Gabriel Barott

Right before bed I get to watch the reaction, lets gooo

Bryonna Yates

My goodness! You spoil us! ❤️❤️

adam john peters

One cool thing I noticed on my rewatch of the show is during the first 3 seasons you always get eren inner monolog so you always know what he's thinking in season 4 you don't get his inner monolog at all

Ciaphas Cain

Ah, woken up and new ep is up, gotta make the breakfast and watch before work 😂

Ras Sivoro
>>87171302

What about the time he figured out how the war hammer titan transformed?

adam john peters
>>87171302

Oh shit you might be right...I stand corrected lol but besides that moment I don't think there is another I could be mistaken again though

taengsicle unbreakable

Wow its weird time to upload, but thanks! Anyway, so its okay for Eren to kill and destroy anything because he do it out of his care for his friends and family, but when Reiner and others do exactly same they're villain? I really love to see Ange loyalty to Eren, and I wonder till when he will keep backing him up, I mean even Carlie start doubting him 😆 Also I can't wait for him to see Floch again, I want see if he love him or dislike him 🤣 Great reaction guys, like always~

Amrith

The beginning of the fall. Good luck getting through the rest of the episodes.

The Plot Armored Titan

Long live the Alliance! Hail to our true hero and saviour, Lord Reiner!

Gabriel Barott

I think a big question you have to answer for yourself is, how far are you willing to let Eren go before it's too far? I don't think there's any right answer to that question, but we all have our own thresholds. Though, if Eren continues to be absolved of the atrocities he commits because he's doing it for the people he loves, where will we end up? It becomes a pretty slippery slope imo On another note about Eren laughing, you were right, he had done that before when Hannes died. I personally believe he was just laughing at how ridiculous everything is, how crazy it is that it's gotten to this point, that no matter how powerful he becomes, the people he cares about are still dying. Maybe that's incorrect, but that's how I read that scene. Great reaction as always you two :)

KOOAH

Great catch remembering Eren laughing when Hannes died. If you remember what he was saying then, he might be feeling similar things when Sasha died. That's kind of his way to cope when something unbelievable has just happened.

Q

I would agree that the word “idolize” is the perfect way to describe how Yelena looks at Eren and Zeke😂😂

Jean-Luc Baca

So many moving parts this episode. Erwin’s words still in my mind even this far into the show. “What do you think the enemy is” no one trusts anyone and everyone is plotting something. 🥲

Ivan Haji

That Hange scene was so sad. She tried to connect with him like when he was a child, hoping that he was still the same pure little boy. Only to be grabbed like that. “If you know any other way, then tell me what it is”, these words from Eren are very important to remember for part 2.

Peak

Eren side forever remember that for the rest of the series

Jordan

In Eren we trust! Great reaction!

Ivan Haji

Ange, to be a Yeagerest is not an insult, but a huge honour. There are many others out there like us. 😂

Reiner knows he’s wrong, hence the depression. Eren knows he’s right. Reiners side started the war, Eren’s side had no choice and was dragged into war. That’s the difference here my friend.

taengsicle unbreakable
>>87172132

Don't ask who start war friend, cause we know exactly who is it and it long time ago, Reiner and friends also as victim as Eren, they also didn't have choice, their choice either be Warrior or be forever oppressed or get killed..

Cloudburst
>>87175240

the minority for a reason. but its fun to be a terrorist on a global scale i guess

Krasnny Shíbā

V{This is not a spoiler, it is a clarification of a bad adaptation of the anime} At the beginning of the manga it is shown how the mother tattoos the symbol of the azumabito on Mikasa's arm, in the anime this is not shown instead they put how she embroiders it on cloth with Mikasa and it is not given so much importance, errors of the adaptation basically

Ivan Haji
>>87175240

Majority side with Eren* If us Eldians are the bad guys for fighting back, and refusing to be ethnically cleansed then so be it.

Cation

That was a traumatic laugh, same as one in season 2 finale when Hannes dies. And yes it's hard to know who to root on, that's the point of the show

Coco

ya'll are wild in these comments, sorry for this stress carlie and ange 😭

Ivan Haji
>>87172132

The fact that Marley attacked the island, forcing Eren & his friends isn’t subjective though. It’s what happened.

Coco
>>87175240

cloudburst, come to the discord, you will be safe with us 😭 the patreon comments are always too much

Trent_88

Ya know way back in season 1 during the female titan episodes, when Eren realised he shouldn't have listened to the other scouts and transformed to fight Annie. You guys noted that he was gonna learn the wrong lesson and it could be a pivotal moment in his character development. I think thats right, and it shines through in this season as he is making decisions that he perceives as right weather or not his friends agree with him.

Sydonis

People just need to chill in these comments, we can have discussion about who is siding with who, once they cought up with everyone, no point getting into it, when there is still 18 episodes left.

Sammy
>>87172132

Forcing Eren & his friends to what? Ever heard of "Cycle of Revenge"? Just because they were attacked first doesn't mean that they can return the favor and kill a lot of civilians with a clean conscience.

Hertog

Yeagerist are the real fans. Fuck the Alliance

Ivan Haji
>>87172132

Sammy@ Assuming we are only talking about the story up to this point. Ever heard of collateral damage?

Maia Brodsky

Actually, I'm pretty sure Armin didn't kill anyone on those ships that arrived on Paradis. That's why he said "It was fun back then." It would be totally out if character for him to say that otherwise. And if you watch the scene, they all abandoned ship and were captured by Levi and other soldiers.

Maia Brodsky

I don't know if you guys know about this, but I was using Google to get to your patreon, and one of the top results was a Reddit post from 8 days ago with a link to a 'leak' of your reaction.

Bryonna Yates

People are wack in these comments. Getting way too ahead of themselves. What people are bringing up, Carlie and Ange haven't even reacted to yet. Stop potentially spoiling them please. I know they are a few episodes ahead but not that many.

NissanZaxima

Don't worry too much about the comments. This is the part of the story that really splits the beliefs of the fan base and people are VERY passionate about this story. I would rather have YOUR opinions/reactions even if I disagree with them.

D

Please stop reading Patreon comments. You are going to get spoiled by these dumbasses.

TrixieTurner

My man eren is under a lot of pressure, so he's a little grumpy.

Courtland Brown

“If you don’t understand something go figure it out. Isn’t that what we scouts do?”. That’s more or less what Erwin said before the battle of Singanshina

Maia Brodsky
>>87202844

Yes, and Levi noticed and let his facade crack for a second. You know those two must miss the hell out of Erwin.

M.N.

The traumatic laugh is a characteristic of Eren and I like that it is mentioned because a lot of ppl in real life do that too. Its also about the time Sasha stole the meat. When it comes to Historia being pregnant go back and listen to the conversation the soldiers were having around the table. I think you might missed something

Rick Turpentine

I think Eren is so frusterated because he at least thinks he is the only one seeing the real entire picture of the situation. Thats why he is pointing out the thing about the Warhammer power. He is just like showing them. Like hey hange youre the smartest person we got and you overlooked something massive and obvious I can just leave if I wanted. He doesnt think anyone but himself and maybe Zeke can see everything for how it really is. Yet they still dont trust him and wont rely on him. He is trying to take control of the situation. It makes me think of the court room scene in season one. "If you guys arent willing to fight then bet everything on me."

Ivan Haji
>>87240493

This 🙌 🙌 🙌. At this point, Eren is smarter than Erwin, & stronger than Levi. He could do whatever he wants and no one can do a thing. He willingly let himself get captured, & yet they still don’t trust him.

Carolina
>>87173145

i have a theory about him laughing of Sasha’s death (not Hannes, only Sasha’s), but it would be spoiler so I’ll write it when they watch part 2 finale. I don’t want them to read

Carolina

Gosh. The comments make me sick.

Kolton Nay

Part of why this series is the GOAT is how it divides the fanbase just like big issues in real life divide countries and citizens. People tend to fall into one extreme or the other, and it's no different here. What a masterpiece.

Jaypee87
>>87175240

To be a Yeagerist actually denotes more than just siding with Eren in my opinion, but I can't get into it just yet. There's a lot of baggage with tribal terms like that

Jaypee87
>>87240493

Lol Eren smarter than Erwin? Get real. Eren is a great character with many amazing traits and strengths, but I don't think anyone would say he is anywhere close to as smart as Erwin or Hange or Armin. He glimpsed memories from his father and so had many invaluable insights that others don't have, but I don't think that makes him smart, just well informed. And no, I'm not saying he's dumb either. I just thought it was preposterous calling him smarter than Erwin.

Jaypee87
>>87268633

It is an interesting contradiction as Isayama is clearly writing this story with the intent of showing people how there are good and honorable people on both sides, yet people here watching the show are choosing sides themselves like it was a deep part of their identity or ideology

Kolton Nay
>>87268633

That's the thing, it probably is. Everyone watching this show is a real person making decisions in their everyday lives that are affected by the themes explored in this show. People can feel deeply attached to the outcomes and sides when it feels so personal and relates to things they are experiencing. It's always an interesting dialectic that mirrors reality without having the actual ramifications of reality.

Justgil_44
>>87174933

he actually only says this in the manga as far as I know, he doesn't say this on hulu, funimation, or crunchyroll which I find interesting.
