Oh we're SO BACK.

LOVED this episode. The recording, the dancing, the practicing. :D Everything we love in one.

So it's a real shame the vid quality is bad, and the CCs are even worse.

More than happy to answer your questions if you have any, so please ask away!

And with that, please let us know if you have good links for episode 7 cuz the one we have is just as bad as this one....:')

Really sucks cuz this is a GREAT show and this was a GREAT episode.

STILL. We hope you will have fun :D

Enjoy <3

I should have known not to watch this in public. I’m not even a quarter of the way through and I’m laughing so much. I had to turn it off and save it for tonight 😭😭😭 Btw I love your reaction but I can't handle it right now if I want to keep any dignity left 😭 😭

There are lots of muted parts on YT

Oh. That’s too bad.

Seonghwa actually auditioned to become a rapper. KQ asked him to sing during the audition so he went with Winner Empty and got in. Out of everyone, Seonghwa had the least time as a trainee before debuting. So I can see why he struggled more with singing. Over the years Seonghwa has gain a lot of confidence too so he’s more willing to experiment with different tones, styles, and even fashion.

Don't feel bad about the subs on our behalf! 🧡 I still absolutely enjoy rewatching this with you guys because Ateez just makes one happy even if you don't understand 100% of the content 🥹 I looked everywhere for better quality videos for eps 6 and 7 but I couldn't find anything 😭

Imitation is on Prime video on Amazon if you have it Jongho is a really good actor and I'd love to see him in something else - it's been ages

The director holding the auditions also said Seonghwa was so intense that he was scared Seonghwa would k1ll him, so that's why he passed him 😂😂😂

Even though the subs are bad, the context of what's happening helps us understand what's being said lol. Though the misspelling of Hongjoong's name is hilarious 😂😂 I understood what you were saying Han-C about Seonghwa's vocals. Seonghwa never intended to be a singer. He was discovered as a dancer/performer at a festival in Jinju with his high school dance team and he auditioned to be a rapper. It was KQ who had him sing because the rap positions were filled by Hongjoong and Mingi. And if he absolutely couldn't sing, they probably wouldn't have debuted him in Ateez or passed him through the auditions. Although it hurts and makes me sad to see him frustrated and upset that the recording wasn't going the way he wanted, we know these were important moments that helped make him what he is today. Seonghwa's ability to basically be a vocal chameleon, his versatility in tone and his wide vocal range are the reasons he became my ult bias. ❤️😊

I loved the lessons they got on improv and expressions! The improv is so necessary especially for variety content like Weekly Idol and Idol Human Theater. Since idols aren't just supposed to sing, dance, and look nice, they have to be charming, funny, and personable too. And the expressive, explosive performances are what make Ateez stand out as a top performing group ❤️😊🥰

Oh also! A year after Code Name, like December 2019 I believe, during a live with Hongjoong and Seonghwa, Seonghwa said he actually choregraphed the rest of Pirate King, like the other 50-60% that wasn't shown on the show. I wish they would've shown more of that! I get some things are better for tv because they seem more entertaining, but it would've been so cool to see Hwa create choreo!

Omg 😂😂 I haven’t heard that before. Can only imagine, true Aries energy although a sensitive softie at heart😇
