Chapter 2: Genetic

Smallville - Kent Farm

The sun had barely begun to crest over the horizon of the Smallville horizon, painting the sky in hues of bruised purple and burning orange, when Naru-To stepped out onto the porch of the Kent farmhouse. To a normal human, the air was crisp and cool, but to him, every atom of the atmosphere felt heavy, saturated with the radiation of the yellow star he was now effectively drinking in through his skin.

Inside his mind, the AI interface of his House of To battle suit, which he currently wore as a sleek, black compression shirt that shimmered with microscopic nanites, flickered to life.

[Biometric Analysis: Solar Absorption at 142% of baseline. Cellular density increasing. Sensory input stabilizers active. Host Naru-To, your current power output exceeds the local Kryptonian 'Kal-El' by a margin of 3.4 to 1.]

Naruto smirked, leaning against the wooden railing. He could hear everything. He heard the rhythmic thumping of Martha Kent’s heart in the kitchen as she started the coffee; he heard the rustle of corn stalks three miles away; and most importantly, he heard the distinctive, double-time heartbeat of a lifeform that wasn't quite human anymore.

Lana Lang was approaching.

She pulled her truck into the driveway, looking slightly disheveled. To the casual observer, she was just a Smallville woman coming to visit friends, but through Naruto’s X-ray vision, she was a masterpiece of biological engineering. Her womb was already beginning to glow with a faint, ethereal blue light, the signature of his Codex-enhanced seed.

"You're early," Naruto said, his voice dropping into a low, resonant register that made Lana visibly shiver as she stepped out of the truck.

"I couldn't sleep," Lana admitted, her eyes darting to the house to see if Clark or the elder Kents were watching. "I feel... different, Naruto. My skin feels like it’s humming. And I’m hungry. All the time."

Naruto descended the stairs in a blur of motion, appearing in front of her before she could even blink. He reached out, his hand splaying across her flat stomach. Even through her denim jacket, he could feel the heat radiating from her.

"That is the future of my people," Naruto murmured, his blue eyes flashing with a predatory intensity. "Your body is being rewritten, Lana. The human DNA is being used as a scaffolding, but the House of To is building something far greater inside you."

Lana leaned into his touch, her breath hitching. The sheer pheromonal dominance Naruto exuded was intoxicating. "Clark... Clark would hate this. If he knew what we did in that barn... what you’re doing to me..."

"Kal-El is a dreamer who thinks he is one of them," Naruto countered, his thumb tracing the line of her jaw. "He spends his days saving cats from trees and playing at being a hero. I am a King without a kingdom, Lana. And I will build my kingdom starting with you."

He leaned down, claiming her lips in a kiss that was less about affection and more about ownership. Lana’s hands flew to his chest, clutching at the shifting fabric of his suit. She was addicted now, addicted to the raw power he projected.

"Inside," Naruto commanded, breaking the kiss. "Kara is waiting. She wants to monitor the first trimester’s progress."

The interior of the Kent barn had been subtly modified. While it looked like a dusty loft from the outside, Kara had used the ship’s remaining nanites to create a sterile, high-tech alcove hidden behind a false wall.

Kara-To stood there, her silver-and-gold suit humming with energy. She looked up from a holographic display as Naruto led Lana in.

"The saturation is perfect," Kara said, her voice clinical but tinged with a dark satisfaction. "The embryo is already developing the secondary bone density characteristic of the Military Guild. At this rate, Lana, you’ll be showing within three weeks. We’ll need to move you to a more secure location before the Kents notice the... anomalies."

"Anomalies?" Lana asked, her voice trembling slightly.

"The child will eventually emit low-level radiation," Kara explained, stepping closer to scan Lana with a handheld device. "If Kal-El gets too close, he’ll hear the heartbeat. It won't sound human. It will sound like a drum to him."

Kara turned to Naruto, her expression softening into the look of a devoted partner. "But we have a problem, my love. The League. They aren't just watching from the Watchtower anymore. Diana has been circling Smallville for the last three hours."

Naruto grunted, his jaw tightening. "The Amazon. She’s persistent."

"She’s a warrior," Kara corrected. "And her genetics... they are ancient. Divine, according to the records. If we are to truly diversify the new Kryptonian race, her 'Ichor' could provide a resistance to magic that our people have always lacked."

Naruto’s eyes darkened. "You want me to take her next?"

"I want us to break her," Kara whispered, stepping into Naruto’s space and resting her head on his shoulder, ignoring Lana who stood awkwardly to the side. "She thinks she is the pinnacle of female strength on this planet. Imagine a Kryptonian born from an Amazonian womb. A child who can fly through the heart of a sun and deflect the bolts of Zeus."

Naruto wrapped an arm around Kara, his mind already calculating. "She won't go as quietly as Lana. She’ll fight."

"Good," Naruto smirked. "I’ve been looking for a reason to see how much strain those bracelets of hers can take."

Later that Afternoon - Smallville High Athletics Field

The Justice League had decided that "integration" required the Kryptonians to spend time in populated areas. Today, that meant Naru-To and Kara were "volunteering" to help with a local track meet. It was a farce, and everyone knew it.

Clark Kent stood nearby, looking uncomfortable in his flannel shirt, while Diana Prince stood next to him, her arms crossed over her chest. She wasn't in her Wonder Woman armor, but her civilian clothes, a tight pair of slacks and a white blouse, did little to hide the powerful musculature of her frame.

"They aren't even trying to hide it, Clark," Diana said quietly, her eyes locked on Naruto, who was currently "tossing" a shotput. He had barely flicked his wrist, but the iron ball had vanished into the clouds, likely landing three counties away.

"He’s showing off," Clark sighed. "He’s angry, Diana. He feels like a prisoner."

"He feels like a conqueror in a cage," Diana retorted. "The way he looks at the women here... it’s not the look of a man looking for a date. He’s cataloging them. Like livestock."

"That’s a harsh assessment," Clark said, though his own doubt was written all over his face.

Suddenly, a blur of motion interrupted them. A woman with auburn hair and a notepad came sprinting toward them, followed by a camera crew.

Lois Lane.

"Clark! Tell me you have the scoop on the 'Mystery Cousins'," Lois said, breathless, her eyes immediately darting to Naruto, who was now walking toward them with a casual, predatory grace. "The Daily Planet is screaming for a headline. 'New Kryptonians: Saviors or Invaders?'"

Naruto stopped inches from Lois, his height forcing her to look up. He didn't speak immediately; instead, he inhaled deeply, his enhanced senses picking up her scent, expensive perfume, and ink.

"Lois Lane," Naruto said, his voice a smooth, velvet purr. "The woman who tamed the Man of Steel. I’ve read your work."

Lois, usually unflappable, blinked. There was something about Naruto that was fundamentally different from Clark. Clark was a warm hearth; Naruto was a forest fire.

"And I’ve seen your... shotput," Lois joked, trying to regain her footing. "Planning on joining the Olympics, or are you just here to make everyone else look bad?"

"I'm here to see what makes this world worth saving," Naruto replied, his gaze shifting to Diana. "Though I find the local 'supervisors' to be quite... restrictive."

Diana stepped forward, her presence equal to his. "Safety isn't a restriction, Naru-To. It’s a necessity. Especially when dealing with powers that can crack the tectonic plates of this planet."

"Is that what you’re afraid of, Princess?" Naruto stepped closer to Diana, entering her personal bubble. The air between them practically sizzled with static. "That I might break your world? Or are you afraid that I might be the first thing you’ve encountered that you can’t lasso into submission?"

Diana’s hand moved instinctively toward where her lasso usually hung. "Try me, Kryptonian. We can find a sparring ring whenever you're ready."

"Why wait for a ring?" Naruto challenged.

Before Clark could intervene, the sky above Smallville darkened. A boom, like a clap of thunder, echoed as a massive, obsidian craft descended from the clouds. It wasn't LexCorp, and it wasn't the League.

[Warning: Unknown Signature Detected. High-frequency energy spikes. Tactical Analysis: Apokoliptian origin.] Naruto’s AI flared in his mind.

A Boom Tube opened in the middle of the field, and Parademons began to swarm out like locusts. The crowd screamed, panic erupting instantly.

"Clark, go!" Diana shouted, her civilian clothes tearing away as she activated her transformation, her armor shimmering into existence.

Naruto didn't move. He watched as Clark, now Superman, flew into the fray, punching through Parademons with his usual restrained force.

"Aren't you going to help?" Lois yelled, ducking behind a bleacher.

Naruto looked at Kara, who had appeared by his side. "The League wants to see us in action," Naruto said in Kryptonian. "Let’s show them the difference between a 'Hero' and a 'Kryptonian Warrior'."

In a burst of gold and red light, Naruto’s suit materialized. He didn't fly; he detonated off the ground, the sonic boom shattering every window in the nearby school.

He reached the first wave of Parademons in a microsecond. Unlike Superman, who used blunt force to incapacitate, Naruto was a surgeon of violence. His hands, reinforced by his suit’s kinetic capacitors, moved in a blur. He grabbed the lead Parademon by its throat and squeezed. The sound of snapping chitin and metal filled the air as he literally tore the creature’s head from its shoulders, using the decapitated body as a club to swat three more out of the sky.

Kara was a whirlwind of silver, her heat vision, a steady, piercing gold, cutting through the swarm like a scythe through wheat. She wasn't just killing them; she was disintegrating them.

Diana, battling a group on the ground, watched in horror. "Naru-To! Stop! You’re being too aggressive! We don't kill!"

"You don't but I do, Princess!" Naruto shouted back. He saw a Parademon diving toward Lois Lane.

With a roar, he crossed the distance, but instead of just shielding her, he caught the creature mid-air, slammed it into the ground, and unleashed a point-blank burst of blue heat vision that turned the soil into glass and the Parademon into ash.

He landed in the crater, steam rising from his suit. He looked at Lois, who was staring at him with a mix of terror and awe.

"Are you harmed?" he asked, his voice booming.

"I... I'm fine," she stammered.

Naruto reached out, his hand lingering on her shoulder. "Stay close to me. The Man of Steel is too busy being 'noble' to ensure your safety."

High above, Superman was struggling with a larger, armored commander, a Steppenwolf-lite general. Naruto looked at Diana. "Watch and learn."

Naruto shot upward. He didn't punch the general. He tackled him, his speed carrying them both into the upper atmosphere within seconds. At thirty thousand feet, where the air was thin and the sun's rays were unfiltered, Naruto’s power spiked.

"You are an ant," Naruto growled into the general’s ear.

He gripped the general's arms and, with a sickening crunch, ripped them out of their sockets. He didn't stop. He grabbed the commander’s helmeted head and delivered a headbutt that sent a shockwave visible to the satellites monitoring the area. The general’s body went limp, and Naruto simply let him go, watching him burn up upon re-entry.

When Naruto descended back to the field, the battle was over. The remaining Parademons had retreated back through the Boom Tube.

Superman landed, his face grim. "That was unnecessary. We could have followed them back. We could have learned their plan."

"Their plan was to die," Naruto said, his suit retracting to reveal his face. He walked past Clark and stopped in front of Diana. She was covered in soot, her sword drawn.

"You fight like a monster," Diana said, her voice trembling with rage.

"I fight like a Kryptonian warrior," Naruto countered. He reached out, his finger tracing the edge of her shield. "You should be thanking me for helping, Diana. But perhaps you need a reminder of what true strength looks like."

He leaned in, whispering so only her super-hearing could pick it up. "Tonight, Princess. The North Ridge. Come and show me that Amazonian fire. Or are you content to just be the League’s lapdog?"

He turned and walked away, Kara following him with a smug grin. As they passed Lois Lane, Naruto caught her eye and gave a subtle, lingering wink.

The North Ridge - Midnight

The moon was full, casting a silvery glow over the jagged rocks of the ridge. Naruto stood at the peak, his cape billowing in the wind. He knew she would come. Her pride wouldn't allow her to stay away.

A whistle of wind announced her arrival. Diana landed, her armor gleaming. She didn't have her sword, but she had her lasso.

"I should arrest you," Diana said, her voice cold. "For the way you handled that situation. For the threat you pose."

"Arrest me with what?" Naruto asked, turning around. "Your words? Or that golden rope?"

"It never lies, Naru-To. Perhaps it’s time you told the truth about why you’re here."

"I’ve told you. To ensure Krypton lives."

"By any means necessary?"

"By any means."

Diana lunged. She was fast, faster than any human Naruto had ever seen, but he was a child of the Blue Sun. He side-stepped her first punch, grabbed her wrist, and spun her around.

"You're slow, Diana," he taunted.

She growled, spinning into a low kick that Naruto jumped over. They danced across the ridge, a symphony of gods clashing. Every time their limbs met, it sounded like a cannon firing. Diana managed to land a solid blow to Naruto’s chest, sending him skidding back.

He laughed. It was the first time he had truly felt a challenge. "Better! Again!"

She charged, but this time, Naruto didn't dodge. He caught her fists in his hands, their fingers interlocking. They stood there, locked in a test of pure strength. The ground beneath their feet began to crack and sink.

"You... are... arrogant," Diana hissed, her face inches from his.

"And you are beautiful when you’re trying to kill me," Naruto replied.

He shifted his weight, using his superior leverage to force her down onto her knees. Diana struggled, her muscles corded and straining, but Naruto was like a mountain. He leaned forward, his nose brushing hers.

"Why do you fight for them, Diana? The humans. They fear you. They whisper about you behind your back. They will never understand the burden of being a god among insects."

"Because it’s right!" she cried out.

"It’s a waste," Naruto countered. "A waste of your potential. A waste of your womb."

Diana’s eyes widened. "What?"

Naruto released her hands and, before she could react, he grabbed her by the waist and pulled her flush against him. His hands were like iron bands.

"Imagine it, Diana. A child of Themyscira and Krypton. A being that would never have to fear a green rock or a magic spell. We could end the wars of this world in a day. We wouldn't be 'Heroes'. We would be Rulers."

"Never," Diana spat, but her heart was racing, not just from the fight, but from the raw, masculine energy Naruto was radiating.

"Your body says 'yes' even if your tongue says 'no'," Naruto whispered. He used his thumb to tilt her chin up. "I see the way you look at Kara and me. You're lonely, Diana. Clark is a boy playing at being a man. You need someone who can actually handle you."

Lemon Scene Ahead

He didn't wait for her permission. He kissed her. It wasn't the dominant kiss he gave Lana; it was a battle. Diana fought him at first, her hands hammering against his back, but as the kiss deepened, as Naruto’s Kryptonian pheromones, enhanced by the House of To AI, overwhelmed her senses, her resistance began to crumble.

She was an Amazon, a creature of passion and war. And in Naruto, she had finally found a war she couldn't win.

Her hands shifted from pounding his back to gripping his hair. A low moan escaped her throat, a sound of surrender and hunger. Naruto moved his hand down, gripping the curve of her hip through her armor, his fingers finding the gaps in the metal.

"Tonight, you learn what it means to be a Queen of a new race," Naruto growled against her lips.

The ridge was secluded, shielded by the sheer height and the electronic jamming of Naruto’s suit. He lowered Diana onto a flat, smooth stone, his eyes never leaving hers. With a thought, his suit dissolved, leaving him naked in the moonlight. Diana’s breath hitched as she took in his physique, he was a statue carved from marble and power, his Kryptonian heritage manifesting in a body that was perfection personified.

Diana’s armor followed, discarded piece by piece until she lay before him, the moon highlighting every curve of her Amazonian form. She was breathtaking, firm, athletic, and radiating a heat that rivaled his own.

"I should hate you," Diana whispered, her voice husky.

"Hate me tomorrow," Naruto replied, kneeling between her legs.

He started slow, his tongue tracing the line of her throat, moving down to the valley between her breasts. Diana arched her back, her fingers digging into the stone beneath her. When his mouth closed over one of her hardened nipples, she let out a sharp cry that echoed across the valley.

"Naruto..." she gasped, her legs wrapping around his waist, pulling him closer.

He was massive, a testament to his lineage. When he finally guided himself to her entrance, he found her slick and ready, her body betraying her principles in favor of her instincts. He pushed inside in one smooth, powerful thrust.

Diana’s eyes flew open, her hands gripping his shoulders with enough force to dent steel. "By the gods..."

"Don't look at the gods, Diana," Naruto groaned, beginning a slow, rhythmic grind that made the world tilt on its axis. "Look at me."

The pace quickened. Every thrust was a declaration of dominance. Naruto wasn't just taking her; he was marking her. He could feel her Amazonian physiology reacting to his seed, her internal heat rising to match his own.

Diana was no longer the stoic Princess of Themyscira. She was a woman lost in passion. She met his thrusts with her own, her strength allowing them to go at it in a pace that would have killed a human woman. They moved like titans, the stone beneath them cracking under the pressure of their union.

"Yes... give it to me!" Diana cried out, her head tossing back, her hair a wild halo.

Naruto felt the Codex within him surge. The AI in his mind was screaming data points, confirming the genetic compatibility. This was it. The ultimate vessel. He gripped her hips, his fingers leaving bruises on her divine skin, and accelerated. He was a blur of motion, his stamina infinite.

As Diana reached her peak, her entire body tensing in a spectacular release, Naruto let out a primal roar. He surged forward, burying himself deep within her, and unleashed his hot seed in his partner's very fertile womb.

The sensation was like a supernova. Diana’s internal walls clamped down on him, drawing every drop of his essence into her. For a moment, they weren't two separate beings; they were a single point of pure, radiating power.

Lemon Scene End

The sun began to rise again, its light hitting the ridge. Naruto sat up, looking down at Diana, who was draped in his discarded cape. She looked exhausted, her usual composure replaced by a dazed, contemplative silence.

"It is done," Naruto said, his voice quiet.

Diana looked at him, her eyes searching his. "What have we done, Naruto?"

"We’ve ensured that the future of this world belongs to something greater than humanity," he replied, standing up and reactivating his suit. It shimmered into place, once again the red and gold of the House of To.

He offered her a hand. She took it, rising slowly. The way she moved was different now, heavier, more grounded.

"They will find out," Diana said, looking toward the horizon where the Watchtower was likely passing overhead.

"Let them," Naruto shrugged. "By the time they realize what is happening, it will be too late to stop it. Lana is the first. You are the second. And soon, there will be more."

He leaned in, kissing her forehead. "Return to your League, Princess. Play your part. But remember who you belong to now."

Without another word, Naruto took to the sky, a sonic boom trailing behind him.

Smallville - The Kent Farm

Naruto landed softly near the barn, where Kara was waiting. She looked at him, her eyes scanning his disheveled hair and the lingering scent of the Amazonian musk.

"Did it work?" she asked.

Naruto nodded. "The Codex confirmed a successful transfer. Diana is carrying."

Kara smiled, a cold, beautiful expression. "Excellent. Two vessels secured. The high-tier genetics of this world are beginning to aggregate."

"Who is next?" Naruto asked, his mind already drifting to the interaction at the track meet.

Kara pulled up a holographic file. It was a photo of a woman in a purple outfit, her eyes sharp and intelligent. "Lois Lane has been asking too many questions, Naruto. And Clark is too weak to give her what she truly wants, a man who doesn't hide behind a mask."

Naruto smirked. "The reporter. It will be a pleasure to take her from him."

"But don't forget the civilians," Kara reminded him. "We need numbers. I’ve already scouted a few 'fitness influencers' and high-IQ researchers in Metropolis. We’ll start the 'Daily Dose' program next week."

Naruto looked out over the fields. The sun was fully up now, its yellow rays feeding his cells, making him feel invincible.

"Krypton is coming back," Naruto whispered. "One womb at a time."
