Progress Report: Week of 2018/12/16 (Patreon)

Ho ho ho and a merry Christmas to all!  Except those who don't celebrate Christmas!  Or, I mean, including those who don't celebrate Christmas, because everybody should have merry days even if those days aren't any different than any other days!  On to the actual updates, this week features something of a return to form for Questing Mark, and a decent swath of work on the new main channel video, even if planning for the holidays (and playing Rimworld) got in the way of working as much as I would like.  Here's the breakdown:

EXPLANATION POINT

Happy Sugar Life: A Study in Sympathy [UNSCHEDULED]:  As of this progress report, I've finished six minutes and ten seconds of editing, which doesn't sound like much of an improvement from last week, and you would be right to think that.  I ran into some issues with video file conversion, and the two-ish minutes that I did wind up editing feature one of the more complicated visual effects I've ever had to do, which is part of why it took so long for so little progress.  The rest of the video should go more steadily, and assuming average working time, it should take between fifteen and twenty more working hours to finish.

Research:  I didn't actually mark any research time on the spreadsheet this week, but I did get about halfway through the first season of Clannad, which I've found that I have a thing or two to say about.  Don't expect a video on it, but also don't be surprised if one shows up.

QUESTING MARK

Dominaria Draft Challenge [RELEASED]:  The entire Dominaria draft challenge has been uploaded and released on Questing Mark!  (Well, as of typing this up, part 16 isn't actually released, but I'm in the process of uploading it right now.  I must've missed it when I uploaded the other parts.)

LIVE STREAM

Cancelled due to the holidays.

TOTAL WORK TIME THIS WEEK:  9 hours, 51 minutes, 8 seconds

WORK TIME HIGH SCORE:  32 hours, 10 minutes, 54 seconds (Week of 2018/01/28)
