We need more of this. And longer too.

Docuseries based around making of MVs should be a regular thing to not just show appreciation for the crew who polishes and realizes what SKZ envisions with their expertise, but also just cuz it's DARN INTERESTING.

Happy that we had this to check out, but sad that it was shorter than some of their regular performance videos XD

But for now, we're ready to wrap up Rockstar and continue our Intro journey with their recent drops :) So if you got a specific way you want us to tackle those, let us know. If not, we'll just go in order (upload time that is).

Aight. Let's talk more in the comments :D

Enjoy <3

Within that 10 mins, it's already overwhelming 😂 When I found this docuseries, it really helped me to understand the MV, because of the sensory overload while watching the video. I also agree that it should be longer, and it was interesting to see all the people involved in the creation and execution of SKZ awesome music videos. I hope they'd do it for the next comeback... Which might come very very soon 😹 (some says 1004 might mean something since we saw it at the fanmeet but who knows with SKZ lol)

yessss, so glad you watched this! I forgot how short it was, to be honest haha. But yeah, I completely agree with you, I love watching these behind looks, and as a designer/tailor myself, I know exactly how it feels to the "invisible" person who made something happen. I created a look for a themepark character, and nobody knows this, but I'm still so proud (and I dont really need the recognition, I'll do that when I cosplay myself haha). And the stuff you mention, doing this draining shoot for one or multiple days plus interviews is also the reason why I dont necessary need more of these docuseries, but I'd love to have more of them. But I'd also be okay if it just didnt include skz interviews lol. For the other recording behinds for Karma and Do It, I'd just say go in order of uploads (so Karma first and then Do It). And if you ever have the time to watch the two other docu series, definitely recommend! And see if you can spot me in the 2023 lolla crowd (you wont HAHA). But do be jealous of that crowd, because we got to see 3racha (the song) and heyday live hehe. Maybe you can do like a combo? the concert first (its about an hour and 15 minutes) and then the docu? It'll be recorded from the crowd, because there was no official broadcast and i have no clue if its still anywhere available Excited for next week!

This is one of my fav MVs ... I love the narrative and maybe cause I have a pretty abstract, conceptual way of thinking, this MV kept me very attentive and really scratched the storyline itch which I don't get very much from other MVs ... kind of like their 'Ill Be Your Man' Kingdom performance or 'Hollow' MV... and similarly I always find it interesting when people struggle to follow the concept... LOVE LOVE LOVE ... great visuals, great music, great choreo, crazy exciting energy, with a meaningful message... and Blue hair Felix (I don't care what haters say ... this man could have radioactive dreds and it would look good 😊)... I couldn't want anything more. Have you checked out the '5-Star Dome Tour'? ..... I know you have a lot to see and long form content is difficult as you have both mentioned ... so it might be hard, but in case there are full videos of several of these concerts online and it was amazing! especially all the solo's which are mostly STILL unreleased! and songs they haven't perfromed elsewhere ..... Maybe hold off on the Docuseries for that until you get a chance to see the full concert if you haven't.... also maybe another good way to wrap up 'Rock Star' era as the last perfromance was the 5-STAR Dome Tour 2023 Seoul Special (UNVEIL 13)... where they unveiled the 'Rock Star album'. Why does it sound like Han C is turning Seungmin into a Cinderella Disney / K-drama hybrid princess lol 😆😆😆😆

I LOVE SKZs Docuseries and I think it’s actually so underrated so I would absolutely love for you guys to check the rest of it out!!! And I would also love for you guys to check out the actual behind the scenes making for this MV as well at some point!!! They go into even more detail about the MV in it too and it’s awesome!

A few possibilities came to mind re: the short length of this particular video. 1) @11:24 - Han-C mentions all of the various different kinds of videos (behind the scenes, v-logs, dance practice videos, etc) related to this ONE song and M/V. As you guys rightly pointed out, that's gotta be both physically and mentally exhausting. So it may be the case that they kept the docu-series one short because they figured STAY would already see plenty of other material to engage them and didn't want TOO much overlap. 2) Or..... it may have been short at the request of the video director. Sometimes people are willing to give viewers a short peek into their process, but don't want to be too specific and give a lot of their "secrets" away. 3) Or......the old saying it true: time is money. Considering all of the other things mentioned above, JYP themselves may not have wanted a lot of time spent on the docu-series this time because they were already laying out a lot of money for everything else. But whatever the reason, I also wish it had been longer. I find these behind-the-scenes videos fascinating. And they also remind me again of just how much WORK and TIME the members put into fine tuning things before they are released: Writing / composing / arranging / producing the songs, recording them, learning the choreography, the dance practices with themselves and their support dancers, meetings about how they want the M/V to look, costume fittings, recording the music videos, the other behind the scenes things, promotional videos / promotional materials / photo shoots, input on designing the album packages, preparing to perform on the various music shows (Music Bank, etc), interviews and other promotional appearances, and on and on and on. ^^^^^^ And I'm sure that' s just scratching the surface. Then you throw in all of the OTHER thousand things they have to do as a group as well as individually.............and it's no wonder they're always riding the edge of exhaustion. I will never understand people who accuse idols of laziness and say they just have to stand around looking pretty. They actually work very hard for their success.

Yes definitely watch the Paris & dome tour docuseries, I would also suggest checking out the making film of lalalala as well. All three videos really entertaining & informative. Loved this video ❤️

Okay, im here to watch. You know what? I honestly don't know if I watched this before. Okay I feel like I saw the trailer for it coming out and I just never watched it because that first clip looked familiar. But the rest of it definitely does not. Oh wait no I think I do remember watching it this because I remember talking about the Mask Part seeming like the Joker from Dark Knight and I remember having it confirmed. Honestly I understand what you mean about Seungmin. He definitely gives chaebol vibes. Oh this for sure is the most overwhelming music video for them. They all look absolutely fantastic in their outfits. Yeah, no, that definitely felt like it was too short. It's definitely a lot of content at once. Yeah it definitely could have and should have been longer. LOL not the Groot cameo. I'm going to need Han-C to write the script for a k-drama. Wait a minute so I don't remember if you guys reacted to the prologue. I want to say you didn't since you didn't recognize when people were talking about the narration. So here is the video to the prologue and the making of the prologue. Prologue: https://youtu.be/52HQOPBtwrQ?si=0NVFUkNAJobSmMqX Making of Prologue: https://youtu.be/r_n3S_9m9J4?si=xcwiIvgvB5d-_8VD
