Did not expect him to return...And theres no Gojo to stop him!

Also, just a note on the full length reactions. We took on some of your feedback from a few days ago. We feel like the best compromise, is to blur "uneventful" and filler scenes where we are NOT reacting or saying anything. This will not be too jarring as you wont miss out on much at all. This helps us fall under fair use. The blurring should occur for no more than 30-40% of the video! Hope you are all okay with that. It's seemed to have a pretty positive response so far.

Here is the reaction link!

Gege Akutami, the author, said in an interview that when the granny does her seance technique, she summons the person as they were at their peak, so Toji Zen’in is supposedly stronger than Toji Fushiguro, and this makes sense because in episode 3 before he killed gojo he said he was a little rusty, and after he killed gojo he said he was starting to get back into the swing of things. This implies that when he was younger (and still a Zen’in) he was more lethal.

katastropy

kid gojo VA is killua's VA (definitely done on purpose)

ardnvfx

kid gojo and killua have the same va btw !

SanteRip

Young Gojo's voice actor was actually the same as Killua's :D so not only did he look like Killua but he talked like Killua

Decaf

Sometimes there are footnotes in manga where author explains stuff he didn't include in episodes. The capsule had Touji's remains in it (probably was tough to get hold of it because he was one of the big clan). it also mentioned that the use of a name the person was given at birth is standard practice in seance.

This episode was great, wasn't expecting Toji at all! By the way, the video doesn't have the discussions before and after the episode, I was curious to know who you got as MVP XD

Bob Bob

The discussion are missing.

I was actually wondering this when I watched this episode yesterday! I thought he sounded so much like Killua.

Noctis

no intro or discussion?

Philipp Scheuer

Young Goju doesn't only look like Killua, he also has the same VA :D

baja

When i heard toji, my first though was RUN!! Dude killed 1st grade gojo when he was rusty. There is no way anybody on the team can take him

Joker500

When’s Haikyuu??

Gege also said in an interview that the Granny summons the person as they were at their peak form, so Toji zen’in is more lethal than the older Toji Fushiguro. I think Mappa even made him look younger somehow, but that could just be me

Derek

I liked this format a lot for the fulltime reactions!

I did heard about that but couldn't find its source. What I've mentioned is from manga episode 98 in the footnote. But you know how fragile JJK world can be, there will be many 'exceptions', 'explained in the fanbook', 'not explained yet', 'find more in the interview', and 'hidden effects'. We could be both right but if I had to pick one, the birth name seems convincing to me if its not an translation issue especially when the name given to a person works pretty powerfully in these kinds of fantasy worlds. Like names tied with its fate kinda thing. Also the 'peak' of Toji is pretty vague, there are lots of assumptions from a couple of words. Like how much time has passed, did Toji not work at all with a new name? Is having a family only worked negatively for him? who knows, Gege can just add in whatever later as he pleases

JJK comes w/ a very spoiler-heavy fanbase. I've been spoiled by clips that just appear on my youtube home page multiple times :<

It probably wasn't that hard to get Toji's remains though. Unless the clan thought that leaving his remains unguarded would be dangerous for all intents and purposes he left the clan and for the most part he was considered dead to them. They hated him when he was alive so it's likely they just buried him with his wife or in some unmarked grave.

you could be right. But again, that is also from the same footnote. Gege wrote something like 'it would have been a very difficult job to get his remains since his from one of the top3 clans'

CornCobBob

After watching your reaction on Youtube, I would like to say I'm sorry there are weirdos spoil stalking you on Instagram. Now on to your discussion on the old ladies cursed technique and I think whomever she does bring back does have access to their Cursed techniques. If you remember Gojo training Yuji with movies he tells him that innate techniques like Infinity, or Ten Shadows are innately attached to the sorcerer since birth, or in other words it's attached to the body. This is most likely why the brain parasite wanted Getou's body because it gives it access to the Cursed Manipulation Technique and all the Curses he had accumulated. Genetically inherited Cursed techniques are a big thing in JJK it also explains why so many sorcerers have unique abilities only to them as opposed to learned abilities like Barriers, body reinforcement, black flash, New Shadow Style or simple domain. I also find it interesting that Getou and Mahito were having that conversation about whether a soul and body were intrinsically connected. It ties pretty closely to what is happening here. It's very probable that Toji has all his abilities otherwise why bother summoning him specifically in the first place. The trade off is that she most likely used up all her cursed energy in order to summon him. There's a cost to these sorts of things. But Ange has a good point, Toji doesn't use cursed energy, so that might come into play.

I haven't seen what gege wrote, but then you're probably right. What are the chances that his remains were in the Jujutsu Highs storage shed with all the other special grade items.

Decaf
>>119208111

You are right. Zenins probably got a hold of his corpse when they figured he was dead and secretly buried somewhere.

sean2sheen

"somethings off" is right ange

The Great Santini

Carlie I'm really sorry that happened to you. I remember the first time I got spoiled for something I really cared about and it's just incredibly disrespectful and a violation of your privacy. Whoever messaged Carlie and spoiled her is such a low-life. Ange said it perfectly: no life. Piece of shit. I'll add to that: Find friends. Find love. Stop ruining things for others... ESPECIALLY the people who are making content for us that entirely depends on NOT being spoiled. God, I hate people like this. And I get that they're probably not patrons but you never know.

Ino shares the same VA as our beloved Tanaka 🤩
