Pre-debut shows get an unfair treatment. When you look into them seriously, they are VERY well put together AND extremely beneficial for the group.

Same with this. Even more so than usual. The way each episode has been building SVT members toward a specific goal, teaching them specific set of skills, prepping them not just for the showcase, but for their debut in the kpop industry.

Loved this one. And with that...

be warned because our post-reaction discussion gets a bit messy XD

Every time you think we're getting close, we enter the wrong door and end up lost again XDXD

Of course, we do NOT know what exactly will go down in the next episode, as well as what will happen at the showcase itself, but everything else, we should've known better :')

So yeh. Let's see how it goes next time :D we're entering end game era now!!!

Enjoy <3

Oh I know you guys are going to LOVE next episode. Let me sprinkle some hype for you: one of these units actually does a performance that will have you going "OH!" and also "how did I not think of that!" This new mission is the last as in, they are debuting in episode 6. It's the last thing they have to do. I actually really like episode 5, even though (and this sounds cliche and kind of obvious) episode 6 is my favorite of all of them. Not JUST because they debuted. Fun Facts: - there's an ongoing joke in the fandom, because Mingyu, Seungkwan, and Dino went to the same school, we got a photo for Mingyu and Seungkwan's graduation, but on the day of Dino's graduation the official Seventeen twitter account announced that later the graduation video of his will be posted. And then it never was. It's been 11 years and we have never seen that video. - Han-C going "when does Wonwoo go from cousin to hot guy" and the answer is never and also since the start. The problem is that he's so cool on stage but so goofy and kind of airheaded when around the members that you really can't tell well. Usually he takes his glasses off and that's an indication, like a DBZ character dropping their weights. - I really wanted to see your guys' reaction to this series continue, so I'm glad you posted it today. Thank you.

don't wanna say anything else aside from telling you to keep your slates clear for the next ep & the last ep

I'm so excited about what they can't imagine what's gonna happen next lol

PaperCrown

This is the only episode that I enjoyed the most😭 no major drama or random stuff besides Coups' mistake. Just pure SVT creative process and teamwork. As someone who became a K-Pop fan in 2014, right after Orange Caramel's last comeback (and a year after AS's last one) as a whole, seeing JungAh while starting to follow SVT was such a great fanservice for me. I'm such a big PLAYGIRL and CARAT that I'm so sad we never got to experience a 'Pledis Family' concert. WOOZI and Ailee's friendship is always so endearing, I miss seeing them together so much. Actually, WOOZI wrote a song for Ailee's "A New Empire" album in the track "Feelin' (feat. Eric Nam)". This was my song beck in the day. They also have another song, including Coups and Vernon called "Q&A", such a good song. - Q&A MV: https://youtu.be/Uk01FiCAk50?si=FGyPEhWmUvNgA67e - Feelin' audio: https://youtu.be/H5_sjBfVTUA?si=tMONub0tu_JtrtXD Next episode is a tough watch for me and I don't know why. The only time I watch it full was during my first time watching 17P but in my re-watch, I just can't finish it. It's good ngl, but ugh the feeling it left is weird. But hey, we get the best songs in here so that's a win haha. EP6 is a must watch while EP7 is the debt showcase, so keep up, because rollercoster of emotions incoming~.

Oooh I didnt expect this release!! Im excited for the next episode, lol the confusion and editing comments is so valid tho 😂 I think its good you're coming in blind now so youll be pleasantly surprised next ep.

gigglyseal

ahhh i just binged the 4 eps along with you guys, this is so fun! i haven't watched these since i got into svt in 2017 so it's like going down memory lane :) i'm sure you guys will figure out what is going on with the mission songs haha... with that, you'll be kinda spoiled for one of the songs on teen, age because they released it 2 years after this

lol the layers of confusion in the outro discussion😆 love this ep so much. they did amazing! they were so ready and confident and were having fun on stage. next ep was probably my personal favorite so i'm very excited for your reaction (and how surprised or amused you will be)... though i honestly don't understand why they said there's no more mission after the collab one😅

I really, I dont want to be overbearing and sorry to again suggest this but if you guys want to learn about Seventeen TV and a lot of other stuff about them pre-debut and during their first year of debut you should watch these 2 videos they will give you all the answers about their trannie days. I genuinely think you guys will like this docu style videos they are very well made with good narration (not an AI voice over) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZ3PknIaAME&t=12s this the 1st episode with all info about their predebut days and all about Seventeen Tv it covers the years of 2013 to 2015 and then the 2nd video covers 2016 their debut and after debut https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HQy4l3-aI8 Thses videos will answer you questions and even the questions you didnt have, it gives a lot in depth info about seventeen which arent talked about out loud. I hope you consider it. Anyway... I always get emotional when I see anything related to svt debut, they have come so far and like you said they did learn a lot through these missions and feedbacks. After this you guys should start watching Seventeen One Fine Day I think will be good time for you to start watching that, it is to this day one of my favourite variety/reality tv style stuff they have done. They are so young and it's really fun to watch before you get to any other recent contents of theirs like In the Soop or Nana Tour and all One Fine Day is a must.

anayahss

everything hits harder knowing how they've grown since this was filmed and they're still together and thriving now 🥺

HanaCARAT💎

Hyerim saem has been with seventeen through out their journey till now. I feel like she and bumzu is like the seventeen hidden members now. A part of seventeen family. It also seems the members are very close with their CEO too. I really appreciate the thought process/the idea behind seventeen and how seventeen has such a loyal commuted team behind them. Wondering if you guys will start SVT NANA TOUR after this. What's coming next?!

Jade V

Lol at the spiral of confusion at the end 😂. To clear things up a bit without spoilers, next episode is technically the last mission but they still have an "evaluation mission" which will determine whether they get the debut showcase and their rings back and that's episode 6. Then episode 7 is the showcase. I'm conflicted about episode 5 personally because, while it's fun to see their dynamics in smaller groups and what sound/style each group goes for, you can also sense an underlying tension in Woozi. I don't want to spoil anything so I will keep it for the comments of ep.5 but that episode (and the following one) really made me feel for Woozi.

gyuzii

18:49 she looks familiar bc if im remembering right, i believe that’s kang minah! im not sure if you’ve watched it but she played sooah in true beauty kdrama haha

Priyanka Banerjee

Same this is my fav ep actually! I enjoyed it most and remember it clearly!
