Chapter 2: Jean Grey
Xavier Institute
The hallways of Xavier’s Institute were never truly quiet, at least not for Jean Grey.
As a world-class telepath, the "quiet" of the countryside was a lie. She lived in a constant sea of white noise, the background radiation of a hundred teenagers’ anxieties, Scott’s rigid tactical checklists, and Logan’s grumbly, beer-soaked memories. It was a low-level static that she had learned to tune out, but lately, the Phoenix was stirring. The power was making the static louder, sharper, like glass shards scraping against the inside of her skull.
She stood in the kitchen, her fingers trembling slightly as she reached for a tea bag.
"You're leaking, Red."
Jean didn't jump; she was too tired to jump. She turned to see Naruto Uzumaki leaning against the doorframe. He was wearing a pair of orange gym shorts and nothing else, his skin still radiating that unnatural, golden warmth she had sensed from him since he arrived.
"Leaking?" Jean asked, trying to pull her mental shields tighter.
"Your energy," Naruto said, walking toward her with that predatory, effortless grace. "It’s like a radio that isn’t tuned right. High-pitched. It’s making my skin itch."
Jean sighed, rubbing her temples. "I’m sorry, Naruto. It’s been a long week. The Cerebro sessions are... taxing."
Naruto didn't stay back like the others did when she was "unstable." He stepped into her personal space, his presence hitting her like a physical wave. Usually, when people got close to her, their thoughts became louder, more intrusive. But Naruto was different.
His mind wasn't a stream of consciousness; it was a roar. It was a sun-bright chaotic storm of instincts, heat, and a strange, bottomless vitality. To a telepath, standing next to Naruto was like standing next to a roaring fireplace after being lost in a blizzard.
"Scott says you need to rest," Naruto remarked, his blue eyes scanning her face. "But Scott's a buzzkill. You don't need rest. You need to vent the pressure."
"It's not that simple," Jean whispered.
"Isn't it?" Naruto reached out. He didn't touch her skin yet, but his hand hovered near her arm. Jean could feel the bio-kinetic energy jumping across the gap, tingling against her fine hairs. "I felt what you did for Rogue yesterday. She’s glowing. She’s actually smiling in the Danger Room. Whatever you gave her... it fixed the hole in her."
Jean looked up, her green eyes meeting his slitted blue ones with uncertainty. "Rogue is a vacuum, Naruto. I'm a furnace. If you try to 'vent' me, you might get burned."
Naruto’s grin was nothing short of arrogant. "I’ve got a high melting point, Red. Why don't we go to the sub-level gym? The one with the dampeners. Let’s see if that furnace of yours can actually keep up with me."
Sub-Level 4 Gym
The sub-level 4 gym was reinforced with vibranium-steel alloys, designed for the heavy hitters like Colossus or the more volatile sessions. Naruto had locked the door, the heavy hiss of the pneumatic seals echoing in the vast, empty space.
"No cameras?" Jean asked, her voice echoing.
"I pulled the fuses," Naruto lied easily. He didn't want the "Boy Scout" Summers seeing what was about to happen.
Jean took a deep breath, letting her hair down. The red locks seemed to flow as if caught in an invisible wind. "What are you doing, Naruto? You’re not a telepath. You can’t help me with mental strain."
"Maybe not," Naruto said, dropping into a fighting stance. His body began to hum, a low-frequency vibration that shook the air. "But I’ve noticed something about you, Jean. When you’re stressed, you hold it all in your head. You forget you have a body. I’m going to remind you."
He didn't wait for an answer. He moved.
Naruto was a blur of orange light. He didn't use a weapon; he was the weapon. He slammed a kinetic-charged fist into the air in front of Jean, the shockwave forcing her to throw up a telekinetic shield.
Impact.
The sensation of his energy hitting her shield was... intoxicating. It wasn't the sterile, cold power of the Danger Room robots. It was alive. It was hot.
"Again!" Naruto shouted, spinning for a roundhouse kick that flared with golden sparks.
Jean stopped holding back. She let the Phoenix fire simmer just beneath her skin. She lashed out with a wave of telekinetic force, trying to pin him against the wall. Naruto roared, his muscles bulging as his hyper-vitality fought against the invisible pressure. He was pushing through her mind with pure physical will.
"That's it!" Naruto laughed, his pheromones beginning to fill the room, a spicy, musk-heavy scent that hit Jean’s heightened senses like a drug. "Don't think, Jean! Feel!"
The fight shifted. It wasn't a spar anymore; it was a dance. Jean was flying, her red hair trailing fire, while Naruto bounded off the walls like a pinball of pure muscle. Every time they clashed, the feedback sent a jolt of pleasure straight to Jean’s brain.
She realized what he was doing. He was overloading her senses, forcing the telepathic static to drown in the physical sensation of him.
Finally, Jean caught him. She wrapped her telekinesis around his limbs, pulling him toward her in mid-air. They slammed onto the padded floor together, Jean on top, her hands pinned to his chest.
Her breath was coming in ragged gasps. Her skin was flushed, her heart hammering against her ribs. The "static" in her head was gone, replaced by a singular, burning focus on the man beneath her.
"You... you idiot," Jean panted, her eyes glowing with an unearthly fire. "You could have been killed."
Naruto reached up, his hand cupping the back of her neck. His skin was scorching hot, pulsating with the life force that Rogue had tried to drain, yet it was already replenished.
"But you feel better, don't you?" Naruto whispered.
Jean didn't answer with words. She leaned down and crushed her lips against his.
Lemon Scene Ahead
The kiss wasn't like any Jean had ever shared with Scott. With Scott, everything was controlled, careful, fearful of his eyes or her mind. With Naruto, it was like throwing a match into a gas tank.
As their tongues clashed, Jean’s telepathy instinctively reached out. Usually, she hated this, seeing the messy, dark thoughts of men. But Naruto’s mind was an open book of fire. He wanted her. He wanted her with a primal, uncomplicated hunger that made her feel like the most beautiful woman in existence.
Deep. Harder. Take it all. The thoughts weren't even words; they were sensations.
Jean tore at his shorts, her telekinesis helping her strip him in a blur of motion; her own clothes were burned away by the flames of the Phoenix. She didn't care about the reinforced floor or the cold air of the gym. She was burning from the inside out.
Naruto rolled her over, pinning her to the mat. His hands were everywhere, tracing the curves of her body with a reverence that felt like a brand from her long neck, her perky breasts, and flat stomach, and kept on going lower. When his fingers found the sensitive, shaved slit between her thighs, Jean arched her back, a scream of pure, unadulterated shock tearing from her throat.
"Naruto...!"
"Shh," he growled, his teeth grazing her earlobe. "Let the Fox in, Jean. Stop fighting the hunger."
He slid into her in one fluid, forceful movement, expanding her in a manner that Scott had never done, sending her teetering on the edge of consciousness. For a moment, Naruto thought about how Jean reminded him of Rogue; he was aware that Rogue was tighter due to her lack of sexual experience. However, Jean was undeniably hotter and incredibly aroused, and both sensations were pleasurable. Fortunately for Naruto, while he was lost in these thoughts, Jean was immersed in her own realm of ecstasy, oblivious to his mental musings.
The connection was instantaneous. Because of Jean’s telepathy, the physical sensation was magnified a thousandfold. She wasn't just feeling her own pleasure; she was feeling his. She felt the tight, pulsing heat of her own body from his perspective, and the raw, electric surge of his kinetic energy from hers.
It was a feedback loop of ecstasy.
Naruto began to move, his pace relentless. Each thrust sent a shockwave of golden energy through Jean’s nervous system. She felt her mental barriers dissolve entirely. The Phoenix didn't want to destroy; it wanted to consume.
She wrapped her legs around his waist, her heels digging into his back. "More," she whimpered into his shoulder. "I need... I need the light..."
Naruto didn't hold back. He tapped into the core of his mutation, his hyper-vitality surging at a level that would have burst the heart of a normal man. He became a literal sun in her arms.
Jean’s vision turned white. She wasn't in the gym anymore. She was in a void of pure energy, tangled together with a golden fox that had nine burning tails. They were two stars colliding, fusing into one.
The pleasure was so intense it was almost painful, a psychic and physical climax that shattered the last of her restraint. As Naruto let out a guttural roar, filling her with his vibrant seed and a final, massive discharge of kinetic energy, Jean’s power flared.
A massive bird of fire erupted from her back, its wingspan filling the entire gym, glowing with a light so bright it would have been visible from space if not for the dampeners.
Jean screamed his name, her body shaking in a prolonged, rhythmic collapse of muscles and mind. For the first time in years, the static was dead. There was only the sound of two hearts beating in perfect unison.
Lemon Scene End
The Phoenix fire faded, leaving the gym scorched and smelling of ozone and sex.
Jean lay draped over Naruto’s chest, her skin glowing with a faint, healthy pink. She looked younger, the lines of stress around her eyes completely erased.
Naruto stroked her hair, his own breathing finally slowing down. His body felt heavy, but satisfied. He had "vented" the most powerful woman on Earth, and he was still breathing.
"Scott is going to notice the power surge," Jean whispered, her voice sounding clearer than it had in months.
"Let him," Naruto said, kissing the top of her head. "Tell him that you went overboard while training. Or tell him the truth. I don't think he could handle the truth, though."
Jean chuckled, a genuine, light sound. She shifted, pressing a kiss to Naruto’s whisker-marked cheek. "You're a very dangerous man, Naruto Uzumaki."
"And you're a very loud woman, Jean Grey," he teased. "I think you broke the soundproofing."
Jean smiled, closing her eyes and listening to the beautiful, golden silence inside her head. For now, the storm was over.
