Progress Report: Week of 2018/05/27 (Patreon)

Hello everybody!  Been a while since I've done one of these.  Sorry about that.  I've been pretty down-in-the-dumps for a while, so keeping track of my work hours slipped my mind for. . .(wow, two months?  Huh). . .a while.  I've been working with a new therapist specifically to develop techniques for better productivity, so hopefully things are going to get better in the coming weeks.  No promises, but I'm hopeful!  Now, on to what I did for last week.  I started tracking work time again on Friday, so this isn't a comprehensive list of what i accomplished last week, but it's a big chunk of it.

EXPLANATION POINT

Made in Abyss, Eromanga Sensei, and the Biggest Problem in Anime [WRITTEN]:  As you've probably seen, the script for the new video is done!  I've also recorded the audio.  I'm going to spend today editing the audio, then get started on video editing over the next few days.


QUESTING MARK

Inside Episode 1 [FINISHED]:  Evan and I finished recording our entire playthrough of Playdead's Inside, and I've made good headway on editing the series.  I want to finish the entire thing before uploading any videos this time, just so I can ensure a consistent upload schedule, but episode one is completely done and ready to upload.

MISCELANEOUS

New Workspace:  They say that, if you want to be productive, you should do your work in a different physical location than you spend your leisure time.  This isn't possible for me, since I need my computer to edit videos, but I've come up with a compromise.  Made a new user account on my PC specifically for work stuff.  Haven't downloaded Steam or Discord, and most fun websites that I don't need for work are blocked on my browser.  It's going okay so far!  Setting that up is what most of this week's "other" time was used on.

 

TOTAL WORK TIME THIS WEEK:  Unknown because I didn't start recording work time until Friday, but recorded work time is 11 hours, 18 minutes, and 40 seconds.
