Yep... that's the problem with anime. It was fine when I was in high-school, but the older I get, the more I could do without it. Just makes it harder to get people into amazing shows because it contains anime weirdness that makes people uncomfortable.

your post ep discussions for this series are so funny 😂 also re: the random slide, that one in the ep is definitely fanservice but i’m pretty sure off the top of my head they come from random extra manga panels the author draws between chapters, so when you see them in the episodes they actually come from the source manga! i haven’t read the manga in ages though so someone please correct me if i’m wrong 😅

Ishigami was totally right! Chika can't demand they have fun only when she's around. Also IMPORTANT: There is an AFTER-CREDIT-SCENE next episode. It's important for understanding what happens in episode 12. Best would be you watch 11 and 12 together actually. :D

I also went to an all boy's school and people who went to coed school don't know the struggle. Especially that time, internet wasn't that big yet, so when we see girls, we can go crazy but don't really know what to do. So when I was lucky enough to get a girlfriend in my 3rd year, I was also like 'okay, it's showing off time 🔥' Also some rice cakes are great. Have you guys ever tried the Korean spicy rice cake (tteotbokki)? I definitely recommend it.

Those little vignetes, including Hayasaca looking for something sus in the bed from last ep, the principal after the short cake bit, the twintail girl after the reconciliation bit and Miyuki imaging Kaguya in a swimsuit are extra vignetes added in the volume form of the manga. It's just something extra that is canon to their corresponding chapters, or in this case, their corresponding bit in the anime.
