Chapter 54: The Twilight of Thrones and the Dawn of Satanchia
Bael Territory
The Bael territory, once the proud heart of the Pillar Devils' heritage, was now a scarred graveyard of conceptual history. The air was thick with the scent of ozone and the decaying remains of Trihexa, a mist that didn't just smell of rot, but of ending.
Naruto Satanchia stood amidst the ruins, his new limb, the monstrous, bone-white and obsidian-scaled arm, pulsing with a rhythmic, crimson light. It looked less like armor and more like a living parasite that had found its perfect host. Behind him, the silent silhouettes of Mio, Maria, and the Ouroboros Dragon, Ophis, stood as a testament to the new hierarchy of the world.
A few hundred yards away, the Four Satans were a pathetic sight. Sirzechs was propped up by a jagged rock, his crimson hair matted with blood. Ajuka was frantically trying to stabilize his own mana circuits, his eyes wide with a mix of scientific horror and filial awe. They were the "Leaders" of the Underworld, yet they looked like children who had played with fire and finally met the sun.
"The silence is deafening, isn't it?" Naruto’s voice didn't just travel through the air; it vibrated through the very ground. He stepped forward, each footfall leaving a cracked, glowing imprint. "For centuries, the Pillar Houses shouted about their bloodlines. The Satans shouted about their justice. And yet, when the Apocalypse came knocking, the only sound left was your screaming."
Sirzechs coughed, a spray of blood hitting the grey soil. "Naruto... you saved us. But at what cost? Look at yourself. You’ve become the very thing we sought to lock away."
Naruto laughed, a dark, melodic sound. "I didn't save you, Sirzechs. I saved the world because I live in it. There’s a difference. As for what I’ve become... I am the result of your arrogance made manifest."
The Satanchia indicated that the blame lies with the pillar Devils; if they weren't so wicked, the extra demon faction wouldn't have needed to form, and perhaps Trihexa would not have been unleashed.
Naruto raised his monstrous hand, and the shadows of the surrounding ruins surged upward, forming a jagged, obsidian throne. He sat, not out of exhaustion, but as a statement.
"Ajuka," Naruto called out. The Beelzebub looked up, his calculations finally settling on a single, terrifying truth.
"You've integrated the Core," Ajuka whispered. "The Law of Inversion didn't just eat Trihexa; it repurposed the concept of 'The End.' You aren't just a devil anymore. You’re a Living Singularity."
"Correct," Naruto leaned back. "And as a Singularity, I find the current governing body of the Underworld to be... inefficient. Redundant. Dangerous."
Serafall Leviathan tried to stand, her magical girl persona long since shattered. "You can't just... you can't just take over, Naruto! The people..."
"The people are currently hiding in cellars because their 'Rulers' nearly let a mountain-sized beast erase them," Naruto interrupted coldly. "You failed to provide the one thing a ruler must: survival."
Naruto gestured to the horizon. "Here is my decree. The Anti-Satan Faction is disbanded. The title of 'Satan' is hereby stripped of its political authority. You four will remain as figureheads for the transition, custodians of your respective domains, but the legislative power of the Underworld now resides in the Satanchia Territory."
"You're establishing a Monarchy," Falbium grunted, his eyes heavy with defeat.
"I’m establishing an Order," Naruto corrected. "One where the 'Pillar Houses' no longer have the right to breed monsters in secret. Zekram Bael and the elders. They are being hunted as we speak. My shadow clones have already reached all of their hiding places and will execute them all. There will be no trial. Only erasure."
"What would happen if we decided to fight back?" Sirzechs inquired, already aware of the implications. With Naruto wielding the powers of Trihexa and having Ophis alongside him, any misstep by him and the other Satans could lead to their annihilation.
Naruto remained silent, but moments later, a shadow clone materialized beside him, holding the decapitated head of Zekram Bael. The expression on Zekram's face was one of shock and suffering, as if he had experienced a painful death. This was all the information the Satans required; they understood that their choices were to either surrender or face death.
Recognizing they had no alternative, the Satans surrendered, not just for their own survival but also to protect their families. Soon, additional shadow clones emerged, each as formidable as a Satan-level threat, and signaled to the four pillar Satans.
The Satans were ushered away by Naruto’s elite shadow corps. Naruto felt a sudden, sharp pang in his chest. The white light of the Soulscape flickered in the back of his mind. Trihexa wasn't gone; it was a storm held back by a single dam.
Ophis moved to his side, her small hand resting on his obsidian-scaled shoulder. "It is heavy," she said.
"It wants to be free, Ophis," Naruto admitted, his voice dropping to a whisper so Mio and Maria wouldn't hear. "The hunger... it’s not for food. It’s for the absence of things."
"I am the Infinite," Ophis replied. "You are the Inversion. Between us, we can hold the void. But you can never truly rest again, Naruto Satanchia. To be the jailer of the Apocalypse is to be a ghost in your own life."
Naruto looked at his hand, then at the distant silhouette of the Bael Mansion where his family waited. "I've been a ghost before. At least this time, I have a throne."
Fast Forward
The following weeks were a whirlwind of geopolitical restructuring. Naruto didn't stop at the Underworld. With the power of the Apocalypse Beast at his beck and call, he sent a clear message to the Heavens and the Grigori.
In a meeting on neutral ground, the Dimensional Gap itself, Naruto met with Michael and Azazel.
"The balance is shifted," Michael said, his wings shimmering with a nervous light. "The power you hold... it belongs in the Creator's prison."
"The Creator is gone, Michael," Naruto replied, sitting across from the Archangel. "And his prison was flawed. I am the new seal. In exchange for my silence, I want the Heaven's interference in Human-Devil affairs to cease. The 'Evil Piece' system will be monitored by a joint council, but the ultimate authority on Devil reincarnation stays with me."
Azazel, ever the pragmatist, leaned back with a smirk. "You're basically holding the world hostage, Naruto. If you lose control, we all go 'poof.' If we attack you, we risk breaking the seal. It’s the perfect stalemate."
"It’s not a stalemate if I’m the one holding all the cards, Azazel," Naruto said. "Focus on your Research. Leave the ruling to me."
Fast Forward
The story concludes months later, in the heart of the newly christened Satanchia Capital. The city was a marvel of Dark-magic and modern technology, a place where "Extra-Demons" and "Low-Class" devils lived without the stigma of the old Pillar system.
Naruto stood on the balcony of his palace. His monstrous arm was now hidden under a long, flowing cloak of velvet and silk, though the power radiating from him was still palpable.
Mio approached him, her belly slightly swollen, a sign of the continuing Satanchia bloodline. Maria followed, carrying a tray of tea, her eyes full of the same devotion she had held since the beginning.
"The children are asleep," Mio said, leaning against his side. "Isha was asking for you too."
Naruto smiled, a genuine expression that finally reached his eyes. The struggle with Trihexa’s core was constant, but in moments like these, the "Inversion" worked in his favor. He turned his burden into the foundation of their peace.
"Tomorrow," Naruto promised. "Tomorrow, the world is quiet."
He looked out over his kingdom. The "Light Born in the Darkness" wasn't a prophecy of a hero; it was the story of a man who realized that to protect the light, he had to become the ultimate shadow.
The Satans were gone. The Beasts were sealed. The Pillars were crumbled.
Naruto Satanchia, the Dragon-Eater, the Inverter of Reality, and the True Ruler of the Underworld, finally closed his eyes and let the silence of his victory wash over him.
Epilogue
In the far reaches of the Dimensional Gap, Ophis sat on a floating rock, watching the ripple effects of Naruto’s existence. She felt the presence of other worlds, the "Ben 10" universe where a redhead waited, the "Marvel" universe where a panther-god growled in the dark.
Naruto's soul was no longer tied to one reality. By devouring Trihexa, he had become a multiversal constant.
"The story continues," Ophis whispered to the void.
