If you realllllly think about it, Joshua and Vernon pair is an unbelievable one.

But that's not where things end, cuz the music was JUST as absorbing.

I know we got a lot more to look forward to, but Joshua and Vernon should totally pair up more often cuz gosh they're great together.

Really enjoyed every single vid with this "Happy"-esque track (but without feeling like a knockoff, which is tough when the song is THIS iconic), including the dance, the English ver. of Joshua's lines, etc.

This album is getting VERRRRRY close right to being our all time favourite. Just sayin'. Looking forward to Jun, Mingyu and DK's Hello! :D

Ah, Rocket. Such an odd track for me, usually I'm fairly decisive on if I like/vibe with a track or not but a definitive answer for Rocket eludes me. I don't go out of my way to listen to it, but if it were to come on I'm probably bopping to to. Also I never realized that they were actually saying "zoom" so whoops. (Canadian sausage here who does not recall that car commercial, lol the only Zoom, Zoom, Zoom I know is the kids song, occupational hazard!) I have zero memory of Hello for next week, I know I at least listened to it when I did my own SVT marathon but unfortunately that probably means it was an immediate no for me and I took it off my SVT playlist. Like I said, I'm usually fairly decisive (although I am trying to work on that and give songs a few listens now before I ruthlessly eliminate them XD). With that being said, it'll be interesting to (re)discover it with you and see if my opinion changes!

Rocket is such a happy pill ~ so groovy and fun and light and it suits VerShua really well. It's really cool to hear more about the lyrics too!! Thanks for explaining ~ This iconic duo actually has another song which you'll get to in a future album!! In the KCon video, its pretty short because the PFU also performs another song after them, thats why they were dancing along with Vernon and Shua. You havent heard the song yet but I think youll love that one too For Hello, it has to be another Ideal Cut video unfortunately 😅 (https://youtu.be/kkV2II4nKVo) But I totally agree with what you said about concerts — it will be different watching it as a whole and i think SVT crafts their setlists really well so that each performance flows well into the next. Plus, i love their ments in between, they really interact closely with the audience <33 Love to hear that you're loving this album with every song! And I'm really curious which song now (out of all the albums you listened) is your most played. I bet lilili yabbay is up there 😂 p.s. Seungkwan not leaving your head, Han-C is so relatable. "Joshua and Vernon should totally pair up more often" I'm laughing but I won't tell you why yet. You'll see. Rocket is a funny song in this album because if you had me choose the top 3 songs from Teen,Age to listen to it wouldn't be on there but if you played it I'd be the number 1 enthusiastic listener in the club. From the lyrics to the vibe to the dance-ability of it you just get all the good stuff from listening to it. It feels very much like the intersection of Vernon's earlier taste in music and Joshua's American-influenced taste. I also fully believe it's a product of the era and that they wouldn't have been able to replicate it if they tried doing it today. Also fun fact, we call the Joshua-Vernon combo Rocketz because of this song! They also once did a video with IQIYI where they go bungee jumping because they talk about it in their lyrics! Also Also, the thing Joshua was wearing in the Ideal Cut video is a diamond headband because they were dressed up as BongBongie, the Seventeen character! NEXT UP IS THE LAST SONG FROM 17 PROJECT! Revisiting this album with you guys is making me realize how insane it is. At the beginning of my carat journey, I just kind of listened to songs as I naturally came across them. I don't think I ever fully sat and listened to this album as its own body of work. There are so many bangers and so many songs I love, including Rocket and the upcoming Hello as well. The crazy thing is there are even more amazing tracks that I'm so excited to watch you two experience in the next albums! That's just the power of SVT! Anyways... As for Hello links, there aren't many. It's unfortunately just ideal cut and lyrics video. As you guys said, it'll be different upon watching it as a concert, and even if it's not SVT have so many goddamn concerts that there will be others you can watch! This is one of my fave tracks!! Random Facts™ I used to be scared of needles (a valid fear pls) so when I had to get vaxxed for covid, I had this song on repeat while in line to make myself happy T^T Will we ever get to listen to that Han C track 👉👈 Yes, Vernon was injured 😭 he hurt his foot during the concert poor bby I believe Joshua was wearing a diamond headband?? Sorta like their mascot BongBongee hehe All the members also wore that during a part of the concert 🤩 So cute indeed Fun fact: They actually bungee jumped together as part of a promotion I think !! They were both in a show although I think only Vernon jumped and he was hyping himself up saying "I can do it I wrote it in my lyrics" lmao that's why in the GoSe bungee jumping episode, Vernon said something like "I know how you feel" to the members who had to bungee

Yes thats me too!! I used to just passively listen to svt songs—i gave a first listen, checked if i vibed with it and then added it to my playlist if i like it. Now rediscovering the album feels like a whole new journey
