Hey guys, here’s the new version!
This one will be a bit smaller than normal, but I will make that up with the next version, which will be v0.6.0 and will be the biggest update yet!

Please let me know if you come across any bugs! New events
• Added a new event chain for mom.
• Extended one of Veronica’s exsting event chains.
• Added several images for Veronica.
• Added a new NPC (with a small bonus event).
• Added achievements for all events up to now.

Gamplay
• Changed save game folder to a subfolder of the game. Don't forget to copy your save from the previous version to the new folder.
• The pizzeria now opens at 11:00 instead of 12:00.

Bugfixes
• Fixed a lot of bugs and some typos. Thanks for all the feedback & bug reports guys!

Have fun with the new version and feedback is highly appreciated, as always!

All the best,
Faerin

I've been following the v0.5.7 walkthough, got to the end and thought I was done...not realising I was playing v0.5.8...so still got stuff to find xD

Thanny

I think I've figured out the root cause of the visual bugs, such as the "Message" label on the phone appearing too big. The bottom choice in dialogs being obscured also happens. And the hitbox for the first row of inventory items is very small and below the item text. The game offers a small list of resolutions, all 16:9. I have a 16:10 display. The bugs occur when the game is running at a 16:10 resolution, whether because I forced it via the command line to use my native resolution (2560x1600), or it spontaneously scales itself to fill the screen when the resolution is set at 1920x1080. The latter seems to happen when you switch away from and then return to the game. The best solution would be to support more resolutions. Failing that, at least guarantee that the game stays at the targeted resolution after losing and regaining fullscreen focus.
