I have a feeling the chest won't stay filled for long. I kind of wish the saved up bounty from Water 7 had stayed in the chest. I think you will want to give out extra bounty money in the coming weeks.

I feel like for repeat action like Luffy beating up guard. Even if more guard were beat up, the vibes to me feels like he did less with more casualities? Atleast the impact of him beating guards here is less than the previous episode. TDLR: if you want to, give him 3M. But I feel like the impact the 2nd time is less than 1st episode of it.

Also for multiple arc like Water 7 and Enies Lobby, you might want to keep the chest or be stricter toward the "climax arc". Not to spoil, W7 is setup arc for Enies Lobby which is the climax, where thing pays off. For example, Whisky Peak, Drum Island, Alabasta, so on. A lot of thing from the arc before Alabasta kinda paid up in Alabasta. You would have less in the chest to give to the big moments imo like the Sanji's Mr Prince that was setup in Little Garden. So for technically smaller moments like Usopp being a bigger brother to chopper in 264-266, I would either give him less because its a climax arc. While for the setup arc, you can be more lenient as a lot of episodes might not involve Straw Hat or their action might not be the most important. So that action carries more weight in a setup arc.

They’re doing it off vibes tho which I agree with, it’s their personal opinion. They shouldn’t introduce too many rules to it and just go with how they feel each eps.

Gotta love Franky, all chained up no problem just charges straight at Spandam and bites his head. Also CP9's disrespect for Spandam which I totally get, imagine being a secret government assassin and your chief is someone even weaker than a regular navy soldier.
