i dont agree with with sarina being in love with the doctor being a problem because first its not like ruby is in love with aqua right now and second aqua himself said that his past self is disappearing and he is becoming a different person (aqua).

to be clear I would absolutely HATE if they would go the incest route but right now there is nothing romantic between aqua and ruby and i dont thing they will because like i said aqua is not the doctor anymore thats why ruby will not start liking aqua i think

I'm assuming (and hoping) that if/when Ruby finds out Aqua is her doctor she also would realize that her acting on her crush (presuming she still has it) would be morally wrong to say the least. I pray the show won't go down that route though.. I can tolerate a lot of stuff but that would make it really hard to watch for me lol

I am fairly certain you are meant to be pretty weirded out. The author is notorious for baiting weird tropes like this (as a call out to the ppl who actually write it), and it is very unlikely that he will do anything with it other than address it and eventually use it as character development for Ruby later down the line. That being said, some authors genuinely write that sort of stuff.

I think Sarina and Ai's love situations were similar in that they were both so desperate to experience love with anyone that show care and affection for them. We also never saw Sarina's family around at all when she was sick like how Ai's family was never there for her.

Sarina's affection for Goro makes plenty of sense given her past life. As Ange said, it's cute. However, she clearly didn't and doesn't have those feelings for "Aqua", so it'll be interesting to see how she reconciles his two identities when they learn each other's pasts. Based on how she talked about him too, it seems like her crush has maybe developed moreso into an admiration for him, rather than romantic interest. After all, it's been 16+ years since she's seen him. Could be wrong about that, though.
