 Imagining she might have thought she was quirkless the whole time and was just naturally busty. Nerdy as well. But then the quirks started to go overdrive and she needs to change others or she will change herself further.

nah it's more about her trying to go undercover. She should also have a villain suit design. But with her body growing it's become more and more difficult to do so.

Nah am already spread thin with showstyle and bimbo countries, MLP and what not. Would have to be commission based like the RWBY series if it's supposed to hit off.

Interesting on the undercover portion that she needs to change clothes. Sort of shows she doesn't actually have control of the quirk

Her design reminds me Mirror Derpy, the fact she does it by need and not by villainous intent, I can imagine her as someone shy and clumsy, she did her first victims by accident when her quirk started to manifest.
