Yeah this was easily one of the best episodes of the entire show for me. Everything from the cinematic feel of the widescreen and the animation to the themes and messages portrayed were done really well. Absolute masterclass from ONE & Studio Bones. It’s also wild to think that Mob actually spent an entire six months in that universe being constantly bullied until he couldn’t take it anymore. If Dimple arrived any later it could’ve been real bad.

6:45 Carlie comfortably answering Mogami lmao definitely would’ve been a sympathizer 😂

Really action packed and emotionally rich episode! It has stellar animation, music and amazing character development for Mob. Now he recognises that he has people he can rely on and can influence people. He can help them change, he's not just passive anymore! Also fun fact, the author said that his goal in this story was to create a character who changed people not by simply defeating them with only violence but also with his words and compassion. Even Mob's Japanese VA said that Mob's willingness to change and help others change as well has made him change and feel more confident 🥹. One thing, I like how Carlie still has a healthy amount of distrust towards Dimple. He's after all still an evil spirit and not remotely harmless. He just likes Mob now! But he won't admit it yet. That will come later. You'll see. Anyways I feel like you guys always have such nice reactions and I hope you guys have fun with the rest! The next two episodes are really emotional as well and really delve into a certain character. Have fun!

I really love how crazy they get with the animations, the shot angles, and action direction they get with this episode. Knowing that this is a mind scape they knew they could get really wild as nothing was off limits, whereas in the physical world psychic powers has more give and take and rules to ground them in reality a bit.

"best episode of the series" that sum up the whole season 2 tbh

this is one long ass username

Hope you guys noticed that the girls dad sent the whole sum of money to the psycho helmet religion group. That’s what the pop up on one of their members laptop was about. They just got A SHIT TON of money, because the Dad thought it’s Shigeo’s organization lol.
