Chapter 1: Widow Mets Cosmic Fox

Elemental Nation - Hidden Leaf Village

The end of the world didn’t smell like sulfur or ash. It smelled like ozone and the metallic tang of his own blood.

Naruto Uzumaki, the Seventh Hokage, lay on a battlefield that no longer resembled the Hidden Leaf. His breathing was a wet, ragged hitch. The Great Shinobi War had ended, but not in victory. It had ended in a stalemate of extinction. As his vision blurred, he felt Kurama’s chakra, usually a roaring furnace, flicker out like a spent candle.

"Rest, kit," the Fox’s voice echoed, fainter than a whisper. "We did... enough."

Naruto closed his eyes, expecting the pure white of the afterlife. Instead, he woke up to a cold, sterile hell.

Fast Forward

Sokovia was cold. Cold in a way the Land of Iron never was.

Naruto didn’t understand the language the men in white coats spoke. They called him "Subject 1021." They spoke of "genetic anomalies" and "unexplained cellular density." He was in a body that wasn’t his own, smaller, younger, maybe eighteen, but the soul inside was centuries old and forged in fire.

He wasn't alone in the dark. In the cell across from him were two others: a boy with hair like quicksilver and a girl with eyes that held a storm of red. Pietro and Wanda.

"You're not like the others," Wanda whispered one night, her voice trembling. "Your mind... it’s not a mind. It’s a sun."

Naruto leaned his head against the cold metal bars. He tried to mold chakra, to feel the familiar coil of energy in his gut. There was nothing. His pathways were shredded, his coils burnt out by the sheer trauma of reincarnation. He was a ninja who couldn't use jutsu. A hero without a sword.

"I’m just a ghost," Naruto replied, his voice raspy. "A ghost looking for a reason to stay dead."

The reason for their suffering came in the form of a scepter.

Baron Strucker didn't understand what he had. He thought he was using the Mind Stone to unlock human potential. He didn't realize that when he touched the glowing blue gem to Naruto Uzumaki’s chest, he wasn't just triggering a mutation. He was trying to pour a gallon of godhood into a vessel that was already an infinite well.

The moment the stone touched Naruto, the world screamed.

The blue casing of the scepter cracked. The yellow essence of the Mind Stone flared, but as it entered Naruto's body, it changed. It didn't just affect his mind; it reacted to the Uzumaki soul, a soul that had once contained the literal physical manifestation of nature energy.

The stone’s power collided with the "Void" where Kurama used to be. The reaction was violent. Naruto’s chakra coils didn't repair themselves; they vanished entirely, replaced by something far more primal. His golden hair began to glow with a faint, iridescent shimmer. His eyes, once blue as the summer sky, now held the swirling depth of a nebula.

He wasn't a shinobi anymore. He was a Cosmic Battery.

When the SHIELD strike team, led by a certain red-headed superspy, breached the facility months later, they didn't find a prisoner. They found a crater where the laboratory used to be, and a blonde teenager standing in the center of it, glowing with the radiance of a dying star.

Fast Forward

Three months after the "Sokovia Incident," Natasha Romanoff found herself in a high-security observation room at the Helicarrier. On the other side of the glass sat the boy.

He was eating a bowl of instant ramen, the only thing he had requested, with a focus that was almost meditative.

"He’s been quiet?" Natasha asked, crossing her arms.

"Quiet, but dangerous," Nick Fury replied, appearing from the shadows of the catwalk. "The boy's body is generating energy levels that shouldn't be possible. He’s not a mutant, Romanoff. He’s an anomaly. He’s manipulating matter at a molecular level just by existing. If he loses his temper, he doesn't just blow up a building; he un-makes it."

Natasha looked at the file. Naruto Uzumaki. A name that didn't exist in any database until Sokovia.

"He’s a kid, Nick," she said softly.

"He’s a nuclear deterrent with a smile. Go in there. Evaluate him. See if he’s a threat or an asset."

Natasha entered the room. She didn't bring a weapon. She brought a second bowl of ramen.

Naruto looked up. He didn't look at her face; he looked at her energy. To his new eyes, Natasha wasn't just a woman. She was a tapestry of red and black, a soul that had been broken and stitched back together with wire and sheer will.

"You have a lot of red on you," Naruto said. His voice wasn't the boisterous shout of a knucklehead ninja; it was the calm, heavy tone of a man who had seen the end of the world.

Natasha paused, a chopstick halfway to her mouth. "You've heard of me?"

"I don't need to hear about you. I can see it. It’s heavy. Like a weight on your shoulders." He gestured to the chair across from him. "Sit. The noodles are better when they’re hot."

For the first time in years, Natasha Romanoff felt completely exposed. There was no guile in his eyes. No lust, no fear, no hidden agenda. Just a terrifying, infectious honesty.

"They want me to find out if you're a monster," Natasha said, leaning forward.

Naruto smiled, and for a second, the room seemed to brighten. Literally. The lightbulbs overhead hummed with extra power. "I’ve had a monster inside me before. This?" He looked at his hands, where faint sparks of golden energy danced between his fingers. "This is just... a lot of light. I’m still figuring out how to keep it from burning everyone."

"Maybe I can help with that," Natasha found herself saying. "I'm an expert at hiding things that burn."

Fast Forward

The bond between the "Spy" and the "Anomaly" grew with a speed that concerned SHIELD but fascinated the Avengers.

Naruto refused to train with Steve Rogers or Tony Stark. He only wanted Natasha. He claimed her "rhythm" was the only one that didn't make his head ache. In the training rooms, they were a blur of motion. Natasha was a master of martial arts, but Naruto moved with a grace that defied physics. He couldn't use chakra to jump; he simply altered his own gravity.

"You're holding back," Natasha hissed, sweeping his leg.

Naruto drifted upward, hovering inches above the floor, his feet never touching the mats. He looked down at her, his golden hair shimmering. "If I don't hold back, the floor becomes dust, Nat."

"Then control it," she challenged, her eyes sparking. "Don't just be a battery. Be a lens. Focus."

She lunged at him, a series of rapid-fire strikes aimed at his pressure points. Naruto didn't move away. He stepped into her space. He caught her wrists, his grip firm but strangely warm.

The air between them began to hum. A faint golden aura enveloped them both, a protective shell of Power Cosmic.

"Why do you care so much?" Naruto whispered, his face inches from hers. "You spend your whole life lying to people. Why be honest with me?"

Natasha breathed in. He smelled like sunshine and something ancient, like the stars themselves. "Because you're the only person in the world who looks at me and doesn't see the Black Widow. You just see... me."

Naruto’s gaze dropped to her lips. In his old life, he had been dense, a boy who missed the signs. But this Naruto, the one who had died and been reborn, knew the value of a moment. He knew that in a world of gods and aliens, a single human connection was the only thing that was real.

He didn't wait for a slow burn. He didn't have time for it.

He kissed her.

It wasn't a soft kiss. It was an explosion. The moment their lips met, the Power Cosmic within Naruto surged. The training room lights shattered. A pulse of pure, golden energy rippled outward, knocking out the security cameras and sending a shockwave through the Helicarrier.

Natasha gasped against his mouth, her body tingling as his energy flowed into her. She felt stronger, faster, as if his very presence was elevating her molecular structure.

"You're mine to protect now," Naruto murmured against her skin, his hands sliding down to her waist, pulling her flush against him. "The world can have the Avengers. You have me."

Natasha understood that beginning a relationship with Naruto would be far from simple; he was younger than her and Nick would surely be furious. Yet, in the embrace of this younger man, she felt free to be her true self, no longer a spy or an impostor.

Fast Forward

When the Chitauri invaded, the Avengers were struggling. The sheer numbers were overwhelming.

"Naruto, we need you in the air!" Steve Rogers shouted over the comms.

Naruto stood on the roof of Stark Tower, Natasha by his side. She was reloading her Glocks, her eyes scanning the horizon.

At the beginning of their relationship, things were progressing well, and Nick was unexpectedly encouraging. Natasha realized that he might believe she would try to 'pussy-whip' Naruto, thinking it would help him manage the Uzumaki. However, the redhead chose not to challenge Fury's assumptions, as long as he stayed out of their relationship; she didn’t mind his opinions.

Interestingly, they haven't had sex yet; instead, they've shared kisses and plenty of affectionate touching. They didn’t go all the way, not due to a lack of desire, but because they wanted to take their time and let things unfold naturally when they felt prepared.

"Go," she said. "I'll be fine."

"No," Naruto said, his eyes turning a deep, glowing gold. "You'll be more than fine."

He reached out, touching her shoulder. He didn't just give her a pep talk; he shared a fraction of his essence. A shimmering, translucent armor of golden energy formed over her suit.

"That'll hold against anything they throw at you," Naruto promised.

Then, he turned toward the sky.

He didn't use a quinjet. He didn't use a suit. He simply stepped off the roof.

Mid-air, Naruto Uzumaki ignited.

He became a streak of golden fire, a human comet tearing through the Chitauri ranks. He didn't need signs or hand seals. He pointed a finger, and a beam of pure stellar energy, a Cosmic Rasengan, vaporized a Leviathan in a single, silent flash.

He was a god of the modern age, a Shinobi soul wielding the power of the Big Bang.

Down on the streets, Natasha moved like a goddess of war. With Naruto’s energy pulsing through her, her strikes shattered Chitauri armor like glass. She was faster than the eye could see, a blur of red and gold.

As Naruto hovered above the city, looking down at the woman he had claimed as his own, he realized that he hadn't just been reborn to save a world. He had been reborn to find the one person who could ground a star.

Fast Forward

The battle was over. The Chitauri were dust.

Naruto and Natasha sat in a demolished penthouse overlooking the smoking city. The adrenaline was still high, the air thick with the scent of ozone and victory.

Natasha looked at Naruto. His shirt was torn, revealing the lean, corded muscle of a warrior. His skin was still humming with a faint glow.

"You're still vibrating," she noted, her voice dropping to a sultry purr as she walked toward him.

Naruto smiled, that infectious, honest smile that had dismantled her defenses months ago. He stood up, his hand reaching out to trace the line of her jaw. "The Power Cosmic doesn't just turn off, Nat. It’s restless. It wants... more."

She stepped into his heat, her hands sliding under the tattered remains of his shirt. "I think I can help you find a place to put all that energy."

Naruto leaned down, his breath hot against her ear. "I should warn you... I don't do anything halfway. When an Uzumaki claims something, he keeps it."

Natasha smirked, pulling him toward the bedroom, the golden glow of his body illuminating the darkened room. "Then show me, Naruto. Show me what it’s like to touch the stars."

Ok I would like to point out that if Naruto was reincarnated then he wouldn’t keep his chakra anyways since chakra networks aren’t a natural thing to the human body but something giving to them by the sage of the sixths paths in Naruto’s world so unless Naruto’s physical body made the trip there then he wouldn’t have chakra anyways no human or alien would
