I wish I could go to sleep for the next 2 months and when I wake up, all the reaction videos are out so I can binge them, this week for week is killing me xD

i just need like 10 episode a week from you guys about HxH, the arc is very long yeah but i can assure you is worth it in the end and on the side if you want you can call the royal guard as many call them: Pouf (Sheiapouf), Youpi (Menthuthuyoupi...yeah lol), and Pitou (Neferpitou)

Just a side note. They kept saying that Kite's En reaches 45m. In episode 86 you can see Pitou's En seem to reach probably more than 1km. And Killua's grandpa back in Yorknew while looking for Chrollo said that his En could reach up to 300m. While En is not the be all and end all of nen power scaling - Killua's grandpa may have just focused on harnessing his En because it's very useful in assassination, and in the same breath, it's very useful for Pitou as a royal guard detecting threats to the Queen and unborn King, i think it's an interesting detail to know. On the other hand I like Carlie's theory about Kite turning into an android. Just imagine Kite turning into this universe's Genos shooting rockets and flamethrower onto the ants. That would be dope.

the honorific suffix "dono" is used when talking to/about someone of a noble or a very high status in the community. It is an old suffix that's not regularly used anymore in real life, but we often hear it in anime, especially if the anime takes place in an old samurai-ish era.

Ya Boy

this dropped right on time

I will recommend to watch 91 and 92 together for a better experience as well if you guys have the time.

Edgar Carreno

Knuckle is my favorite character for sure, so glad you're already at this point in the show!

The timing of Ange mentioning Dragon Ball a lot in these episodes and the news that just came out about Toriyama-sensei though. It's like an unintentional tribute to him. R.I.P. to the legendary mangaka who inspired and paved the way to so many other great mangakas after him. I actually never caught that Morel's smoke bunnies were inspired from Gotenks' ghosts but when Ange mentioned it, I got flashes of it in my mind and remembered they even kinda make the same sounds. So I went to Youtube and yep, they did make the same sounds as in the beginning of the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcJgaIR9UK0

Just saw that Akira Toriyama has passed away and your react is what I needed right now to help me get through it. I'm so heartbroken. I'm happy you both seem to like Knuckles, he's one of my favourite character from HxH, he's so cute and kind.

Things got heated during the discussion about kite lol

You can refer the royal guards as Pito, Pouf, and Youpi for short. The hxh community as a whole all agrees these are their names 😂

For some reason your episode 87 says Promise and Reunion which is the title of 86 which had me confused for a seconds

The Great Santini

10 episodes of an anime is almost half of a normal 24-episode season. That isn't that short IMO. I think Gon had plenty of time to grow attached to Kite especially considering all the stories Kite told Gon about his father, the fact that Kite was directly trained under his father, etc. I think Gon might have been STARTING to look up to Kite as a sort of stand-in for his "father figure" right before he was killed. Why wouldn't this be a good enough reason for Gon's character to develop? He's a 12-year-old impressionable boy, after all.

The Great Santini

Do you two just want Gon and Killua to go back and die? Because that's what's going to happen if they rush their training and go straight back to NGL just because of some cheap "win" to get the wooden piece. C'mon, guys... y'all are getting frustrated at like... nothing. They've been given a month by Netero to complete this task and Bisky has been called to get them stronger within that time. They'd be STUPID not to take advantage of the time given to them. edit: Glad to see Ange say that they're not as frustrated as they came off during the episode portion. I feel like if you take a moment to think about the information we've been given so far things make sense.
