The bodybuilder one would be amazing — especially if the growth kicks in unexpectedly while he’s on stage. Growing huge in front of an audience and bursting out of his posing trunks.

Would be hot for option 2 if the astronaut was infected with a venom like symbiote that makes him grow

What about a scrawny guy who sneaks into the gym locker and finds a locker that’s left opened and he steals a pair of underwear; only to find that the underwear are either cursed or an experiment that causes the wearer to swell and grow as long as they keep them on. The wearer unaware goes out in public and his muscles are stolen from those around the wearer.
