Phil

Hmm 1080p isn't there yet :( Hopefully it doesn't take too long

Raden

Mappa was COOKIN this episode

Cation

Trust me the weather changed in all directions with that sexy angry face of Nanami. Jesus christ almost felt bad for that villain when he said I'm sorry lmao he knew the ass whooping he would get by teacher Nanami for failing his grade

Ferdz

Yeah this episode was definitely for Carlie & Ange. EZ MVP for Nanami

Bibi

MVP for this episode is Nanami and the whole world agrees because Nanami was trending worldwide on twitter when this episode aired 😍

Bibi

ah yes Nanami the man every men and women want 🤣

Night Sterling

The animators knew what the people wanted cause the amount of budget they dumped into animating Nanami lord have mercy.

Danny C

The dual simpping was off the charts today. Nanami showing up was very needed

Daniel Molina

*Dude getting beaten to a pulp on screen* Carlie: “This is the hottest scene ive ever seen 🥵” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Tae Kellz

Just wanted to address the spoiler comment. I wasn't spoiled by you guys because i already had watched the episode. I normally stay off social media when an episode is suppose to drop. However, yesterday i got a notification from a different channel i follow and they had Nanamis face in the thumbnail and it showed in my notification bar before i got to watch it. To avoid that ww would have to turn off notifications for the channels we follow but then people wouldn't know when you guys first post a video.

For clarity on what happened with Nobara, blows to the chin from the side like that are some of the worst to get hit with. The sudden rotation of the head bounces the brain off the insides of the skull which is what the xray was showing, causing concussions and either disorienting or knocking the person out.

Maya Coleman

Angelo got so mad that his voice cracked 😂

LuciusArtoriusCastus

Nanami’s abs are so strong that Carlie thought he had infinity 💀

Bowsber

Nobara was also recommended for first grade as she's capable of taking out special grade curses (like the one at the end of S1) - however she doesn't have the natural talent that Yuji and Megumi has, she has a pretty regular technique and therefore needs to fight VERY intelligently. The blond guy is an especially bad matchup for how she fights

Aizensalami

That Nanami scene is probably my favorite in the season! his voice actor has the best tone of voice I've ever heard! Loved the Goat pic in the MVP chart 😂😂

poisonivybag

Regarding Nobara - she's been recommended to grade 1 as well, Haruta (the blond ponytail villain) is a very bad match for her (you'll learn about his cursed technique later) and she absolutely got a concussion from that punch. Hence why she was barely moving after that.

Bibi

I wish MAPPA would have animated the rock wall panel when Haruta kicked Nanami

storm (kasey) !

i think yuuji, megumi, and nobara (along with the second years but dont quote me on that) are all currently semi-first grade, so theyve been recommended for first grade but theres an approval/training(?) process that todo and mai talked about while playing ping pong lmfao. this nanami beatdown is gonna be in my mind for the rest of my life LOL

Yes. And even though blondie kind of made Nobara look weak she is actually deserving of semi-first grade and first grade. She's got good cursed energy manipulation and a decent cursed technique that requires thinking and execution. An all rounder. Blondie of the other hand is an example of what you would call a weak sorcerer with a 1st grade cursed technique. The opposite of Mei Mei. His technique would be OP as hell if he did what Mei Mei did and master the fundamentals of cursed energy.

CornCobBob

Did you guys see the parallels of this episode? They started off the episode of how someone with a weak cursed technique like Mei Mei can become first grade with hard work and training over the fundamentals of cursed energy manipulation. Blondie is the exact opposite of Mei Mei in that he is gifted with an OP cursed technique that is automatic yet he himself is incredibly weak. You'll find out what his technique is later but it was doing all the work for him.

Nymph

Cool detail I heard from the spoken Japanese in the episode: when the gross dude was talking about Nobara's nails, he said kugi -> that means Kugisaki = Tip of the nail. And if im interpreting this right, Kugisaki Nobara means the rose on the tip of a nail.

Sawwwwa

Toji aka daddy Fushfush is on the roll: Sells his son Kills 16 year old, Kills 14 year old, Dies Get summoned and snuffs some grandchild's soul Punches an old lady in the face

Joie Dianzon 🇵🇭

MAPPA did justice to Nanamin’s hotness because his bulky muscles are the highlight of this season. 😂 I have seen many fans turning to Nanamin simps just after watching this episode. 🥰

beannie

as a manga reader myself, yes, i was quietly waiting for your reaction to this episode, and omg mappa went beyond fan service with this, they buffed nanami sooo baaaad, he received that gojo budget on this one, the author is probably very happy as well since nanami is his favorite character too! i can't wait for next episodes, choso (the guy you saw with yuuji at the end) is at least top3 favorite characters for me, i want to know what are your thoughts on him too! thanks for the reaction!

JadonTheEternal

I'm glad that Ange is one of the few reactors who pointed out that Toji and Megumi don't know each other much, and might not recognize each other easily

JadonTheEternal

Remember this Nanami Beatdown later when the explain that blonde guys technique, because it makes Nanami seem 10x more badass istg

Not all the second years are semi-first grade, Maki is actually grade 4 💀 but that’s only because the Zenin clan doesn’t allow her to be promoted

Decaf

how did I miss the Vucci store lol that's hilarious

ChrisBrah-4

straight away knew you guys would love this one

Martina

the internet has been going CRAZY for the ponytail pulling scene, JJK might be the only anime where the girlies get more fan service, but sometimes I get worried for this fandom 💀 but I guess with all the trauma going around in this series, we need to take what we can get

i havent seen the show or manga but it kinda felt like The Flash's character's Beck Sharpe (Hazard) which is basically someone who is just incredibly lucky and things just kinda happen around her automatically. Also soudns like Deadpool's Lucky girl, or maybe it's just something that prevent him from dying, like automatic immortality or reset. And both would make it great for me because i'd like to see how "lucky poneytail" vs "calculated nanamin" happens especially with nanami's 7/3 technique vs poney tail if it's like a probability thing to keep him alive. But also if poney tail doesnt die, then nanami has an opportunity to let loose a bit and kill him over and over again, show him some real torture :)
