I recently return playing Actraiser Renaissance.... why can I see that gameplay be mod or code into this theme now?

She causes chances by utilizing "the Moon's Gaze" to focus her powers on specific areas. However she cannot keep it in one are for long as it would draw Celestia's attention. So every night she has to change targets leaving a trail of sexual changes. Then, every full moon, her powers reach their peak, and whichever are she is focused on descends into an orgy of mythical proportions before returning to an altered but seemingly normal state, bamboozeling authorities both magical and mundane.
