Either way, we're more than psyched for this album, and kindddaaa glad we waited to check these out cuz we don't have to wait as long after getting a taste of what they've got in store for us :D

IT'S ALMOST HERE | ATEEZ - Golden Hour Part 5 (Concept Trailer, Preview, 'BAD' MV Trailer) Reaction

I just said yay out loud! It sounds awesome. This comeback the visuals are so lore heavy but of course the music will be fire. Sopro is the name of the red cube, in Ateez lore the cube is a spirit that learns, takes on, influences emotions, in the second MV trailer we have it spoiled that the cube is a she. The lore is complicated and I only know so much. There is a lore document people have created that tells their full story that people have links too. 1) BAD-Seonghwa/yunho

I love this. I'm super excited for FriYAY!!! Btw, Wooyoung's Lee Mujin service dropped. I'm looking forward to your reaction. MAMACITA feels like ARRIBA and Blind's sibling 🔥😎 MAMACITA and Toxin might be my favourite 😍 Also, Sopro is part of the lore. I wish you guys would listen to the diary entries for the lore.

HEY MAMACITAAAAA GOT ME EXCITEEEEED! I don't care if it turns out I hate the other four songs - I have MAMACITA! It was fun online the other day - Someone put forth that the World Cup Mexico v Korea game was Winner takes ATEEZ. So - ATEEZ are Mexican now. Prepare for more music with Spanish lyrics to honor their other culture lol Seonghwa and Yunho were the rappers in BAD! (But I still think it sounds like Yujin from Sparkling)

Toxin i think will be a dark horse favorite for me. I hope we get some form of promotion or special live clip for it.

I hadn't checked out any of these yet, I feel like there have been so many comebacks lately/coming up soon that I'm falling behind, one of the best problems to have though because that means I have lots to catch up on and enjoy! I will admit I'm not one for going to deep into trying to understand lore so any of that with this comeback will completely go over my head. I'm liking the more mature, slightly dangerous/ominous vibe we got from the concept trailer! Although I know that sometimes these concept trailers/looks don't really translate to what the overall vibe of the comeback/title track will be so we'll have to see what we end up getting once everything's out. As far as the songs, Blind is one of my all time favourite Ateez tracks, love when they lean in to latin sounds in their songs in general so I'm very much looking forward to Mamacita! Also curious about Bad and Toxin. Fallin' I couldn't really get a feel for, and what we heard for Body didn't stand out to me too much so will see how I feel about it when we have the full track. I think this album will end up around the middle of my rankings for the GH series, at least anticipation wise based on what I've heard/seen so far. As far as anticipation goes, I honestly can't remember exactly how I felt going into each of the GH albums, I do remember being pretty excited for GH2 because it was the first comeback I was fully a fan and aware of a comeback happening in real time, GH1 I was a fan but still new enough I wasn't keeping track of teasers/trailers, just listened to the album and watched their variety appearances once they came out. The big thing for me with Ateez is as much as I love them, their songs can honestly be a bit more hit or miss for me, so I kind of go into the albums knowing I most likely won't love every track, which does lower my anticipation a bit. I'm still excited to hear everything and see the performances, and I do think overall I'll like more of the songs than I don't from this album, but I don't think this album will be my new favourite either (that award goes to Golden Hour Part 2, the b-sides on that album were just SO GOOD!).

BAD preview vocals were Seonghwa and Yunho 😊🔥 This comeback is sooooooo lore heavy it's insane. The way they spoiled so much in the past (even the hypnosis in Wanteez was a spoiler 😭). I'm really excited for BAD, since they AGAIN said it's a style they haven't done before. San was also involved in choreography again :) But I feel like Toxin is gonna be my favorite.

During their preview today they said Mamacita has perfect vibe for festivals! And they are during a bunch of festivals in Europe this summer AND I get to see them in Poland!!!! Soooooo excited!!!

I didn’t watch the concept trailer so this was my first time seeing it. The colors and everything reminded me of NOT OKAY and Seonghwa’s SKIN MV 🥵 EDIT: I am happy to see hype for it here because elsewhere a lot of people don’t like this sound. It felt like I was the only person that liked it.
