We've finally finished! You'll see the reaction to the finale in an hour-long special in a few hours. In the mean time, feel free to drop some questions down below that you'd like to ask us about Attack on Titan, and our experience watching it for the first time!

We'll have a separate video for our character tier lists.

Comments

Icetune

Here's a difficult one! (at least in my opinion, because i asked this myself a lot). How do you think you would have reacted to the show, if there was only Season 4? Because it is like the same start as in Season 1 but from another perspective. Do you think you would have hated the shredded and cheered for the armoured? :D Loved Season 4 🔥

Ren-chon

What do u guys think about the ending song of the final season ‘Akuma No Ko’,(lyrics & visuals included)??

Aeexlz

Hey Carlie and Angie, I just wanted to ask what yous thought of Erens character progression and development, and how do you think the story will come to it's conclusion in Part 3?

Mr Joker

What's the ending you hope for in part 3?

kamvel t

favorite ost?

Skellyp

I know ange hasn’t been super on board with the choices everyone is making in the last few episodes. How do you rank this show compared to all other shows you’ve watched so far in your life? Not only shows you’ve reacted to. If your able to make that comparison. Maybe add an S+ tier when you do your character tier list. I’ve enjoyed rewatching the show with you two so far. Ty for reacting to one of my favorite shows.

Amrith

Bear with me, Titans have digestive tracts. That's been known since episode 6 of season 1. So they have to poop somehow. Now that you have seen the founding Titan in it's full form, so how does it poop? It's missing those pronounced arses that Ange was talking about, in it's skeletal form.

Mason D.

do you prefer Wit Studio or Mappa's animation and design?

Skellyp

I think it is mentioned somewhere that they spit up those disgusting Pods full of everything they’ve eaten to empty them selves out.

Twatattack

Mayor of loose-unitville? Maybe do one for season 4 part 2 then all of attack on titan 😀

mohamed rafee

Have been a Patreon member since you guys started aot. Love yourvideos❤️. Do you still think season 4 music is not as the other seasons? Because I personally loved the music choices for this season, osts like “ashes on fire”, “footsteps of doom”, “rumbling” and the violin/piano version “fall of paradis/marley” which is in s4 p2 are part of my top 5 favourite tracks of the entire show. I thought it was smart of the show to also use some of the remixed versions of the songs from earlier seasons. Also pls react to this version of fall of paradis https://youtu.be/jdLc2NLp4QA . It’s my favourite ost, it comes in s4 part 2. S4 music was personally my favourite. Sorry for such a long paragraph😂.

laras

I AM SO EXCITED OMG. Here is the question: after watching the last episode, what’s your take/interpretation on Eren’s actions, thoughts, and motivation so far? Do you still think it’s because he wants to protect his friends? (If you already discussed this in the post-watch video, dismissed that question). Also for funsies: what kind of AoT ending that you two would hate? 😂 for example, mine would be: 9 years old Eren woke up and the whole AoT universe is just his dream/imagination.

Tuan Khoi Tran

How do you guys think of Isayama’s efforts in creating Attack On Titan up to this point? Does it become one of your favourite series that you can recommend to other people if asked?

Amrith
>>89136619

Aww.. you messed up the one good question I had. So as a back up question : I will post one more.

Star

Since Falco’s titan is bird-like, do you think it could fly? If you recall all the way back in season 4 part 1, one of the military generals from Marley asks, “we don’t have any titans with wings do we?” I’d love to know your thoughts 😊

mohamed rafee

Obviously genocide is bad but do you guys understand why eren is doing it even if you don’t agree with it. I think eren doesn’t hate a group of people but (concept of the) world as a whole at this point. I think he just wants to vanish everything to start afresh because he doesn’t think it can be fixed anymore. It’s very pessimistic but not surprising when you have 2000 years of memories of hate, racism and war. No mental state state could witness this and be like “I have hope in human nature”. Putting myself in his shoes, I guess I would have been destructive wreck too if I were in his shoes.

NMP

What do you think was the best reveal/plot twist of the series? There’s so many

Amrith
>>89136605

I second this. Rank your shows along with the ones you have not reacted to. I would like to get on board. I recently watched Chernobyl on HBO and it was too good to even exist.

mohamed rafee

Do you guys consider eren as more of a protagonist or antogonist of the show right now? Eren was nominated for crunchyroll’s Best protagonist of the year and best antogonist of the year and he ended winning antogonist of the year. Btw Crunchyroll is a anime awards show voted by global fans and a committee of international judges.

Chrisiyyi

Top 5 characters

Benjamin

Hi guys, loved watching your reactions so far. My question is who would you rate to be the top 3 most dangerous individuals to have existed in the show? Dangerous as in who can contribute the most to their side, and this can include anything like human fighters, titans shifters, strategic thinkers, politicians, etc. Founding titan powers excluded.

Meg B

Which character did you relate to/identify with the most at the beginning of the series and at the end (if it changed)? And who do you think will still be alive when AoT ends? Love you guys and your controversial opinions <3

Rexig

Smell-o-meter update ?

Dandy Lad

if you were given the power to make a character and add it to aot, what will their role, appearance and will they be good or bad and lastly how will they improve the show

Sammie

Personality traits of each character that you like/dislike? Do you think it would have made a difference if Mikasa had a different answer to that question? What do you think would've happened? Thank you guys and keep being awesome ❤️

Amrith

How do you compare Eren to Dr. Manhattan now and who would have thought that the season finale would be the most wholesome/heartbreaking episode of all?

CrazyKonty

Reiner is my favorite character. It's the tragedy of his story that makes me love him so much. Can you share some of your thoughts you have about him? Do you think he's the most "humane" character in the show?

Ivan Haji

If you, your families, and everyone you ever knew lived in Paradis. And the entire world aimed to wipe you guys out simply because of the race you were born into, & you knew the only way to guarantee survival was the rumbling. Would you side with Eren? Also Ange, do you still believe Levi can beat Eren? Xd.

AbatedFawn

Do you like us patron's cause we saved you or because we're family?

Kolton Nay

I think we can all agree the storytelling of AoT draws on some pretty dark themes and lessons about the real world. Do you think the story so far has any uplifting or hopeful messages to communicate to the viewers, and if not right now, do you think it will by the end?

ETT

Would you rather kill Eren or commit genocide

Luna lanes
>>89139617

Reiner is my second favorite ! I wish people would talk more about him even if he shines less in part 2

Luna lanes

Did you learn/discover something about yourself watching this show ?

pan dan

I think that Eren's journey in becoming a villain is what Daenerys' should have been :P. Do you believe that there's something that you'd changed or disliked about the storytelling of transforming Eren to a villain?

Kevin Franco

Do you think that the colossal titan power was wasted on Armin? We only see him use it once in the show. Do you think Erwin would’ve used it more and in what scenarios do you think he would’ve used it? If Erwin had been chosen instead of armin, do you think he would’ve sided or agreed with Eren’s plan?

PuffyFish605

What characters would you guys say changed the most from who they were in Season 3 to who they are now in Season 4? (Besides Eren, of course).

Zeli

With how we have seen Erwin's resolve throughout S1 - S3 if Levi picked Erwin over Armin do you think he would have joined Eren's plan with the rumbling?

TomNook

Isn’t it crazy that Erin is so motivated about freedom and wanting everyone’s freedom that he is the only one a slave to the situation knowing he has to do something he doesn’t want to do.

Luna lanes

Did you know Isayama drew the first attack on titan oneshot when he was only 19 but no one wanted to publish it because his drawing style was too bad ? I still can't believe THIS is his first story/ manga and he is only 35 now. Huge inspiration for me

Bryonna Yates

Was it worth getting into the show? And how has it changed you, if at all?

Monii

OMG I'm so excited for this ;A; I've put a lot of questions for you guys to choose from! - What character changed the most over the course of the series so far? Who do you feel had the most character development? [Excluding Eren, but feel free to talk about him too LOL] - You can have a conversation & dinner with one character, dead or alive. Who do you choose? - Where would you place Attack on Titan in your personal rankings of tv shows [not just anime]? - Choose one character you think will absolutely die by the end of the series. I've asked this to all my friends who I forced to watch attack on titan, so I'm curious LOL - What's something you think you gained from this series? Something you learned about yourself or learned about eachother? I think this series opens peoples minds a bit so I'm curious. - Who is the most tragic character in the show to you? Not just from this season, but from all of them. [For me personally it's got to be Ymir [Jaw Titan Ymir, not founder Ymir.] She was never once loved unlike most of the other characters who had families who loved them. She was used her entire life, alone. Her only saving grace was Historia. Whenever I think of her I get so sad.] Looking forward to the video + the extra AOT stuff while we wait for the next season!

Beyonder

If it was you in Erens shoes, how would both of you handled that situation? I'd love to hear it

Erjon Sejdijaj

This one is specifically for Ange: Which OP was your favorite to cover?

Clown

Now that you guys have finished the series, I want to ask you a really tough question about season 1. When Reiner attacked the female titan and escape he had blood on him. Do you have ANY idea who's blood is that? In all seriousness, hope you guys enjoyed the show. Can't wait for Death note reactions!

RepliCant

Are you gonna react to all the openings/endings in one video?

Anna Kyruin

My Questions: - How would you most simply express the difference between your perspective on the series at the end of season 1 versus season 4 part 2? - How hard has it been dealing with the weight of expectation placed upon you when reacting to such a famous and beloved series as AOT? - In retrospect having caught up to this series, can you think of any real world situations being reflected thematically in the show that particularly resonate with you? - Isayama seems to have a rather bleak outlook on humanity if his writing is a reflection of the way he sees the real world.. Assuming the show and it's themes did represent Isayama's view on humanity do you agree with that viewpoint, why or why not?

Armani

Do you think Attack On Titan is one of the greatest not anime but Tv Shows of all time or atleast this generation ? Attack On Titan is an anime that has transcended the genre, becoming a show that is often mentioned with game of thrones and has world wide recognition . Topping the charts on IMBD , In fact last year Attack On Titan won the Most-In-Demand Tv Show award for 2021 from ParrotAnalytics as well as Anime of The Year 2021 award at Chrunchyroll.

Greyceful

At what point in the show did you think Eren turn into a villain?

Coco
>>89136619

They only have an oesophagus and stomach, not intestines or beyond, so no poop. But they got that cake, tho.

Coco

What was the single most memorable/impactful moment for you personally? What moment is ingrained in your memory, that elicits the most emotion?

Sydonis

1. Why do you think Eren decided to wipe out the world, instead of simply using the rumbling as a deterrent, much like Nuclear weapons are used nowdays, once he obtained full control over founding titan? 2. One of the more popular fan theories (unconfirmed even by manga) is that Eren is father of Historias child, since arguably he had more chemistry with Historia during part 1 of S3, than with Mikasa at any point and she was one of the 2 people who knew his entire plan. Your thoughts on that potential pairing?

Icetune

So this is no question but i just saw your reaction to episode 27 and i wanted to say something. I got the impression that you actually have problems with hate comments and i am concerned. I don't want that these comments maybe ruin your experience with the community. I hope both of you know that the hate comments mainly come from the "loud one percent" and that (at least in my opinion) you two have a wonderful community. You do not have to justify everything you said or apologize to us if you misunderstood something in the show, just so you won't get hate comments on YouTube... because such comments will come anyway, no matter what you do. I think it would be sad if you two would hold back with a crazy theory or something, just because you might get hate comments. So what im trying to say is that (from my experience) almost 100% of the people around here love your work🔥🔥🔥 Don't let the hate get to you👊🏼

imvirals

Which do you two enjoy more? Stories like attack on titan as in more dark/grim more mature topics or less mature more happy positive shows?

salder909

Voice Actor tier list?

Sam

where does Attack on Titan rank in your top tv shows? taking everything into account, story, characters, soundtrack, etc.

Amrith

We should get a community poll going where we list the top 5 reactions of theirs this season, and top 5 of their puns. What do you think?
