There's an anime movie called "Bubble" on Netflix. It's a cool spin off of the little mermaid. The animation is amazing. Well worth the watch

Smash Bran'Discootch

"I Want To Eat Your Pancreas" and "Weathering With You" to complete the quartet of heartbreakingly beautiful anime movies. Ask anyone, those four movies ALWAYS go together.

noya22

Weathering with You is one of my favorite! Also I heard Suzume is coming out on Crunchyroll soon and I recommend that as well :D

asli hassan

I want to eat your pancreas is really good.

Carlos Cantu

1000000% yall should watch paprika!

asli hassan

Also classics like Ponyo, Princess Mononoke and Wolf Children are highly recommended and well liked anime movies.

Thorfinn's left nut

Maquia. Such a beautiful anime movie and insanely heartbreaking. Very underrated as well

Fumi フミ

Easy netflix recommendations; 'Bubble' is really good with very high quality animation. Its a sort of fantastical movie themed about free running in a post apocalyptic-ish setting and the theme is done by Eve, the person who did the first jjk op and 'Words bubble up like soda pop' is a more slice of life style movie about a shy boy who writes haikus meeting an outgoing but very self concious girl.

beannieswife

So excited to watch this!! If you guys watch more anime movies in the future, I would love to see u guys reacting to howls moving castle❤️

Jason

The Rebuild of Evangelion movies could be good, some ppl prefer the original, but I like the new ones none the less. (It's a reboot, you don't have to watch the 90s version.) 4 movies could be a good series of content.

No game no life zero

Anime films… let's see: “Ghost in the Shell” and its sequel “Innocence” (both scored by Kenji “Mob Psycho 100” Kawai). Akira. Perfect Blue. Millennium Actress. Paprika. The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. Wolf Children. Belle. Sword of the Stranger. Etc. :)

Laylyvfavv

I would suggest bubble! Its on Netflix!

Amrith

Please do watch Grave of the fireflies sometime. The subject matter is heavy, even though it's a Ghibli film, I admit, but it's a tale that needs to to be experienced. This movie is not just one the best Ghibli movies ever made but it is also IMO one of the greatest anti-war movies ever made, period. Do not watch it twice.

Lau

For movies I highly recommend Suzume!! Ride Your Wave and Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms are aslo incredible :D

Martina

any Ghibli movie, honestly. like I said before, some of them are a bit "weird", but you already saw that in Spirited Away. the themes and message may not always be obvious at first glance. but they always have beautiful animation and music. Weathering With You and Suzume are also great, even though nothing beats Your Name for me.

Just_James

Weathering With You, BELLE, Children Who Chase Lost Voices, I Want to Eat Your Pancreas (Strange Title but amazing movie). Two movies that go together but will change your views depending on which one you watch first are To Me, The One Who Loved You and To Every You I've Love Before

Floch

Weathering with you. It’s a great movie. It’s by the same studio that did your name

Tomer H

Wolf children

Sam

This is my favorite movie of all-time, not just anime, but any movie. So happy to have your reaction to it as well. Makoto Shinkai is a legend and Radwimps never misses with their music. All Shinkai movies are great, so definitely recommendation to watch all of them. Weathering With You is the usual continuation (has a cameo from Taki and Mitsuha). I Want to Eat Your Pancreas is a movie that is in my anime top 3 with Your Name and Silent Voice so that's definitely worth a watch too.

Aaron Gertler

Summer Wars! Of all the movies in the "Your Name" genre (boy + girl have an adventure -- see Weathering With You, Suzume), it's my favorite by far.

Charles Baldwin

Akira is an amazing film, with great animation and a shot that's been paid homage to by more animated and live action shows and movie than just about any I can think of off the top of my head. It won't make a lick of sense because its the anti-hobbit. Rather then stretch out one book across three movies like butter across too much bread, they crammed a six volume manga series into one film, like twenty pounds of beans stuffed into a five pound can.

cherry park

wolf children! one of my personal favorites and i think yall will love it

Alexis Soto

One of my favorites movies !

jasper_a

thanks for releasing this from the vault~ i'd recommend: > The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (slice of life) > Ghost in the Shell (sci-fi classic) > Porco Rosso (my favorite Studio Ghibli film)

Zana

Belle, A Whisker away, Bubble, Kiki Delivery service

wiski

Summer Wars The Boy and the Beast Venus Wars (an old favorite of mine, the remastered version is great)

Loved the movie, except for the very last scene, which I thought was a bit too goofy to fit.

Lost Soul

I'm surprise only one had suggested "Graveyard of the Fireflies". I thought it would be a "must-watch in a lifetime" coz you could only watch it once in bravery 🥲 Carlie will become Kurapika by the end of the movie, for sure. It's also an excellent challenge for Ange to "sweat" more in the channel 😂

Rubie

Graveyard of the Fireflies, My Neighbour Totoro and Belle (Those three are great) 😊

Cheyenne R Spina

Summer Wars, Josee to Tora to Sakana-tachi, Tokyo Godfathers, Hayao Miazaki movies, in general.

Also btw I think this video is broken, I can’t play it for some reason but can play your other videos

Nachlas

Redline - futuristic, dystopian racing movie. Super unique hand-drawn art style and took 7 years to make.

Erzan Ramdhani

I think weathering with you, i want to eat your pancreas and the tunnel to summer, the exit to goodbye is great movies for a reaction or watchalong. I do recommend maquia and grave of fireflies but i think my soul can’t take a second watch. One of my favorites of the ghibli verse is from up on poppy hill and when the wind rises, i really like them because one of the is so wholesome and the other is relatable considering what im majoring in uni, but I wouldn’t recommend them just yet because there are so many you need to try first

NikoCat11

Graveyard of the fireflies or My Neighbor Totoro, one happy one sad your choice

NikoCat11

Summer Wars! Let's start the Mamuro Hosoda's movies!
