He looks like he's too big to fit in that coffin (and not just because of his massive dong, although that takes up a lot of room too)! But he strikes me as the kind of guy who, when he has money at all, spends it on the kids and their well-being, and puts his own comfort last. He probably wouldn't purchase a coffin upgrade until the kids are moved out and independent. Or maybe he's one of those people who have reverse claustrophobia - they find confined spaces comforting! Or maybe... this is a detail that does not matter whatsoever and I'm definitely paying attention to the wrong part of that comic panel. 😂
