I've seen plenty of Shayamalan movies, but for some reason this movie had my heart going at an 11 when I saw it in a theater. I'm going to see Knock at the Cabin this week for my birthday. I'm really looking forward to it!

Haven’t seen this since it came out, had a great time cringing with you. I love M Night but this is just another great idea that left a little to be desired. Fuck these kids, actors tried but the dialogue was just so much to get through, feel like they should’ve aged them up a little and had the video be for a school project or something cus the whole pretentious filmmaker thing is so annoying, still a fun time tho

For some weird reason I remembered it as the grandparents weren’t human, and I kinda wish we got that skinwalker thing, cus crazy old people is scary but yk, they’re old. Honestly a lot of the weird behavior felt like aliens or something trying to blend in and the grandma story made me think it was going there
