Hey guys,

I have decided to release v0.0.5 on Friday the 27th. I was planning on doing a 3 week release this time due to a holiday I had planned in April, but that got cancelled because of Corona.

So I figured I might as well go for the regular 4 week release and add Amber as the second staff member! Here's a sneak preview:

See you all next week!

Jim Billy

By playable character, do you mean we will control her as well as the main character?

Cybrill

Sounds good! But for me it doesn’t really matter I can’t play anyway 😔

faerin

No, I meant as the second girl that you can assign jobs to. I updated the post to make it a bit more clear.

faerin

Sorry to hear that, mate. Hang in there! ;)

Daebak

Looking forward to Amber, also Red too !

JV

I like The Thing

DA22

Sorry to hear about your holiday, take care and keep safe and still get your rest when needed. :) She looks nice btw.

faerin

Thanks! I'll do my best. :)

Tao Dude

You have my sympathies: my holiday at the end of April has also been cancelled.

faerin

Sorry to hear that. Guess we'll have to wait until this blows over.

Lenny

Looking forward to it. Good luck on the development. I'm excited to see what you'll do with the story, I think these mechanics are pretty solid so far, though I don't understand what you plan to do with the hotel stats that decrease 10% each turn. I feel like you could really create some interesting scenarios with celebrities visiting. So many areas you could branch in to :)

faerin

Thanks Lenny. The decreasing stats are "upkeep" stats. For instance if you don't keep the hotel clean, or the staff healthy, certain events may occur (mostly bad, but perhaps also a few good ones ;). You'll find more about this in the coming update.
