I don't watch the series, but I like her being small. Don't get me wrong, I love the massive bimbos, but it's nice to get some variety.

Here's the thing though, Apothecary Diaries is a mystery series, so she doesn't spread it, it's already being spread and she's trying to find the supplier and motive, culminating in a Legally Blonde style explanation due to the drugs influence altering her hyperfixation(some) but not her intelligence (unlike some). (Spoilers, it's a foreign faction trying g to weaken the empire through infighting and succession struggles, resulting from too many sons due to the outrageous rate of breeding going on after, and some people getting braindrained by the drug)

Sounds like an even better idea, during all this bimbo madness Maomao looks on disappointed that she still ends up the smallest (like she hasn't grown at all despite being affected a bit, curse her poison immunities)
