Ecilla

Perfect video to wrap my day! Thanks you guys!

Sean Carroll

Mikasa smells good because of all those damn flowers that keep popping up whenever she’s around

Sean Carroll

Can anyone hear the flag snapping in the distance????

Ecilla

Sooo.. Season 2 "Ereh" counter, yeah?

Sean Carroll

Ange is gonna risk it all and leave carlie for mikasa soon hahah. I agree she is not an S tier character, she is quite basic and not essential to the main plot

Sean Carroll

ERWIN IS THE BEST CHARACTER IN THE SHOW HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Per Raunsmed

Would love you to watch the Openings, but some of them does have spoilers. You've been warned Also 141 Ereh's in Season 1

Isabel

Personally, Eren and Annie were definitely a bit obvious I think. I also correctly suspected the armored titan, the colossal on the other hand caught me by surprise. Can't wait to see your reaction later on ^^ I also completely agree with Carlie about Mikasa. Mikasa is one of my favorite characters, but a lot of the time it feels like Mikasa's main personality trait is being obsessed with Eren and his well-being. I def agree that she'd be more interesting as a character if we saw her other motivating factors and sides to her personality. I'm also with Ange on liking Jean in season 1. I really liked him in season one and think he was one of the few characters that grew a lot :)

Kolton Nay

I'm losing my mind with that tierlist lol XD

Sean Carroll

Fuming bertholdt and erens Mum got left unranked

Sean Carroll

#JUSTICEFORJEAN #CARLIEHATESJEAN. Jean is easily a high A tier character. All his leadership abilities, his character growth especially after Marcos death which pushed him to join the scouts. He has been a top character in season 1

But Ange won't defend him because he has a crush on Mikasa.

Trent_88

To answer your guys question, the Eren Titan to me was obvious but not neccessarily as one who could transform back band fourth but more like a manifestation of him or something. And the female titan when she first looked at Armin I thought it was potentially his mother cause it had been mentioned that his parents he'd mentioned stories beyond the walls which I figured would have come from his parents. I ran with that theory hard right up until we saw Annie once they got back and immediately realised it was Annie instead.

Anna Kyruin

First time watching shredded titan was obvious to me, but bizarrely I did not pick up on who the female titan was. :D

FYI Kieth Sadies name is not a spoiler, he says it at the end of episode 2 when he introduces himself, but I don't blame you at all for forgetting that 23 episodes later :)

Rachel Titsch

Ahhhh! I'm screaming I can't say anything hahahahaha boyfriend brother.. also how could you forget Eren's mom and Bertholdt le gasp!

Anna Kyruin

Just finished watching the whole thing, it was incredibly entertaining. I would like to point out that Ange was on to something, traditionally tier lists are first sorted into categories (S vs D etc) and then sorted left to right as well within each row. As for my thoughts on your rankings I will only say I look forward to seeing how different they are each season, and I think it would be great fun to compare how your ranking has changed over time each wrap up :)

Jules Eris

Damn there's a lot of borderline spoiler comments on this post. I hope they don't read these.

There is no possible way there is 141 erehs in season one, maybe throughout the whole series yeah but not in season one. When I search online I found 33 erehs in season 1.

Sammie

I enjoyed this soo sooo much omg 😂😂You guys are hilarious!! Tbh the shredded titan wasn't a big reveal for me bcs I knew it was Eren from manga spoilers, as for the female titan she looked like Annie but there were so many theories about her being Armin's mother 😂. The armored and colossal titans were the biggest shock for me and then I had to go read the manga to avoid spoilers. I love how Ange is sticking up for Mikasa and how he's shipping her with Eren. I'm also a huge shipper of them! I understand Carlie's opinion about Mikasa but (spoilers free) she isn't really that obsessed with Eren in the Manga as she is portrayed in the anime. She gets so much hate for saying "Ereh" and only caring about him but she is so misunderstood! And fun fact she's the first character ever to be created by Isayama in this story so I believe she is a great character. Also, Ange's wishes are so interesting ... I felt like I was watching myself x) I can't wait to see how the ranking will change over the seasons 😂 I had a good laugh seeing you rank these characters, but oh boy how dare you forget about Carla? 😭😭😭 Thanks for the video! Can't wait for your reactions!

I agree, knowing Keith's name was not a spoiler they show a little of his backstory and name in ep 1 and 2 in season one.

Zeli

If I was a character in aot I probably would be Marco cause I trust my homies and would definitely die early by a titan

Effi

This was fun! Definitely heartbroken by some of your rankings haha but can't wait to see how much changes after future seasons of the show. I hope you do something like this for each season!

Eclipsing

"D for Dieter" I died lmao!

Mr Joker

Eren and Annie being titans were a little obvious to me. However the other titans.... Oof.

That’s a great idea 😊 now that you have pointed out the characters that we missed, we can add them in!

Gokubeast2002

Reiner wasn't that bad for this season, he was the helpful guy in the cadet and had a funny moment with eren in earlier episodes with annie

Martin

I just know Eren doesn't smell good. Always screaming, he must sweat a lot. Also I'm pretty sure a titan doesn't smell good.

Naxxyo21

I didn't know for Annie while watching the show, because I didn't asked myself any questions, just watching. I took every plot twist Full blast in the face and it was a great experience too. I guess There is no "good way" to watch it, just enjoy your way. :)

Zakwan Khidzir

The fact that you guys actually dedicated 46 minutes of discussion answering questions from your Patreons and ranking your favourite characters already proves that you guys are the best AoT reactor ever. This is super hilarious! I love Ange's take on each character. I, too, was like him. I resonate so much with Eren in Season 1 because, deep down, I hate bullies and injustice. But as the show progresses, I want to be more like Jean - someone who is a realist. Certain things in this world are beyond our control; we just need to play the cards we've been dealt. Also, I can't believe you guys forgot Carla and Bertholdt!! (Bertoto, Buritto or whatever people call him, lmao). But it's okay, you will remember them soon. The final image of the unranked. From the left are: 1) Daz - the scaredy-cat who told Marco that he didn't want to die. He almost suicides right away when Pyxis was giving them an order to seal the wall. I believe he appeared in two episodes of Season 1. 2) Dieter Ness - the guy with the horse. He shared a similar name as Dieter (who returned to retrieve his friend's body). Female Titan killed him. 3) Thomas Wagner - the first one who died in Eren's squad. Because of his death, Eren remembers the Titan that ate him and revenge before his final moment as a titan. He was the pessimistic dude who asked Eren what the titans looked like. He was also Keith Shadies told to swap his belt with Eren, revealing the defect on Eren's belt. 4) Bertholdt - a.ka. Buritto/Bertoto or whatever. He was seen with Reiner a couple of times. They were the roommates that Eren and Armin sought for advice on how to do balance on ODM gear. 5) Carla - Eren's hot mom. 6) Mina Carolina - the cheerful girl with pigtails who were excited about receiving Sasha's offer for the meat before the Colossal titan's appearance. Shortly after, you see Sasha saved another character named Samuel from falling by hooking her ODM gear on his leg. That's all the character recap from me. More people need to know your channel. This is amazing!

Meka
>>82433791

This tier list is based on season 1 🤨 Did you rank him as best character as you see him walk in season 1 and ask who’s the enemy

Meka
>>82438561

Agree but to be fair Bertholdt didn’t stand out much. A lot of the team was background characters to me that could be dead at any second that’s how show proved in S1 so until they appear enough for me to consider remembering their name was going to take some time. Exception being Petra 😢

Sean Carroll
>>82507350

Ymir’s name is not currently know at season 1 so you should edit your comment, I’m not sure whether they have seen ilses notebook or episode 2 yet

Carlie & Ange

Thank you so much for this lovely comment! We’re glad this video has gone on well. We’ll keep doing them for future seasons 😊
