Let's gooooo!! Ty

LisanAlGareeb

Wait?! What?!! We get these today? 😭😭😭 thank you so much guy! I was suffering from severe haikyuu withdrawal 💀😂

Ayn Orbuda

Hello, guys! If you continue to have 3 eps per week, you only have ep 25 left. I suggest you have 4 eps next week which are the best ones (13-16). Hope this helps.

Bibi

OMG thank you so much! I was just thinking how I have to wait another day until I see your Haikyuu reactions but it's here early 😭

FTN Chicken

Left the office at 10pm and I get home to see 3 new Haikyuu! reactions! I'm so stoked! Thanks guys!

beannie

it was to hard to not hype this Tanaka arc for yall🧘lmaooo, so excited to watch these!! ty🤍

Russ

hell yea

tanzim haque

Wow! These got released pretty early. Thank you❤️

Danny

Yes! Finally my favorite episodes in the whole season! Can't wait to get off work and watch these with you

Rae

I'm curious - how do the two of you feel about volleyball as a sport now that you're more familiar with it? Is it something that interests you at all, as a spectator or a player?

Leah

I know I should watch these in order but I was excited for Bokuto & Akaashi again… golden retriever energy is a good call 😂

Smash Bran'Discootch

It's okay Carlie. I also teared up at Shimizu's big moment and her passing the proverbial baton to Yachi.

JustJamel

OMG WE ARE EATING

Edward Chireno

ty so much for the reactions!!, since we are in ep 12 can you watch 4 episodes next week? i assure you ep 16 will be worth it for you guys!!

Sharles Davis Kendy

Kyoko's damn near literal passing of the torch gets me too Carlie! Don't feel bad!

Jake Thompson

I always loved that after taking one to the back of the head and dropping the set, the guys from Tsubakihara still said "OUR serves could be better", never putting the blame on any one person. 10/10 team, would play for.

Sharles Davis Kendy

"Sorry to keep you waiting" is absolutely one of the hardest fucking lines of all time.

Eric

I have to wear headphones during all Haikyuu reactions so other people in the house don't think murders are occurring. lol

Smash Bran'Discootch

Also can we take a moment to appreciate that the first shot we see of Nekoma is KENMA doing a DIVING RECIEVE?!

Julien

The commentary from the game plus your own commentary just adds more epicness to these reactions. LETS GOOO🔥🔥

Leonardo Postacchini

The underhand serve was the trademark of one of the greatest Brazilian players Bernard, in Brazil we call it “Jornada nas estrelas” serve which translates to “Star Trek” serve, in English I’ve seen it called “Sky Ball”. Bernad was an absolute menace with this serve and it had a cool factor unmatched, I used to wait for the moment he would serve.

Julien

After seeing the former 3rd years of Karasuno in the stands I knew the match point HAD to be one of our 3rd years and it couldn’t be more hype for it to be the GOAT ASAHI🐐🔥

Belinda

YO A DAY EARLY??? IS IT CHRISTMAS AGAIN?? I love y'all so much. Thank you thank you.

souma shou

tanaka is not blonde genetically, he died his hair blonde

souma shou

not Ange finally noticing that he's mostly right lmao XD

Nymph

Small fun facts: Akaashi voice actor is the main character of another baseball anime. Hoshiumi is Tanjirou. On the topic of Demon Slayer, Bokuto is the swamp demon.

beannie

i feel like akaashi is such an underrated setter, the way they portray his intelligence through the all time gag the show has with bokuto being extremely emotional through out these seasons lol

O5
>>127729049

Ep 16 is also amazing to finish a session on. Will not spoil but promise it is pure hype.

Clément Creton

Yes Angelo the blue shirt the way of ace bokutu have it and tell at Hinayana when I go to national to take one of them 🙏🥰 Angelo if u and Carlie make for episode next week u may be crying and not laughing tissus box 🤪 episode 14 was cut episode in season 4 so just saying the movie going out the 16 febuar 🤯🤯🤯🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️😘😘thank for u reaction love u all here nice community

Nymph

Also, someone please convince Carlie&Ange to watch 13+14 next week, then 15+16 after lol we all know why.

Leonardo Postacchini

Now it is time to put the paramedics on call, or maybe the national disaster response, Tanaka arc is going to drive Angelo in Super Sayan Godzilla mode.

Regine
>>127729049

Yeah no episode 16 NEEDS to be included next week, considering their last discussion oooooo I cannot wait for you guys reactions😆😆

Smash Bran'Discootch

Tsk Tsk Tsk, looks like Ange has a thing or two to learn about our boy Tanaka.

Momo

Your reactions are so fun to watch. I really love the dynamic between the two of you, and you're just absolutely hilarious but quite insightfull as well. You're also so consistent with your uploads, which I appreciate immensely. Kyoko passing the baton always makes me tear up too. It's so wholesome, but it also hurts, cause it's yet another reminder that the third years will be gone soon😭 I really like Hoschiumis little speech, but I think I prefer the translation in the manga a little more: "Yes being short is a disadvantage, but it isn't a sign of incompetence." I don't know which is more accurate to the original japanese, I just like that one a little more. I agree with some of the conments above. Putting the next 4 episodes together next week, would be great. They just go really well together. If it's not possible, that's of course fine too.

Carlos Cantu
>>127739937

Yesss this!!!!! I said the same thing last set of uploads lol and was about to say it again 🤣

Aizensalami

As a football player myself, I really understand how watching something like Haikyuu can give you a boost in your game. I usually watch some football clips of my favorite players the day I have a match 👀

Marvin Varnhorn

i always love to see the banners of the teams and you get so many new in nationals, tsubaki high def. one of my fav.

bebe
>>127739937

Nagi

++ for recognizing the way of the ace shirt of bokuto in season 2. there is one more thing in this season , were I am really interested to see if u are able to pick it up. Again really great reaction. I will miss your Haikyu reactions in a few weeks, thats for sure. And i really like how Carlie is emotional in just small scenes sometimes. have a nice week.

PJ

Charlotte PhD.

I've said it before but I'll keep saying it, you guys are the highlight of my week! Shimizu back story is one of my fav moment cause as a woman I can relate to it so much. Carlie's emotion during this scene was so perfect that I cried. Thank you for this amazing react once again! You're the best!

bubbaburto

YES the rest of this season is so good. Not to mention the movie coming next month!!! Also I Hinata witnessing Hoshiumi for the first time is one of my favorite moments of the entire series, I think it’s a huge moment for his growth

Virgil Hawkins

MASSIVE MANGA SPOILER IN A COMMENT BELOW

Martina

when we were playing voleyball in school, I could only do underhand serves lol, so I’m glad to see then represented!

@Amantix@
>>127757253

I've only every been seriously "spoiled" once before by a friend (Tobi's identity in naruto) and I still am annoyed about it today, so please just think before you type, It feels good to talk about the same shows and what could happen next but it's comments like these that just ruins the fun in finding out for yourself.

astral_

Yes thank you guys

Luís

It's very common in Japan for "rebellious people" to dye their hair blonde, that's why every Tanaka-inspired character has blonde hair (including Tanaka for a phase). P.S: This might give extra insight on why Yachi was terrified the first time she saw Coach Ukai (blonde and pierced)

May M.

Yay!!! Your reactions make my week a little brighter, so thank you for getting them out earlier in the week. Also, I am sure you have gotten this request, but just to throw my hat into the ring to second it: please consider reacting to the next four episodes next week (13 - 16), as this grouping makes for a well-rounded experience and worthwhile experience of the next leg of the matches.

Floch

MANGA SPOIL IN COMMENTS BELOW Hopefully nobody has been spoiled by it

souma shou
>>127757253

>>127757253

Thank you for ruining some important haikyuu moment for us.... Wouldn't have guessed that haikyuu spoilers was on my bingo card for today and now I feel really sad. Please delete this comment!

南 江

Not to rush you but hopefully you'll be in time for the Feb. 16 OVA release, which picks up right after the end of season 4🥹

angelalala

During my first watch-through, I also thought Hinata was down after watching Hoshiumi's plays xD Btw, Hoshiumi's VA is Tanjiro's (he shouts a little too much in this role IMO xD), and his team Kamomedai are the seagulls.

Carlie & Ange
>>127730665

We definitely have a new found appreciation for it. Maybe as a spectator! Not sure if we’d find the time to play especially considering I (Ange) already play indoor soccer. And my body is not getting any younger 😆

Carlie & Ange
>>127793507

Dont worry, we were notified in our Patreon inbox! It’s been deleted. Everyone can relax! We might need to stay away from comments until we finish! But at the same time, what generally happens is that there are a heap of comments warning us that there’s a spoiler below so its almost always avoidable ❤️

kiri

I'm curious which haikyuu episodes you always watch before your games!☺️

Edmon

The reason that the underhand serve works is because of the height of the ceiling. Is meant to use both the direction is falling and the lights, to kinda throw you off

4mation

You are correct about the underhand serve! The overhand serve is definitely superior. It has more speed, power, and precision than the underhand serve, and you have the option to either go for a powerful serve or a float serve. However, the underhand serve does have its uses, and is in fact more commonly used in beach volleyball than indoor volleyball. This is because in beach volleyball, you're not using ceiling lights but the literal sun to blind receivers. Also, beach is 2v2 (indoor is 6v6) so if you mess up the receive, it's much harder to recover. As shown here, it does have its use in amateur-level indoor play since it can catch an unprepared team off-guard. However, it's still not really "good" compared to the overhand serve which is harder but much better. The underhand is virtually extinct in professional play in both indoor and beach. Still, it's a fun way to showcase a different volleyball technique that still feels appropriate since they are all still high school students playing at the school level!

Momo
>>127744494

They react to some of them, they had a pretty strong reaction to Nohebis banner😂

Cyd
>>127777774

it's kinda funny now that i think about it cuz yachi herself has blonde hair lmaoo

Belinda

I came back to watch these again and each time, I'm reminded what a fantastic balance of unhinged and awesome Bokuto is :D :D

Sketchy Panda

Can’t wait for the next episodes!

souma shou

Vhagar

I am feeling like Hinata when he didn't get the toss in this match & he was chanting "toss kure toss kure".. "give me the toss! give me the toss!" :P

Ayn Orbuda

What time’s the next ep? So that I’ll do an alarm 😂😂😂
