MVP ranking for me: 1-Shigaraki, he did the most, and his awakening was sick! in terms of impact and vibes, he's ahead of the others. 2-Crust, he sacrificed himself to save Aizawa. 3-Tokoyami, saved Hawks against a weakend Dabi.

Ain't no way you gave MVP to Tokoyami over Shigaraki 😭 Like yeah, Tokoyami did great saving Hawks but the way that Shigaraki turned the tied of the entire fight with one move is insane. The heroes fully believed they'd won and in one move everything's changed. Not only did he kill a lot of heroes (his opponents) but every single hero, including a lot of the top 10 heroes, were sent on the offensive and running for their lives because of just Shigaraki. And he destroyed their communications so everyone else has no clue what's going on. The fact even the vestiges were like oh shit says everything. I'm good with giving it to Crust because of how incredible that save of Aizawa was but there's no way it goes to Tokoyami over Shigaraki. That scene with the vestiges talking and Shigaraki waking up always gives me goosebumps, I love it so much! The audio design there with the angles and framing are some of the best the show has had up to this point in my opinion. Everything about that scene is phenomenal!

idk. we’ve entered a period of time we’re there will be big moves made by a lot of characters. was what tokoyami did exceptional and important? yeah. i do think you kind of have to give it to shigaraki. maybe crust for the absolute legendary save of daddizawa. that all said, can’t believe we’re finally here. thee next few episodes are absolutely wild. 🤯

this episode scared the shit out of me the first time i watched it like 😭 what do you mean shigaraki can just evaporate cities now 😭 and the first wielder telling midoriya “someone transcendent is coming”……. gave me chills fr i respect tokoyami mvp but would also agree with shigaraki or crust, there’s arguments for each

Not to diminish how badass it was, but it wasn't really a sacrifice since Crust was already hit by Shigaraki's decay, so he was already dying anyways and just saved Aizawa while he was at it. Still a freaking legend though

For what it's worth, Xless did destroy most though not all of the quirk-cancelling capsules xD Horikoshi's too nice to let him die in vain.
