I Rebecca can easily over power Alicia, she is just being modest. I'm sure she'll hit her spurt at some point. She does hit her spurts here and there. It doesn't seem consistent, so you'll never know when suddenly a few inches taller. That's probably the exciting thing about this series, it's a mystery!
