As you know, we love our South Korean shows/movies. Pick your favourite out of these South Korean dramas and tell us why without spoiling any of the shows that we haven't finished!

T.T just started Kingdom and haven't yet got to All of Us Are Dead, but Squid Game was refreshing to see. Wish I could vote though

We're loving all of them and Squid Game set a very high standard! Squid game and Arcane in 2021 was a treat!

I haven't seen any of these, but I did watch the South Korean movie Parasite. It was pretty good. Very cool concept.

Haven't finished All Of Us Are Dead yet. I'm halfway through (are there really 6 more episodes playing in the school??! I'm fearing there might be some lengths in the story. Just a feeling though ). At this point it would be a tie with Squid Game and AOUAD. Maybe with a little bonus for Squid Game because it opened the door to South Korean movies/shows for me.. Of these 3 Kingdom was the weakest for me (by now) , BUT it is still a really good show ☝️ So I'm not willing to vote right now. Wouldn't be fair..

Haven't watched any of them 🤷🏻‍♂️

Fair enough! We’d definitely recommend you watch at least one. Squid game is a must watch! Are you not into these sort of dramas? They are emotional roller coasters so we can see why they may not be for everyone

Squid game isn’t bad. However it’s the only one of that list ive seen. Have you guys seen Alice in borderland that kshow is really really good

I'll end up watching Kingdom and All of us are Dead. Which do you think is the better of the two to start with?

Hmm very good question. All of us are Dead is very very fast paced. Both are great but if we'd have to choose, probably all of us are dead :)

chicks dig me

I liked Squid but didnt love it. To me it was a poor studios Hunger Games and the constant shouting during normal conversation got on my nerves. I think I'm alone on this.

Actually your are not alone in parts. I just watched a few Korean shows by now and liked them. Nevertheless it took some time for me to get familar with the "overacting" as I would call it. Some shows have it more some less (All of us are dead i. e.). I am getting used to it slowly.. 😉 However, visually I like the Korean style a lot and the stories are sometimes outstanding. 👍

I enjoyed 3 main characters, Cho, Kang and Ali. The rest were over yelling (Seong), over acting (Han) or over the top (Jang). It was telegraphed from the start there was something up with the old man...why was he even in the games? He was the ''Chekov's gun''.

After finishing All of us are dead it is now clearly a choice for this show. For me the setting and the young actresses/actors were a perfect match. Don't want to spoil you since your not done with it yet. So more in the wrap up... 😉
