Chapter 1: Enter Naruto Kamo

Kamo Clan Estate

The Kamo Clan estate was a place of stifling tradition, red-lacquered wood, and the iron-scent of blood. For Naruto, it was a cage that smelled like a funeral.

He sat on the house, his eyes fixed on the koi pond. At seventeen, he carried himself with a stillness that didn’t belong to the Kamo. He was broad-shouldered, his golden hair a jarring defiance against the monochrome black and white of the clan’s formal robes. But it was his face that unsettled the elders, the three faint, whisker-like scars on each cheek, marks he had been born with, as if some curse had touched him in the womb.

In a clan obsessed with the "Flowing Red Scale" and "Piercing Blood," Naruto was an anomaly. He had no talent for Blood Manipulation. To the Kamo, he was a failure.

"Still staring at the water? It won't give you our technique, Naruto."

Naruto didn’t turn his head. He knew the voice. Kamo Noritoshi, the clan’s golden boy, the heir-apparent. Noritoshi was younger, but in this world, hierarchy was carved in Cursed Energy, not age.

"The water doesn't demand anything from me, Noritoshi," Naruto replied, his voice a low, calm rasp. "Unlike this house."

"The elders are meeting," Noritoshi said, stepping up beside him. His eyes were closed, as usual, masked in that serene arrogance. "They’re discussing your ‘situation.’ There is talk of sending you to the Kyoto school as a mere assistant, or perhaps... removing you from the active roster entirely. A Kamo who cannot control blood is a stain they find hard to bleach."

Naruto finally looked at him. His eyes were a blue so piercing they felt like they could see the internal flow of Cursed Energy itself. "They can try. But you and I both know why they haven't kicked me out yet."

Noritoshi’s mask slipped for a fraction of a second. A bead of sweat nearly formed. He remembered the last sparring session, how Naruto had dismantled three Grade 2 sorcerers without using a single drop of blood. He had simply... moved. And then, there was the thing that happened when Naruto got serious.

"The 'cursed' gift," Noritoshi whispered.

"I don't call it a curse," Naruto said, standing up. He stood a full head taller than most of the branch members. "I am done with the Kamo."

The meeting hall was cold. The elders sat behind rice-paper screens, their silhouettes casting long, distorted shadows.

"Naruto Kamo," a voice wheezed. "You have reached your seventeenth year. Your contributions to the clan have been... Acceptable, but lacking the refinement of our lineage. Without the inherited technique, you are a dead end."

Naruto stood in the center of the room, hands in his pockets. He didn't bow. "Get to the point. You want me gone so you don't have to explain why the strongest person in this compound doesn't use Blood Manipulation."

A sharp intake of breath echoed behind the screens.

"Arrogance!" another elder hissed. "You are a fluke of nature! You possess a technique that is chaotic, unclean! It has no place in the Kamo records!"

"That's because your records are boring," a new voice interrupted.

The doors to the hall didn’t just open; they seemed to surrender. A man stepped in, wearing a high-collared black jacket and a white blindfold that should have made him look ridiculous, but instead made him look like the most dangerous thing in the room.

"Gojo Satoru," the lead elder growled. "This is a private clan matter."

"Everything is my business when it involves talent," Gojo chirped, flashing a grin that didn't reach his ears. He strolled over to Naruto, circling him like a shark inspecting a particularly interesting reef. "So, you’re the one? The 'Anomaly of the Kamo'? They say your very unique curse technique."

Naruto looked at the blindfolded man. He felt it, an absolute abyss of power coming from Gojo. For the first time in this life, Naruto felt his pulse quicken. "Who are you?"

"I’m the guy who’s taking you to Tokyo," Gojo said, clapping Naruto on the shoulder. "The Kyoto school is too stuffy. Way too many old people who smell like mothballs and disappointment. My class is much more... lively. Well, it's currently a bit of a mess, but that’s the fun part!"

"He is Kamo property!" the elder shouted.

Gojo’s aura shifted. The air in the room became heavy, thick enough to choke on. "Property? That’s a dirty word, gramps. Besides, I already talked to the higher-ups. Since you were planning on 'retiring' him anyway, I figured I’d recycle. It’s good for the environment."

Gojo leaned into Naruto’s ear. "What do you say, kid? Stay here and wait for them to poison your tea, or come with me and see how many Curses you can wrap in those pretty chains of yours?"

Naruto looked at the screens, then at the blindfolded sorcerer. A slow, feral grin spread across his face, the look of a fox finally seeing the exit of the trap.

"I’ll get my coat."

Fast Forward

The train ride to Tokyo was a blur. Gojo spent most of it talking about sweets, but Naruto wasn't fooled. He could feel the man’s eyes, or whatever he used to see, scanning him, dissecting the way Naruto’s Cursed Energy pooled around his wrists and ankles like invisible shackles.

"So," Gojo said, tossing a caramel into his mouth. "Tell me about it. Your Technique. The elders called it 'unclean.' Personally, I think they’re just jealous."

Naruto leaned back, looking out the window. "They call it The Heavens' Constriction: Uzumaki. It’s not like theirs. It doesn’t use blood as a medium. It uses the weight of the soul."

He held out his hand. Slowly, the air began to ripple. Thick, translucent chains, ink-black with a golden hue at the edges, manifested out of thin air, coiling around his forearm like vipers.

"I can bind anything," Naruto said quietly. "Physical objects, Cursed Energy... even space, if I have enough juice. But the chains have a mind of their own. They don't like being told what to do."

Gojo whistled. "Sealing-based Cursed Technique. Rare. Very 'Heian Era.' You’re going to be a headache for a lot of people, Naruto. I love it."

"Why the sudden interest?" Naruto asked. "You didn't come all the way to Kyoto just for a clan outcast."

Gojo’s tone turned slightly more serious. "I have a new student starting today. A special case. He’s carrying something... heavy. Most people want him dead. I want him to have a peer who knows what it's like to be 'too much' for the world to handle. Plus, my first-years are a bit of a handful. They need a stabilizer."

"I'm not a babysitter," Naruto grunted.

"No," Gojo smirked. "You're a Kamo. And you're about to meet a Zenin. I just want to see if the building survives the first day."

Tokyo Jujutsu High

The mountain air was cleaner than Kyoto. Naruto followed Gojo through the winding paths of the school until they reached a training courtyard.

Standing there was a girl with short-cropped hair and a fierce expression, leaning on a polearm. Beside her was a boy with high-collared clothes covering his mouth, and a large, muscular man who looked like... a panda?

"Everyone! Meet the new transfer!" Gojo announced, waving his arms.

The girl, Maki Zenin, narrowed her eyes. She recognized the pattern on Naruto’s sleeves immediately. "A Kamo? Are you kidding me, Gojo? We already have enough clan drama."

"Now, now, Maki-chan," Gojo said. "Naruto is a special case. He’s been kicked out of the 'Blood Club' just like you were kicked out of the 'No-Cursed-Energy Club.'"

Maki’s grip on her spear tightened. She looked Naruto up and down. He didn't flinch. He didn't look at her with the pity or the condescension she was used to from the Great Clans. He looked at her like she was a threat. She liked that.

"I'm Maki," she said, her voice a challenge. "The Panda is Panda. The guy who looks like he’s hiding a cold is Inumaki Toge. He speaks in rice ball ingredients. Don't ask."

"Salmon," Toge nodded.

"And where's our other guest of honor?" Gojo asked, looking around.

Just then, a boy with messy black hair and an aura of profound misery shuffled into the courtyard. He looked like he hadn't slept in a week. Behind him, the very air seemed to distort, a heavy, oppressive shadow clinging to his heels.

"This is Yuta Okkotsu," Gojo said, his voice softening slightly. "He’s... a bit sensitive. Be nice."

Naruto looked at Yuta. The chains under his skin began to thrum. He could feel it, an immense, terrifying amount of Cursed Energy coiled within the boy. It was chaotic, feminine, and utterly obsessed.

"I'm Yuta," the boy whispered, looking at the ground. "Um... nice to meet you."

Naruto stepped forward. The others tensed, especially Maki. Naruto stopped three feet from Yuta. The shadow behind Yuta, the Special Grade Curse, Rika, began to manifest, a skeletal hand appearing over Yuta’s shoulder.

"You're leaking a ton of curse energy," Naruto said.

Yuta blinked. "What?"

"Your energy," Naruto said, his voice calm. "It’s everywhere. It’s messy. You’re going to exhaust yourself before the day is over."

Before Rika could react, Naruto’s hand shot out. He didn't strike Yuta. Instead, a single, thin black chain flickered into existence, wrapping once around Yuta’s wrist.

"Hey!" Maki shouted, stepping forward, but Gojo held up a hand.

Yuta gasped. For the first time since he could remember, the screaming weight of Rika’s presence felt... muffled. Not gone, but contained. He looked at the chain on his wrist. It felt warm.

"Keep that for now," Naruto said, pulling his hand back. The chain remained, glowing faintly before turning invisible. "It’ll help you. Just don't try to pull against it, or it'll bite."

Yuta touched his wrist, his eyes wide. "It's... it's quiet. Thank you."

Maki lowered her spear, staring at Naruto with newfound curiosity. "What kind of technique is that? That’s not Blood Manipulation."

"It's better," Naruto said, turning to her with a smirk. "So, I heard you're the one to beat around here. You want to show the 'Kamo failure' how Tokyo does things?"

Maki’s lips curled into a grin. "Oh, I'm going to enjoy breaking you, Kamo."

Gojo clapped his hands together. "Great! First impressions are done. Now, let’s get to the fun part. Urban combat training! And since Naruto is new, he’ll be paired with Yuta. Maki, you and Panda take the seniors' roles. Toge, you’re the judge."

"Bonito flakes," Toge agreed.

Naruto adjusted his collar, feeling the familiar hum of his chains beneath his skin. In the Kamo clan, he was a mistake. Here, in this madhouse of outcasts and monsters, he felt like he was exactly where he was supposed to be.

"Let's go, Okkotsu," Naruto said, walking toward the exit. "Don't fall behind."

"R-Right!" Yuta stumbled after him.

As they walked, Naruto caught Maki’s gaze one last time. She was watching him, a predatory glint in her eyes that promised a very violent, very interesting future.

Naruto smiled. Yeah. This was definitely better than the koi pond.

A/N: This story just came to me, a crossover between Naruto and Jujutsu Kaisen! In this story, Naruto is typically reincarnated into the Gojo clan, but this time he's part of the Kamo clan and possesses a distinctive curse technique (the Uzumaki clan chains). I hope you enjoy the story, and take care until the next update!
