This took a lot longer to post than I planned but she's here and she's made my dreams come true. I hope she'll do the same for you. I learned a lot in the process.

First, I'm reminded that DAZ has a native geometry editor. I've been using a sculpting add-on but only the geometry editor will actually let you delete parts of an asset. Lae'zel is sandal clad. I couldn't hide her sandals without losing the sexy shin guards too. Easy fix I thought. Do one render with boots on and another with boots off and blend the best of both worlds in Affinity Photo.

That worked for most of the shots in this set. Where it didn't work, I was actually able to get clever and paint in additional metal and leather around her ankle where it had been erased in the process of removing the sole leather. You can see the result in the 5th image where she's kneeling (I LOVE that pic!).

That technique didn't work in the featured image. I finally learned how to delete the sandal geometry in DAZ so I won't have that problem at all going forward.

I learned that unhiding hidden sliders in DAZ gives you massively increased options with regard to shaping her feet. I was able to reposition the pinky toes and give them spacing from the ring toes. This is definitely my favorite foot sculpt ever.

I'm also reminded that Affinity Photo's saturation and vibrance sliders are not all ways going to improve the image quality. We saw that with the Avatar characters. Lae'zel's skin gets puke green if I turn the sliders up too much, while the armor looks more awesome. I can paint the enhanced armor in. Instead, I learned about the HSL filter. With it, I selected the yellow color and turned down the vibrance of just that frequency band while leaving the rest of the image saturated and colorful. No more puke green skin!

I'm still thinking the featured image is too processed and might fuss with this again later. But now I need to hear from you. Do you dig her? To me she's just perfect, head to toe, with the emphasis on the later. Her face might be too alien for your liking though.

There's actually a mod in Baldur's Gate 3 that makes Lae'Zel more human looking...and it has been boo'd and ratio'd almost out of existence. People want to get wanky with this githyanki and toning her down just makes her look like a basic B elf.

I'm going to leave it up to you though. I can easily morph her face with the DAZ Genesis 8.1 model and you, the paying customer, can tell me what you think is best in a side by side comparison.  If you want to see both versions, that's what we'll do.

Feet and Futa

Update. I did a head morph to humanize Lae'zel and it wasn't even a close comparison. I won't even post the result. Original recipe Lae'Zel for the win! I can angle her nose down easily enough, but to create something that rivals the video game add on would take a lot of time better spent wrapping up current projects and making animated content. She'll look incredible juxtaposed against delicate traditional beauties like Shadowheart. I have that model too. What if I made Shadowheart the futa in that coupling? That would Be a Rian Johnson level subversion of expectations. Now I have to make that happen!
