I see many international reactors confused about Sang Zhi’s ring! While most modern C-dramas nowadays follow Western ring customs, true fans of Zhao Lusi know that she loves incorporating traditional cultural details into her dramas. In Chinese culture, the middle finger represents being in love or engaged, while the ring finger is strictly reserved for marriage. That's why she wears it there! 🥰💍

Harris, I was wondering if we're going to get a Yumi's Cells episode tomorrow or if your going to wait for its permanent slot? You can post the 4th episode tomorrow so that the two-days slot could be even episodes since it's 14 episodes total. It's also for selfish reasons since I'd hate to wait too long for the episodes 😁 Glad you both ended up liking this show. I admit I was pretty skeptical that you would like it when people kept recommending it for you.

And If you guys love behind the scenes, you're missing out if you only watch on Netflix! YOUKU has extra special episodes and hidden BTS content that show how Lusi and Chen Zheyuan interact behind the camera.

I know Hidden Love isn't everyone's cup of tea, especially for mature male viewers, but thank you so much for reacting to it. After Lusi dealt with depression and sickness 2 years ago, we fans missed her so much but just wanted her to take her time. Your reactions have been such a comforting remedy for us while we waited for her to be ready to return to filming. We are so grateful she stayed strong, overcame her struggles, and is starting a new drama project this year! Fun fact: even years later, Hidden Love is still topping Netflix charts this year. People often criticize it for being too light and conflict-free, but that's what makes it a perfect "healing drama." Whenever reality gets exhausting, I watch this to relax and just smile like an idiot. Hope you can check out more of her dramas someday! 🥰✨

Last but not least, I realized I’ve been following your channel for a few years now. I started watching back when you reacted to BTS and BLACKPINK, then to Korean dramas. My subscription has come and gone over the years, but now that you are reacting to a Zhao Lusi drama, I am officially here to stay forever! I’ve watched so many reactors, but honestly, you guys are my absolute favorite. What sets you apart is how you not only catch the tiniest details but also remember the supporting characters' names—even after a long time has passed. It truly shows how dedicated you are to the story. I really hope you get the recognition you deserve! Btw, Zhao Lusi is one of the most famous Chinese actresses globally right now, so if you promote your content more on YouTube shorts or other platforms, I’m sure a massive wave of Hidden Love fans will come to support your reactions! 💖✨

So glad you ended up enjoying the drama eventually. Loved your reactions, great time re-watching with you guys. And yes i agree Sang zhi's life has been very smooth sailing and stress-free, I enjoyed seeing that a lot as it was refreshing. I also give a major credit for that to her parents, they raised her and Sang yan in a very loving and healthy environment, which made both of them such wonderful loving and caring people that they are, and eventually her healing her partner's wounds. There's a saying within fans of hidden love and first frost "Sang siblings are major green flags because of Sang parents".  Also while yes I can see how you think a few characters weren't wrapped up that well, i personally view wang and ming's situation as, he clearly has no feelings for her, we know that, so there's absolutely nothing from his side. And for wang, i think she was more relieved about expressing her feelings and getting it out of her rather than getting an answer from him. She is a very introverted person who has trouble expressing herself, so her confession itself was a character growth for her. That's just what the show gave us, and how i interpret it.  So excited to re-watch First Frost with you guys now 🤍
