why cant eren and mikasa just be happy

Luna lanes

At the start of this episode, the voice says to Mikasa « you can change anything you want but not Eren’s death ». Even in this peaceful life with no dead family, Ackerman powers and titans attack, she is still separated from him. Maybe this episode is just her dream or personal fears but she knows Eren very well and always could feel he is someone who can’t be stopped or protected

And yes the editors said they were supposed to kiss at the « scream » chapter but Isayama didn’t know how to handle it for the rest of the story. I mean, the « I’ve always hated you » only works because that kiss never happened so I understand why he chose not too

"stop being a......... he's blushing too" Classic Ange defending Mikasa😂😂 This episode is so meaningful, it foreshadowed Eren's continuous quest for freedom and "revenge", even after retaking Shiganshina and finding out the truth about the world. Eren is unstoppable and that's what Mikasa realized in this ep and also at the end of s4 p2. I love Mikasa, she's often misunderstood, but you seem to understand her character a lot better than so many people. In my opinion, the anime didn't do her justice compared to the manga where you can clearly see how great of a character she is. I'd love to see your reaction to the ending of this cruel yet beautiful masterpiece. Eremika 🖤

Isiyama has confirmed that a Multiverse exists in AOT. There are strong signs/evidence that hint towards a anime original ending, including this OVA (which is also in the manga). Time will tell. Thanks guys, been looking forward to this video.

Meshak

Thanks guys! Was getting AOT withdrawal symptoms, but now im better.

Nah...would they? That's crazy I don't know how I'd feel about that. It's almost never a good call when the anime does that, straight facts.

Honestly no really and he never talk about a multiverse. This OVA (and the OVA manga) is not even written by him but he liked it and had nothing against it. Time will tell as you said but expect the ending to stay as it is

Isiyama confirmed that " Attack on School Castes" is canon. In other words, the events that take place in that manga are canon, just like the main AOT universe.

Jagi. There are many scenes in the anime that Isiyama requested to be changed or didn't exist in the manga at all. I won't spoil for non-manga readers, but when you put them all together, they strongly hint towards an anime original ending.

I got chills during your guitar intro! It hits harder after waiting for it for so long! It's nice to be back in the world of AOT.
