Degenerick

welcome to my 3rd favorite episode of part 1

MasterOfPuppets

Enjoy? I just finished ep 11-14 a few hours ago and I don't know if "joy" is the right word to describe these...😆 But I will without a doubt enjoy your reactions! 😉😍 I try not to imagine the discussions that will start in here soon.. 😂😆 Keep it cool guys. 😉 Really bad things going on in the real world. No need to escalate in here. ☮️

Degenerick

actualy kinda surprised yal didnt notice the girl at least from s4 ep 9 at first

Brainiacbrian

So glad you are giving every character a fair shake. Whether it be Eren or Gabi, glad to see you are taking the Falco approach to analysis.

Ciaphas Cain

Farmer has to be good for her. She would mess him up for misbehaving soooo quick 😂 she’s a trained scout, not a pushover 😂

im__JAM

Do you remember in season 1 the scout that had a bandana over his head because his horse kept eating his hair? i think somehow that horse ended up at braus stables lol

GB3

Things I learned this episode 1) Mikasa is shitty to her fans 2) pixis needs glasses 3) the only thing in this show that’s powerful enough to take down gabi is a horse

The Plot Armored Titan

That was no ordinary horse, it was Jean in his true form taking revenge on Gabi. 🤭

M.N.

I think Mikasa was getting that flash back because the girl was loyal to Eren and thankful to Mikasa for saving her. Its a parallel to Mikasa's own gratefulness and loyalty to Eren. But seeing what Eren's becoming can be contradictory for Mikasa. Also, Mikasa got headaches in previous seasons, Also I think its the same horse. Its unspecified though. I feel like the mangaka left it up to readers (viewers) to conclude

KOOAH

This is one of my favorite episodes of AOT! Probably top 5

The Plot Armored Titan

I love how you guys still not hating on Gabi. Very different from other aot reaction videos I've ever watched.

Pretty sure Shallot is still alive, but I'll rewatch it. Ness left Shallot to attack Annie, so I don't think she killed that horse. I also believe this Gabi-hair-biting horse is indeed supposed to be Shallot.

Gabi scared the shit out of me! If there ever was a loose unit, Gabi is! She is Eren 2.0 for real (just change "titans" to "island devils"). I really hope she will never get her hands on a titan.. 😳 But still: I don't hate her, it is obvious she has been brainwashed big time. Some people can easier be effected than others. Falco is my hero at the moment . He managed to keep a clear mind and therefor I really fear for him.. Being clever and friendly doesn't expand your lifetime in this show...

Ecilla

It’s actually not an easter egg, the horse is actually the secret 10th titan, the Unicorn Titan.

MasterOfPuppets
>>87371661

Exactly. And I had the same feeling like C&A with her "speech" being drummed in her head. Hope someone is gonna break that wall somehow..

Amrith

oh, Gabi and Eren ! A match made in Ymir's heaven.

MasterOfPuppets
>>87374404

If there would be a child resulting from these two (legal age given of course) it would the "world ender"! 😈😂

GB3
>>87374404

That kid would kill their parents because it was put in time out because of “freedom”

TrixieTurner

Mikasa sees herself in that girl she saved and she doesn't like it, that's why she's so rude to her. Mikasa now has her own mikasa.

Ivan Haji

King Flock has once again returned. Brother Anji once again confirming he is a true Jaegerists like the rest of us heroes.

Meka

Go back to season 1 episode 16. 14:55 to rewatch squad leader Ness and his Shallot. The foreshadowing for this episode 😂

Corey Hughes
>>87369788

There is almost no emphasis placed on her at all. I would say most people probably didn't recognize her that episode.

Rick Turpentine

I love that little detail of Galiard saying "To think we fought side by side with a traitor this whole time." and it showing Reiners reaction to it. Funny to because Galiard was supposed to recieve the Armored Titan so he himself would have been a traitor just like that.

Chris V

Love that you remember Sannes words to Hange! Good luck, Hange and the cycle continues...

S1: Episode 17 9:06 Squad leader Ness tells Shallot I love you 🐴 9:25 Annie Female Titan first appearance. Kills Squad leader Ness and we don’t see Shallot after that but she wasn’t kicked at that moment by Annie like some other horses abused in AoT. So that’s either actually Shallot or one of her descendants 🐴

Ivan Haji

Anyone else like how Eren went from "He is in danger" to "He is the danger"?

Ivan Haji

Well said. Eren had his childhood snatched away, his hometown destroyed, his mother eaten alive, his "friends" betray him, his other friends killed, his people threatened with genocide. Now he is finally knocking an the aggressors door, and they act surprised.

MasterOfPuppets
>>87407663

Interesting🤔 Let's have a look at Gabi: Childhood? Check Hometown destroyed? Check Betrayed by friends? Check Friends killed? Check? Genocide threat? Check So, you are a Gabi fan as well? She has all it needs to be your hero...👍 Not to mention that probably hundrets or thousands on both sides would pass your "moral test".. See where this leads? To be clear: I don't prefer any of the sides at this point. I prefer those who keep a clear mind in horrible circumstances and avoid victims and escalations at both sides! ☮️

Ivan Haji
>>87407663

MasterPfPuppets@ Not a single thing you said takes away from my point. You missed 1 crucial thing. Eren & his side didn’t even know of Marley’s existence. While Gabi’s side, Marley knew of their existence and tried to wipe them out. Now they are facing consequences of their actions. I’m not even saying Eren’s methods are right. But let’s not pretend both sides are the same, when there’s 1 HUGE difference.

Ivan Haji
>>87407663

In other words, Gabi can’t be my hero because she is fighting for a side that oppresses her own race, has no problem feeding children to dogs, and constantly tries to commit genocide against other nations, eldians or not.

MasterOfPuppets
>>87407663

Well, now they know about Marley and now they act exactly like them. For me the whole "they started it" is not an argument to justify doing the same bad things. Circle of Violence. You can't do bad things for a good cause Guess this is the mayor point on which we will not agree. 🤷‍♂️

Alijah Edwards

Eren is just an animal that's backed in a corner who loves his friends and family that's burdened with over 300 years of memories

Ivan Haji
>>87407663

Of course now that they found out of Marley's existence they are going to do something about it lol. Have you known any country in history that has never went on the offensive in war and only on the defensive? You going to tell me the Western Allies were wrong for bombing back Nazi Germany too? Did you know that thousands of German children died as a result of such bombing? Go ahead & and tell me the Allies were wrong. Once again, I never condemned Eren's actions. All I said was, don't try & and pretend he and Gabi are the same. They are not. The difference between them is huge. Even if they are both wrong. If I punch someone back for punching me, I am not the same as him.

MasterOfPuppets
>>87407663

Ok, I'll give you the satisfaction of one more answer. I was talking about an anime and my standpoints to its story. Bringing in real wars and deaths to justify your simping of a fictional character is way of limit for me. Especially with the current situation in the world. Not the time or place...

Ivan Haji
>>87407663

Resorting to insults because you have no foot to stand on. Real life or fiction, the idea is the same. Your statement of “it is not justified” applies to both. And you know it. Pure hypocrisy. The reason you have no problem with what the allies did to Germany is but a huge problem with what Eren did to Marley is because you aren’t an Eldian living ok that Island. It doesn’t effect you.

MasterOfPuppets
>>87407663

Ok, first of all: if this came out as an insult then it must be because of my bad use of the english language. Sorry, not intended. 🙏 Second, you are actually talking to someone who lost relatives (although I never happened to know them of course) in the bombing of Germany. And no: they were no nazis and yes: the attack of the allies was without alternative. But for me this is no appropriate discussion in the comment section of a reaction channel that most people watch to distract from the real world which is shitty enough atm. Just my personal opinion and no offend. We don't need to have the same opinion on this show (or parts of it). Lets just don't make it bigger as it is. ☮️

Corey Hughes

"She'll kill all the horses as well." At least one of them...
