The anime skipped a bloody good bit there, Rudeus told Badigadi he managed to nick Orsted’s hand in their scrap. So Badigadi goes, “Alright then, hit me with the same spell, if it damages me you win.” Rudeus blasts him and bang, splits the bloke clean in half! He comes back all tiny cause he had to regen on the spot, don’t know if it’s reincarnation or what, but he’s basically immortal like Kishirika. And they left out how the whole bloody country went on high alert when he rocked up to Ranoa! The bloke enrolled just to say, “No worries, not here to smash the place,” but everyone thought war was about to kick off. Classic case of the anime leaving out the juicy bits.

It probably seemed kind of random because they just stuck the blue-haired girl in this episode without any context, but she's a somewhat important character later on in the story. The anime cuts a lot of stuff that is in the light novel. She was also shown in this episode as one of the people Badi beat up.

Too right, mate… but I’m not holdin my breath anymore. They already skipped Ghislaine’s little arc and that was a bloody ripper in the novels. Could’ve been a great watch. Now I’m worried they’ll do the same with Eris arc. I hope they don’t butcher it, but let’s be real… I was hopin we’d at least get a special or two showin Ghislaine’s teleportation journey which would’ve been sick! But nah, they left us hangin. Proper sad, ay.

MrYinYang

Yeah ngl, it does feel like a lot of random scenes and moments in the ED/University Arc. But I think it’s a lot of setup and building up characters and relationships for the future.

Synnel

These last two episodes are definitely a little strange. Honestly, it reminds me that I sort of want to see you guys react to high school of the dead after this show and experience full degeneracy 😂😂 Also, yes these episodes are slower and more of a set-up for the future

Ohhh I forgot the country had to go on high alert when he arrived, that would've been so much better if they animated that, damn!!! With all the stuff they leave out, it makes me feel like the anime is only 7 or 6 out of 10. They should've really made each season much longer.

Aaron Griffin

"He has a right to an education" is the greatest Badigadi take I've heard

Hiii since anime skip a lot of content i will give you just little bits of info Elinalise curse matter will come up later anyway hopefully if they dont skip it. In Elinalise case Ange is right she basically only have to do the deed its not the person that matters, the reason she say she have to jump from man to man is because if she keep staying with the same person there is the risk of him becoming too serious with her as we have seen her previously paying guys to not get serious(which she skipped with Cliff since his proposal of lifting her curse struck her deeply and made her fall for him) and the second because most men cant keep up with her when she is used to do it everyday more times a day for essentially forever

there is also a problem with being with one man is that she has to be by his side all the time wherever she goes, if she goes on 2 week journey somewhere without him she would have no choice but to cheat on her partner if she doesnt want to die

Oliver Yan

can't wait for next week's episode 9!

Imotekh

The rules of the curse are more clear in the books. She just have to have sex at regular interval to not die. The longer the interval the more she is in heat.

Swifty

Elinalise needs to do it everyday, but it doesn't need to be with a different person everyday.

Saekoa

Make sure you watch the ED for episode 11 and post credit scene of 15.

Jason

This is not a criticism from me, but just for context, these few slower episodes are exactly the more problematic ones people are talking about. Too many important details and build ups in this arc were skipped, now this feels like sudden events happening at every turn. What they did here was delivering only the essential information that could impact the later plot, and get the story going as fast as possible, I hope it's not too disoriented.

Noremac the Negligible

There were a few skipped scenes that I loved. In the novel the Badigadi and Cliff/Elinalise sections were flipped. When Linia sees Cliff and Elinalise making out and Cliff promises to cure her curse Linia says something like “They’re being so obnoxious, hey boss we should make out to get back at them” and Rudy says “I’d love to if you can promise to cure my impotence.” Telling the whole classroom about it. The other one that comes to mind is that basically every country around Ranoa was sending soldiers and adventurers to surround Badigadi because they didn’t know why he was here and thought he was an invader. Jenius told Rudy to keep him distracted until reinforcements arrived

This ain’t the case, mate. She sleeps around all the time cause she’s an absolute sex fiend, not cause of the bloody curse. The curse doesn’t even start kickin in til about 10 days without a shag, and it only hits full throttle somewhere between two to four weeks. So nah, she ain’t rootin round cause she has to, she’s just got a sky high libido and likes a good time. Vol 11, page 271 – straight from the source.

Cliff just kissed a 1000 dicks. ^_^''

Ladies and gentlemen, The chaddest chad to ever chad, Cliff Grimoire.

Shota Tsunamura

Mrs Carly’s right on the curse it has to be with different men and if I’m right, (probably not) but I think the same guy will hurt her health? (Don’t worry someone will tell me. I’m wrong) Now all I had a bunch of jokes for this episode that was going to pretty much be my comment but no one wants to read those even though there’s a dumb Rudy pun in one. So instead I’ll leave it with this. I have never said this yet and will need to say this more mr. Angelo. Your cover is super lit. I pitctued see a full montage of Rudy’s progress while hearing it like it is the opening to a jobless movie that was giving a small highlights recap before the movie starts. That’s the music envisioned while listening. I know I’m not making sense so too shorten it YOU RICK MR ANGELO! Shutting Up Now.

Ramon Fax!

They crammed 4 chapters into a single episode and skipped some important bits. For instance the blue haired girl. Remember her, she's really important for something later. All I can say is she is a Saint swordswoman in Sword God Style and came for the purpose to meet Rudues. After seeing Rudues blast the Demon King with a single spell she decided to leave, satisfied with what she saw. Also Badigadi apologized to the school later for causing an incident and donated his arm for research on immortality. Badigadi is over 5000 years old.
