You two keep making my mornings fantastic. Thank you so much for your consistent uploads!! <3 I hope you both have a fantastic day! (or evening? I'm unsure of the time difference between Australia and the US.)

Smash Bran'Discootch

OH! I'm gonna comment on the next few episodes to make sure you watch the End Credits Scene in episode 24 of season 1!

K_How

"That's a threat!" You guys got so wrapped up into your assessment of Oikawa's "I believe in you" that you missed his coach's explanation that even though it seems like a threat or sarcastic, he actually means it and there is no underlying or malice intent.

Vid08

Carlie and Ange are really enjoying Haikyu aren’t they 😌

Hasy Arco

Woah another Haikyuu episode! Thank you so much! It makes me happy to see you guys getting into this show and enjoying it. 😄

Carlos Cantu

So just wanna throw out there that Kageyama already knew how to dump as he did it in previous episodes

bebe

yea oikawa has sass and he will always be rude yet follow his old friend everytime lmao because aint that all how we behave towards our bestfriends? but the difference between kageyama and oikawa is that oikawa adapts tossing to the members, as you can see in the warm up session in this ep where he was even saying that the toss was a bit high and that he was sorry for that to the turnip head, kageyama's old teammate, whereas kageyama still has yet to achieve that yet. He's more like spike my toss however i give it to u and not giving the individualized tosses to the members like oikawa did.

AverageVP

Can someone comment the link? For some reason it isn't showing up for me.

le

Fair warning, Oikawa has the most insane fanbase in Haikyuu and while I am apart of it, I am not looking forward to how much they’re going to tear you limb from limb dare you get one assessment of their version of his character wrong or miss even one breath out of his mouth or a frame of his face. Good luck guys 😭 I really wouldn’t read too much into their comments, they’ve acted very childish towards other reactors also

le

Amazing ep and I’m so glad you guys saw it!

Stefano

LMAO at this rate Ange will get like a Kageyama tattoo before they even finish watching the series 🤣♥️

jul ☽

lmaoo ever since you started haikyuu, i've been waiting for this ep and FINALLYYY!! kag's setter dump is too epic

schmitty

so glad you guys are enjoying this so much, it really is the series that keeps on giving as you get more and more invested and understand more and more

Ginta Liepiņa

Two days in a row with new Haikyuu episodes - hell yesss!!

Aizensalami

More Haikyuu! In real volleyball, the dump attack is also used from time to time as a fake and it's always cool to watch. Actually, the taller the setter, the easier for him to do a dump attack, because his normal setting position is already over the net, so it's very difficult to read whether he'll set it or dump it... "Gianelli" from Italy is a great example. He's 2 meters tall (6'-7") :)

OP_Tempest

No links shows for me on this post, anyone else?

googlek1 .

FAIR WARNING: If you thought you were into to a match before, you haven't seen anything yet. Get your water ready for screams, an oxygen canister for Carlie, clear the desk of loose items for Ange, and get a soft pad or pillow so Carlie can grab and hit. I can't wait to see your reactions on this roller coaster.

Luna Meow

LMAO....Watching Ange hold his tongue when Oikawa was being snarky had me in tears.

Mango

I have watched most of your reaction videos but this (haikyuu) might be the one where you are the loudest 😂😂

Peach

It did sound like a threat didn't it? 😂 But Oikawa believes 100% in his team and they believe in him, he doesn't need to threaten anyone. Plus him and Iwazumi are best friends, best friends push each other like that. Oikawa is definitely a great antagonist and a skillful player, he loves Volleyball like the rest of them. He's one of my favorites in the show.

yea he holds power as much as the vice president lmaoooooo u remember the VP winning the highest vote over other members right? lmao it was such a moment

bebe

A REMINDER : end credit scenes in ep 24 and the ova : The arrival of Haiba Lev after season 1 is a must. It shows the addition of new character there so watching it before s2 starts would help (others might say skip it but would prefer if u watch it so u can understand what happened to nekoma before this character pops up in early part of s2)

le
>>117450830

His ear alone is more popular than half the cast of most animes like- the frame of his ear was trending on Twitter, being put on T-shirts and then all his plushie memes?? Mfs clout is insane he has his own pop culture moments 😭

Bibi

I think Oikawa is such an interesting character. On the surface he seems cooky and arrogant but as you learn more about him, you realize that he is actually a very hard worker, perfectionist and honest volleyball player. This is shown when he is seen reviewing the Karasuno match and making little adjustments to his setting for each of his spikers during the practice before the game. I love how he is a setter who can bring 1000% out of all his spikers which I believe Kageyama cannot do (at least right now). MVP for this episode has to be Oikawa for me!

bebe
>>117450830

lol frrr he trended with one scene in s3 my man slays

Stories thru art

I love your reactions. I personally think the MVP is Kageyama, the other setter is known for being elite and thinking his skills were above everyone elses. Yet Kageyama not only observed and learned, but executed a skill on the spot he'd never used before from the setter he was challenging. That combined with Kageyama's past and how he interacted with his team before now showed incredible skill and growth.

MADHOUSE

This episode was just the start of the game, but we're already seeing you guys so hyped up. The seat adjustment from Carlie, the smack talk from Ange... it's like you guys are watching a fight scene play out, it's great! We love to see it

Momo

Kageyama knew already how to do the setter dump. We have seen him do it in the 3v3 in ep 4 or 5. And it's also not the first time that he's seen an opposing setter do it, Kenma did it in the practice match against Karasuno. And while i agree that Kageyama has grown a lot, it's not something that stands out in this episode in particular imo. But yes that dump and his comeback to Oikawa were amazing

Mimi

I would give Ukai MVP, he was great this episode. The conductor analogy, the motivational speech to the team and him staying up late to study Seijohs' match. All this from someone who at first vehemently refused to coach them. Plus i'm pretty sure he's doing it all without getting paid for it…(except the drink that Takeda buys him lol)

CastSenpai

I'm absolutely convinced Ange would lose his shit with hype if he watched Blue Lock

RoZiiii

I love the "OHHHH" everytime Oikawa serves, its hype

Guts

ANGE AS A FOOTBALL/SOCCER PLAYER WITH A HUGE COMPETITIVE SPIRIT TO DESTROY YOUR OPPONENTS YOU MUST WATCH BLUE LOCK WHENEVER YOU CAN. (Also I'd love to hear Carlie scream AN-GE-LOOOOO every time he yells out of hype) 😂😂

Guts
>>117490155

This is why you guys are the best and deserve everything!! ❣️

Alex Wilson

I can see the pain in your faces when you can't give out the MVP to multiple characters. To make the MVP discussion easier, you could also award a "most hype moment" to give due props to moments like Kageyama's bold dump or Asahi's final spike against Date Tech, etc..

Josh Knoebel
>>117458816

Another great one to watch is Micah Christenson from the US. He plays as a lefty so he sometimes spikes the pass like Oikawa did on the first point.

Sally

Ange getting pumped for Kageyama’s dump was hilarious 😆 I have to admit, I had a similar response when i first saw it too

Zana

The Dump surprise Attack were crazy hahaha
