fight filler arc better.

plsss don't listen to the haters and watch g8. one piece is about the experience and not about how fast u watch it. you love the characters at the end of the day and they SHINE in that little filler arc, there's a reason its popular and every reactor watches it
