Chapter 1: Uzumaki Clan

Elemental Nation

Village Hidden In The Leaves

Years have passed since Naruto Uzumaki, the champion of the Elemental Nation, was reported dead. Some hold onto the hope that he may still be alive but lost on his journey home. Despite his absence, his legacy continues to thrive.

The Leaf Village and the Elemental Nations are experiencing a period of peace, yet tensions remain high, particularly within the Leaf itself. Two factions have emerged: one that supports the re-established Uchiha clan and another that backs the revitalized Uzumaki clan.

Both clans are descendants of the most formidable ninja in history, with bloodlines that influenced the course of the world. The Uzumaki clan received support from various ninja clans, while the Uchiha clan was backed by the Elders and the civilian council.

Ichiraku Ramen

Sibling's Table

Hinata chastised her thirteen-year-old son, saying, "Take your time, Boruto, and eat your ramen the right way," while sitting with the other mothers, who also had children of Naruto Uzumaki. The kids were enjoying various flavors of ramen, but they all shared their father's love for the dish.

"Pay attention to your Mom, or do you want her to stop you from having ramen again?" said a playful red-haired girl with two whisker marks on her cheeks. She was the same age as Boruto and resembled a younger version of Naruto, complete with the same whisker marks.

"Be quiet, Kushina! You're just as messy when you eat as I am!" Boruto shouted at his half-sister, who responded with a giggle and a teasing smile that brought to mind both her mother Anko and her grandmother Kushina, after whom she was named.

Kushina responded while slurping her noodles and licking her lips, "Is that right? Well, it wasn't my mom who reprimanded me; it was you who got in trouble, so you should really clean up your eating habits."

"Fine," Boruto muttered, beginning to eat in the way his mother had taught him, much to the amusement of his siblings. He really was quite the mama's boy.

Kenji, Ryuu, and Hanae, the children of Hana and Naruto, exchanged glances at Boruto and shook their heads. Kenji and Ryuu closely resemble their mother, while Hanae has a striking resemblance to Naruto's sexy jutsu.

Everyone was taken aback when Hana announced she was expecting triplets, and Hinata felt a twinge of jealousy. However, her feelings changed when she heard Hana's cries during the delivery of her three babies, leading Hinata to feel relieved about her own situation of having just one child.

"Hey everyone, let’s try to get along," said a girl with light blonde hair and purple eyes, resembling her mother, Shion, in a smaller form. Like all her siblings, she had whiskers on her cheeks. "We have our academy exams tomorrow, so let’s focus our energy on doing well."

"Himawari is correct," said a boy with dark hair and blue eyes while he enjoyed his ramen, taking his time to appreciate the flavor. He is the child of Shizune and Naruto. "Moreover, we need to stand together against them."

"I concur with Dan that we need to surpass the Uchihas," remarked a girl with purple hair. She was known as one of the more composed siblings, thanks to her mother Yugao, who taught her to manage her emotions, though she occasionally displayed the fiery Uzumaki temper. This was Tsuki. "What do you think, Minato?"

A young boy with golden hair and azure eyes glanced up from his bowl of ramen and gave a nod. He is the offspring of Tsunade and Naruto, possessing the combined heritage of the Uzumaki and Senju clans. To his mother's mix of delight and concern, he had unlocked the wood release ability, which she knew would attract attention from those seeking to exploit her son's strength.

"Don't stress about the Uchihas, I've got this covered by myself," said a boy who clearly belonged to the Inuzuka clan, his wild appearance giving it away. He was noticeably larger than his siblings, nearly twice their size. This was Inumaki, Tsume's youngest son. While she took pride in Kiba, her firstborn, she was absolutely thrilled with Inumaki—he was a true alpha.

"Don't be too cocky, Inumaki," remarked a boy with brown hair and brown eyes, sitting beside his twin sister Sora, who resembled him but was female. He had two scrolls beside him as he ate. "The Uchihas are underhanded and they definitely have some impressive techniques."

"Not every Uchiha is a villain," Sora remarked with a frown. She had a friend named Sarada who was an Uchiha and was kind, unlike many of her arrogant relatives. "If we make an effort to be friendly, perhaps the Uchihas will become our allies."

Most of the siblings scoffed at this idea; they had no intention of being friendly to those jerks. The Uchihas were all arrogant and looked down on others, so it would take a miracle for them to ever consider befriending one.

Mother's Table

"Your daughter is too soft," Yugao remarked, now dressed in standard Jounin attire. After leaving Anbu following the birth of her child, she dedicated herself to training her daughter. Fortunately, she didn't have to stress about finances, as she received a monthly stipend from the Uzumaki clan's funds, which also included money from the Fourth Hokage.

"Maybe you have a point," Ten Ten said with a sigh. "But I really want her to have a normal childhood and not spoil her early years." While her words didn't come across as an insult, Yugao couldn't help but flinch, aware that Ten Ten was subtly criticizing her approach to raising her daughter as a ninja.

"Let's avoid discussing our parenting methods. At the end of the day, many of us are first-time mothers who have made our share of mistakes, but we ultimately have wonderful children," Tsunade said, attempting to prevent any arguments from starting.

"Absolutely, and we certainly didn't come here to fight," Hana declared, gazing proudly at her three children. She knew that if given the chance, she would endure the challenges of pregnancy and childbirth all over again, despite the fact that bringing those three into the world had been an incredibly difficult experience, leaving her feeling completely exhausted and in pain.

"The council of elders and the civilian leaders are becoming more audacious," Anko remarked, her expression darkening, her typically playful eyes now icy. "They summoned me for a meeting to propose an arranged marriage for Kushina and even attempted to intimidate me."

The other women cast concerned glances at Anko, but when they noticed the mischievous grin spreading across her face, they realized she had handled whatever intimidation the elders had attempted to impose on her.

"What happened with you, Anko?" Shizune inquired, intrigued. She hadn't experienced the same treatment as Anko, likely because she was always with Tsunade, and the elders were wise enough to avoid crossing her mentor.

"Not a whole lot," Anko replied nonchalantly. "I might have to tell them to shove it, and if they waste my time again, I’ll let my snakes handle it. I've made it clear that my daughter will only marry an Uchiha if she genuinely wants to, not due to some arranged marriage."

The women agreed, recognizing that this was typical behavior for Anko. This likely caused the elders to reconsider their stance, as, despite holding some political influence, Naruto Uzumaki was celebrated as the hero of the Elemental Nation. Interfering with his children, even with the support of the Fire Daimyo, wouldn't suffice; if it came down to it, they could leave the country and join another village, resulting in the loss of the Uzumaki bloodline.

Tsume noted, watching their pups playfully argue and chuckle, "It's clear they're up to something. This fragile peace won't last much longer."

"Definitely, but I truly hope our children are equipped to face the obstacles that lie ahead," Hana said while looking at her triplets. She had trained them just like the other mothers did with their children, and Tsunade had even allowed them to use the Uzumaki secret scroll, which mainly focuses on sealing techniques.

"They'll be alright," Anko stated confidently. "They have us, and they are truly remarkable." The other mothers agreed, recognizing that their children had already outdone both them and their father by the age of thirteen, when they was the age.

Indeed, all of their children possessed impressive chakra reserves due to their Uzumaki heritage, and they exhibited natural abilities—some excelling in sealing techniques, others in ninjutsu or swordsmanship, combined with traits and bloodlines inherited from their mother. Clearly, they had the potential to become formidable individuals in a positive sense.

Hinata sighed, wishing Naruto-kun was present with them. She felt a deep sense of longing for her friend and crush. She knew she wasn't the only one feeling this way, but she held onto hope that everything would be alright.

A/N: This bonus serves to illustrate the circumstances in the Elemental Nations. I may create another one set a few years later when Naruto's children are older, or perhaps a chapter from the perspective of the Uchiha clan.
